Having been there a few times, it is different every time. Some of the downsides to keep in mind are their "assistants", who are very inexperienced and it will show in their work. The young girls will take a long time and the polish will be streaky, too thick or too thin. The wife does take a preference to some clients, mainly the ones who leave large tips. Everyone else she touches she rushes through the work and it turns out bad too. I've gone to the husband who is much friendlier and does great work. Another thing is the pedis, for $30 all they do is trim your nails, massage and apply polish. There is no cleaning or actual pedi work done aside from filing. I've yet to find a good, consistent place in Kenosha but I keep coming back to this one as it's the only one that stays on my nails for weeks and not 2 days.
