This place is nice on the outside, and inside. They are newly relocated, and are renting a room for services. The space is open and nice. My daughter got a full set of nails, with get overlay. When she was done, it didn't look like she cleaned her nail beds correctly. They had pieces of her cuticles that should have been clipped but weren't completely done. I had also asked if I could get my brows done, and the man said yes. When she's was done I asked her if she was doing them. She said she didn't have time, as she had other clients, and she was fitting us in. I called that morning to make my appointment, and the clients she was speaking about had just walked in after calling. After I mentioned it again, she said she could do them. I only asked again cause she told the other client she could. She did a rush job, which was a bit expected. They were cleaner then when I went in, but I had to go home and clean them a bit more. read more

This was my first time coming to this place. I call ahead because on Saturdays other places are packed. They booked me for 1 pm. I arrived a little early but just in time because the tech was just finishing a client. I wanted to get full set with polish which was 30 but when I asked for no chip it bumped to 10 dollars more with two colors. Experience was good. The tach and I would talk due to us both coming from different parts of California. She had the tv on and we talked about the show that was on at that time. As far a getting my nails done nothing hurt ,no cuts, or anything. The only thing is I wish she had oiled my fingers after because they looked a little crazy after she was done. I think the only issue I had was price only because my nails are sooo short but I guess with the two polish and no chip.. I guess it make sense. Will go back in a few weeks to get them redone. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. A friend and I had appointments for a full set of acrylics one evening at 6pm, an hour before they close, and the entire time we were rushed and listened to them talk about what to order for carry out on their way home. The lady doing our nails did not give us an option when it came to length, we showed her a picture in the beginning of a longer, rounded nail- and she completely disregarded it. While she was grinding down my nails she kept nicking the skin surrounding my nail and despite me telling her it was burning my nail, kept going. When I went to pay for the both of us, it was higher than the initial 30$ for one full set, so I left without tipping (which I normally never do.) I hated my nails. They all popped off within a week. I will never go back and never recommend this dump to anybody. read more

Underwhelmed by the mani/pedi. Execution was just ok maybe even a little sloppy, the spa portion was average at best. Sometimes you try a new nail place and are extremely happy with their work, other times you look at the finished job and think "welp, I won't do that again". This was one of those times. Sorry, can't give them a higher rating because of this. Plus, be aware, the room is very small, so you will be in close quarters with others who Amy or may not decide to wear a mask. read more

Loved this place!!! I was in town for work and wanted to get my nails done so I found something close to my hotel. Definitely not the fanciest place I've ever been but they did a wonderful job. Love the color and shape, they were also very gentle taking off my current SNS polish. The couple who own the salon were so nice and conversational even though they were working the day after Thanksgiving. We talked about their dogs and had a great chat which was so nice considering I was traveling alone. Would recommend! read more

I tried this place because of good ratings. Unfortunately I noticed that It didn't seem very clean. You would think with all the virus crap that they'd do a better job. It didn't look like they clean the table from the previous customer and did not put a clean towel down before start my manicure. I was the only one in the place and they weren't very friendly. The girl did an okay job on my no chip manicure but it didn't seem like she cured the polish long enough. I was right. It's a week later and two of my nails have chipped off. No chip usually lasts me 2-3 weeks. I won't be back. read more

I have tried multiple nail salons in the Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie area. Although this place may be small the nail technicians do an excellent job! My dip manicure and pedicure lasted well beyond two weeks and I will now be going here regularly. I have had my nails destroyed at other salons (literally bleeding with way too thick of a dip coat) and Natural nails did it to the perfect thickness and they lasted for 3 weeks!!! And the best thing is my natural nails look great when I take off the dip...no other nail salon has been able to perfect my nails like this. I highly recommend this place! read more

This nail salon is awesome, it's tucked away but I left there with my nails flawless. I'm from Kenosha and I can tell you this was by far the best set of nails I've had since living here. I came here a year ago and got a wonderful gel manicure that lasted a few weeks and for a reasonable price. I came back again this year and the lady who did my nails was nice but the quality of my gel manicure is horrible. I asked to keep the nails on one of my hands long but they still ended up to short and on top of that INCREDIBLY weak. I get gel manicures to have stronger nails not to have them bend like they did immediately as I walked out of the salon. Really unsatisfied with my manicure especially considering it was $40 when the website says it's $15. I am willing to pay more money for a quality manicure, this was literally the opposite. The name is a flat out lie, what they did looked fake as can be. I went in for a gel set. They looked very unprofessional. The nails were ridiculously thick, it looked like I left blobs of glue on my nails. The color was translucent after 4 coats and there were bubbles and chunks on almost every nail. When I went back the next day, the man at the front desk was very short with me after just asking if it would be possible to fix them. I had the same woman as before, but was rude and obviously annoyed- even though I left a very generous tip the day before. She charged me $10 (but said it should have been more with a sneer) to change the color to something darker even though she had already filed all the color off anyways. In the end I was fine with the way my nails turned out but I will never be going again. It should not take more than one try as a professional. The man at the front got us out as fast as possible and said "bye bye" before I could even put my money away and walked away. read more
