It's clean and there's enough FREE parking outside. You can schedule your appointment online, and even select your tech ahead of time. If there's any issues with your appointment, Frank calls and gets you squared away. They also send texts to check in on you after appointments and if you've been gone too long. Check them out, Dillingham is a nightmare, but these guys are worth it.

The best way to describe is It felt like my mom scrubbing my hair because she found out I have lice. my face was constantly being splashed with water and during the rinse off water went up my nose twice.. When toweling off my hair she was rubbing the towel, which is damaging to hair and creates knots. Save your money and just double shampoo at home, at least you can blow dry your hair to your styling.. I paid AND tipped as the service was done, proper training needs to be held so customers don't leave completely disappointed. I walked in, said hello, and waited about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or even letting me know there would be a wait. During that time, there were two nail techs working on one customer and another tech doing a pedicure. A regular customer walked in and was immediately greeted and told to hold on. Then another customer came in with what looked like a chipped nail. An employee came out from the back, greeted that customer, discussed what she needed, and took her straight back to fix her nail--all while I was still sitting there without a single acknowledgment. I understand appointments, regular clients, and quick fixes may take priority at times, but it takes only a few seconds to acknowledge someone waiting and let them know what's going on. Feeling completely ignored is what made me decide to leave. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Not only is my pincer nail always treated and trimmed carefully and expertly, the pedicures are well done and last for over 4 weeks (just using regular polish, not gel). I haven't tried the Japanese gel manicure yet, but I'm waiting for a special occasion to make the splurge. There's only a couple of downsides: 1) the prices are very high and 2) the massages are too soft. For example, I've paid $4 or $5 for callous removal at other salons, but they charge $10 here. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. I love the ease of the online booking system. The salon is clean and has a very chill vibe.
