If there's any issues with your appointment, Frank calls and gets you squared away. They also send texts to check in on you after appointments and if you've been gone too long. The best way to describe is It felt like my mom scrubbing my hair because she found out I have lice. my face was constantly being splashed with water and during the rinse off water went up my nose twice.. When toweling off my hair she was rubbing the towel, which is damaging to hair and creates knots. Save your money and just double shampoo at home, at least you can blow dry your hair to your styling.. I paid AND tipped as the service was done, proper training needs to be held so customers don't leave completely disappointed. During that time, there were two nail techs working on one customer and another tech doing a pedicure. A regular customer walked in and was immediately greeted and told to hold on. Then another customer came in with what looked like a chipped nail. An employee came out from the back, greeted that customer, discussed what she needed, and took her straight back to fix her nail--all while I was still sitting there without a single acknowledgment. I understand appointments, regular clients, and quick fixes may take priority at times, but it takes only a few seconds to acknowledge someone waiting and let them know what's going on. I told her since I have curly hair, I wanted it flat ironed and then cut. She used a technique where she used men's razor to chop the part off, then use scissors to precisely cut my ends. Interesting! My hair came out beautiful and thinking of getting my hair colored with Ada. I noticed white strands already growing out. I definitely loved the professionalism here. I paid $31 and gave her $40 including tip. She did such an amazing job with my hair. I think this is my new go to for a hair cut and possible color. I definitely need to color up my white hairs. They also have a nail salon that does manicures and pedicures. Haven't tried that yet. I already have a lady I go to for a pedicure which is closer to home. Not only is my pincer nail always treated and trimmed carefully and expertly, the pedicures are well done and last for over 4 weeks (just using regular polish, not gel). I haven't tried the Japanese gel manicure yet, but I'm waiting for a special occasion to make the splurge. There's only a couple of downsides: 1) the prices are very high and 2) the massages are too soft. For example, I've paid $4 or $5 for callous removal at other salons, but they charge $10 here. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. I love the ease of the online booking system. The salon is clean and has a very chill vibe.

He was very quick and efficient with putting on an acrylic tip onto my thumb that was shorter than the rest of my nails. He was careful to not have the gel touch my skin and seemed to be the go-to for frenchies. The girl working the front desk didn't seem to be in a good mood. I don't usually mind but she was very short with her responses and not particularly nice or helpful when I asked a few questions regarding the pricing and point system. There is plenty of street parking available and it was easy to find. They're very popular so expect to be a slight wait and it's definitely a more sterile and clinically run salon than a welcoming one. I didn't see anyone with a walk-in so I would always recommend making an appointment!
