However, I was pleasantly surprised when the service far exceeded my expectations! Waxorsugarme is located inside the City Salon Suites off of Knoll Trail and Arapaho. There is ample outdoor parking and it's easy to find. The suite Waxorsugarme occupies is toward the back of the building. Before showing up, I booked online where a deposit was required. Now, I'm totally happy to pay this and am respectful of their late policy. These are professionals and it makes complete sense that they have stringent policies for arrival windows. I had seen some people gripe about this, but please put yourself in the shoes of someone running a business like this- it's not fair to expect them move around other appointments to accommodate. The waxing itself was a pleasant experience. Yes- waxing hurts, but in the hands of the right professional, they can really help with alleviating some of that through great conversation. Fabiola was really good at keeping the conversation going and providing lots of knowledge on waxing upkeep best practices. I also want to mention that my first time here was on Halloween, so Fabiola was dressed as Chucky from the Child's Play movies, which was an absolute gas! This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great.
