I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I've been here for more than two years. The doctors here are highly professional, and the assistants are very patient. The environment is spotlessly clean. The mesotherapy injections are administered once every three months, and after the treatment, your skin will visibly glow with radiance. Highly recommended！

When I was during my Piqo4 treatment, the RN patiently explained every step to me and ensure all the important things I should know about the process. Jessica is absolutely amazing at what she does! I trust her with my annual "face makeover" every year. OMG, Jessica is the best! I had tried difference places and this is the one that really does not hurt at all. I had done my first sculpture today, and I was skeptical about the injection pain. My provider explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. There was minimal downtime--just a little redness that went away quickly. Within the following weeks, I noticed my skin becoming firmer, smoother, and more radiant. The results look very natural, and I especially love the subtle tightening around my jawline and the overall healthy glow. Front desk person was a little rude when I check in after 30 mins wait and she told me if I don't wanna wait then book someone else. Not feeling welcomed and cared. read more

I had the Ultherapy 2nd generation treatment done at BHPS today. The overall environment was great--very clean and quiet. The doctor was very professional and asked many questions before the procedure, giving me a lot of helpful advice. She even adjusted the number of shots and treatment areas specifically based on my concerns. I also have slightly hollow under-eyes, so I asked whether I should get Thermage for the eye area. The doctor was very honest and advised against it, saying part of it is genetic and the treatment wouldn't make much difference. I really appreciate that she didn't try to upsell anything unnecessarily. The Ultherapy pain level was tolerable, and now I'm looking forward to seeing the results after recovery. read more

Honestly I wish I didn't have to write this review but I am so so disappointed with my session. I had a 90 minute hydrafacial appointment and the lady that did my treatment was named Michelle. She was EXTREMELY aggressive the entire time, but especially so when she was using the hydrafacial suction machine. I honestly felt like I was being cut my the machine. She was going super fast like she had to be somewhere and very aggressively. As soon as she was done with her rounds, she slapped on my face mask and had my waiting in the room for 30 minutes. I could feel my face tingling and felt so so uncomfortable. Her demeanor from the start was very cold but when you're providing a service, especially one involving someone's face, the least you can do is do it gently and properly. I wish I saved my money and went elsewhere. I'm truly sad to even be writing this review because I really wanted to like this place and come regularly. Michelle's aggression ruined it. Won't be returning. Update: I just got home and got to look at my face. She scarred my nose and my forehead due to how aggressive she was with the extractions. I'm so upset. My face looks like it got mauled by a cat. read more

Know your worth then add tax. Can I talk about the wonderful experiences I've always had at Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons? Self care is important to me so I come here for all my beauty needs. During my most recent visit I decided to get a 90 minute hydro facial. I made my appointment a month in advance and when I arrived to their office they took me in on time and my room was clean and ready for me. Everything here is spotless and a great place to relax and unwind for any procedure. My aesthetician was Alina. She was very professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I really appreciate her attention to detail and making sure I was satisfied with my treatment. Tina and Lina also assisted me and were just as great. Everyone here is just a pleasure and makes my experiences wonderful. I wouldn't take my journey of beauty to anyone else and at least here I know I'm in really good hands and you'll be too. This is long overdue. My tattoo removal experience started off fine, they had a nurse named Jen who was excellent. She did 2/6 treatments for me. Then there were others that were ok, but the service, yikes. Like they only hire people who speak limited English and have you wait in a room over 1 hr after numbing. I have to remind them to treat me... just weird and unfortunate since the treatments cost so much. read more

BHPS did a great job consulting me, and they have great discount for a new member. When I arrived, I waited for about 30 mins. Then the nurse took me into the room and played some soothing music. I felt very relaxed during the session, and the nurse was very patient and explained to me how the machine works. It was a wonderful experience! read more

I did thermage eye treatment, and it was so smooth. Sherry was very gentle and did a great job! I also did jawline ultherapy, which was surprisingly painless ( just a little tingly). I just got micro needling with PRP done for the first time. I was very nervous but the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions beforehand to make me feel comfortable. Anh was the nurse who did my procedure and she was very gentle and accommodating to my requests for treating my problem areas. She's also very personable and easy to talk to, which made me more comfortable as well. Jessica was very helpful with scheduling my next appointments and finding the best package future procedures. I got a hydrafacial for my first visit and got Steller M22 on my 2nd visit because they recommended it to treat the redness on my face. Tina was my consultant, very attentive to my skin and you can tell she has a lot of experience! Both treatments were done professionally and their service is super awesome. Hydrafacial - the most relaxing facial ever! I almost fell asleep because it was SO nice. My skin was literally glowing after and I think it's such a nice treat to give your skin. I would 100% recommend this to my girl friends! Steller M22 IPL was a quick 30min laser treatment that helps with texture, toning, even out my skin tone and tightening. My treatment was done by Nurse Kory, she was friendly and super knowledgeable so I really appreciated her :) The whole treatment was painless and it was a great experience! I purchased the 'One PRP Hair-Restoration Treatment' from Groupon for this place. My experience was so horrendous that, after a year, I decided to write a review. The staff performing the PRP had an assistant, and they both had no clue. I had to use the public bathroom sink located on the other part of the building to wash my hair, which was very uncomfortable and had to walk between patients with a wet hair. I experienced so much pain, even with numbing cream applied, that the discomfort remains etched in my memory. Moreover, the trained nurse was practing on me and the PRP serum was dripping down to my face and neck, wasting the entire serum. The staff at this place exhibits a very low standard and poor performance and don't recommended it. read more

Mytee is my point of contact and she is so detailed and a great communicator, she answered all of my questions and concerns ... their is no pressure or up selling with her. I would recommend you call in and ask for her for your consultation. She gave me a very thorough assessment of my face and was so lovely and honest. I was verging toward overdoing it, but Tina reeled me back in, so I especially appreciated her forthcomingness. I came back the next week for Botox and microneedling with Kory. I felt I was in very capable hands, and the staff was so accommodating and professional. Originally, I went in for a consultation specifically for a lower blepharoplasty. However, during the appointment, both Verana and Dr. Peter Lee strongly encouraged me to also undergo the Wave Lift, stating it would create a more balanced and youthful overall result. Verana spoke highly of Dr. Lee's expertise, emphasizing his steady, skilled hand and how the Wave Lift allowed for precise repositioning of facial muscles, especially in the jaw and lower face, with minimal scarring. I was told that while it cost more, it was a long-term investment in my appearance and that I would be happy with the outcome. They also tried to upsell me on a chin augmentation, which I ultimately declined because it felt excessive for what I was initially seeking. While I understand that healing can take time, I'm still seeing issues that are hard to ignore. The right side of my face has several areas where it looks like fat was removed, leaving visible hollows, along with a small blemish-like bump and a dimple on my upper cheek -- none of which were there prior to surgery. I used to feel confident favoring that side of my face, but now I find myself covering it daily with makeup and my hair. The most troubling result has been the lower blepharoplasty. It seems excessive fat was removed from under my eyes, resulting in a sunken, hollowed appearance. Rather than looking refreshed and well-rested, I now appear more tired and aged -- exactly what I was hoping to avoid. My primary concern going into surgery -- clearly discussed during my pre-op consultation -- was the lower portion of my face. That's why I agreed to the Wave Lift. I had no interest in altering my upper cheek area, yet it now looks noticeably different in a way I never asked for. I'm also still seeing prominent buccal fat in the lower face, which I was told could be addressed, and I've developed unusual grooves at eye level on both sides that weren't present before surgery. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled and hope some of these concerns can be addressed, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I expected more natural, balanced results -- and a more thoughtful, patient-centered post-op process -- especially from a clinic with such a polished reputation. I knew I wanted natural breast augmentation for the longest time, but I also was set on not getting implants. (I have an overwhelming fear of implant illness/rejection). While the fine print may explain it, I didn't realize the special only covers the upper portion of the forehead and not the area closer to the brows. That distinction is important because treating only the upper forehead can increase the likelihood of heaviness in the brow area or slight brow drooping. I wish this had been made clearer before I booked my appointment instead of finding out once I was there. As for the visit itself, it just wasn't a great experience. The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough, but nothing stood out in terms of customer service. The staff member who brought me back, took my photos, and prepared me to meet with the registered nurse came across as annoyed and uninterested. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, and the interaction felt very transactional. Botox can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time. You're putting needles and a neurotoxin into your face, so I expected a little more warmth, patience, and reassurance throughout the process. I had questions about other areas I was considering treating with Botox, but every time I asked, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Instead of making me feel informed, I left feeling like I shouldn't be asking questions. She also spent time discussing pricing when I hadn't asked about it, and the way it was presented made me feel as though she assumed I couldn't afford additional services. When I checked out, there were several employees at the front desk, but no one acknowledged me beyond taking my payment. No "How was your visit?" No "Thank you." No "Have a great day." It was a small thing, but it reinforced the overall experience. To be fair, the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has a nice ambiance. However, customer service matters just as much as the aesthetics, especially in an industry where clients are trusting you with their appearance. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return, even for another promotion. If you're looking for a med spa in Orange County, I highly recommend Biolite Wellness instead. Every visit I've had there has been the complete opposite experience. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons in Newport Beach was a great experience! I was really nervous going in the first time, but I just completed my second microneedling session earlier today. My skin has improved tremendously because it is less oily, less red, and I am having less breakouts, so I am very happy! Mytee was a terrific consultant, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. She had terrific customer service, and she provided me with different types of recommendations to take care of my skin which I really appreciate. I was introduced to Tina at BHPS and I was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable she was on all things skin. She took time to get to know my face and listened to what I wanted my end goals to be. I was also cost conscious. Tina worked with me to figure out the best steps to reach my desired results. On procedure day, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Tina was with me to make sure I felt comfortable through out the entire procedure, and followed up the next day to see how I was doing. My current clinic used modern equipment, explained every step of the treatment, prioritized my comfort, and has achieved better fading with far less trauma to my skin. Looking back, I sincerely wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning. Tattoo removal is already a long process, and patients deserve a provider who combines technical skill with compassion.
