It took him 17 days before he got it on the bench despite several phone calls asking the status. And then when he realized the job was more complicated than he had originally anticipated, rather than order the correct parts, he used old brake lines that he had lying around the shop. None of the brake lines fit correctly, nor were they the proper lengths (too long). So, it was impossible to route them correctly. One of the lines is red (originally black) So the improper routing is really obvious. They routed the front brake lines off the calipers in the opposite direction (180 degrees) from how they were originally routed. And then looped them around the fender. It just looks really unprofessional.

They held a $6 weatherstrip for me behind the counter for a month in a box labeled with my name on it that I had forgotten during my previous visit. My wife had been dealing with Andrew and Jordan online with asking questions and getting the financing taken care of before going. Once we arrived, we met Andrew and Jordan who got us started with Duane in the camp store and then Rick who did the walk around of our new to us Coachman Clipper 108st. The guys in the service department did the walk around and then set up the pop-up with anti sway bars. After purchasing some new gear for the trailer, we finished our financing and we were off. The employees at Veurinks were incredibly nice and I would drive the three hours again to purchase from them. Definitely worth the drive.

Found out from a repair guy that they are a bunch of lieers and crooks there. I will never go back to buy an rv there. They used to be a good place when the dad ran it, but now they suck!

I also had them do interior fabric protection. I did the clean and polish every year for seven years and when I finally sold my car after nine years, the paint still looked smooth and glossy. I did wash it every week and waxed it once in a while, but when selling the car, others were surprised it was that old because it still looked very good. I was also surprised that the seat fabric still repelled liquid stains, even 6 to 7 years later. I would recommend the paint protection service again and would likely do it for my next new car to keep it looking sharp and clean. They did very good work. I did a bunch of research myself, but Brandon pointed out what I didn't know I didn't know. They even installed my Cardo in my helmet! Of course I don't love spending money with Service, but Steve is great to chat with about what I've felt and when it's normal or not normal to be concerned. When I don't have work to do when I'm there, I've always been able to take one of their demo bikes out to grab lunch when they're working on mine. I was able to get a steering dampener and a side case replaced under warranty with no problems. I would highly recommend these guys. Tell them what you need, and they will find you a solution.
