He went well above what I ever expected and made sure things were right. I had Jay do a lot of maintenance that I had been putting off for quite some time. He did a valve adjustment on my bike's V-4, took care of some leaking carbs, did some front end work to resolve some pesky wobble issues, replaced tires & more. All I can say is my experience with Jay was great. I haven't checked out his new location yet, but I soon will as I need him to look over a 2010 FJR1300 I recently picked up. Brian W.

She responded " I don't know what that is" I tried explaining her what it is but she said couldn't understand. So I asked if I can speak with someone else that could help, she said "no" and continued to struggle understanding what my bike was and what I wanted done. Found out Iron eagles only work on older stuff which is cool, that's not my problem with that. The issue is the lady didn't know what my bike was, and you would think if she is dealing in the motorcycle industry she would have above average knowledge of makes and models out there. It's 2024 and it's hard to believe that she didn't have a smart phone or a computer near by with google to have a better idea what my bike was, and to know for sure if they can work on it or not.
