Been a customer here for years...ever since Zack has been there as the manager I've had nothing but crummy service... I've never encountered a employee that the minute you enter he immediately tells you he'll be with you " in a minute" , even when there's nobody in there ..he doesn't greet you, matter of fact his whole demenor is like " why are you bothering me". Refused to honor a warranty on a battery since I didn't have a receipt even though the manufacturer date sticker proves that the batter is still within warranty time frame. There's a reason I usually go elsewhere for my parts needs. read more

I purchased a car battery at this location. It was defective. The temperature outside was only in the teens and it barely cranked to turn my engine over. On a Sunday about 30 days after the purchase, I returned to the store to exchange or return it. The manager, James, told me they do not accept return on batteries and said it's their policy. I showed him on the receipt where it says "24 month free replacement". He didn't care. I asked for a copy of their policy in writing and James refused. I disputed the charge with my CC company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. Not only are they dishonest but they are not very knowledgeable. This store should be shut down to stop their criminal activity of defrauding customers. read more

Was told by an employee at the 44th and division location to take my motorcycle to the dealership for an oil change. Not gonna happen. Met two friendly gentleman who came up with an innovative solution based on what they had in stock that would work for the tight clearances I had to work with. Would definitely recommend this location based on the employees I dealt with. read more

Bought brake pads and cylinder online at Advanced Auto and picked up at Carquest. Called Advance to see if I can return core here even though we picked ked up at Carquest and Brittany assured me that I could. I hung up and drove over only to find out that NOPE I can't return here. So mad. Educate your freaking employees. I'm reminded again why I gave up shopping here before. Not shopping here again. read more
