When I called, she answered all my questions without irritation or cutting me short and she was very professional yet easygoing. I made an appointment for Saturday and even received a confirmation call the day of the appointment directly from the owner. I made my usual near hour-long drive to get there, only to find the doors locked and the place completely dark. When I called to ask what was going on, I was casually told they had moved to Woodland Hills. No heads-up when I booked. No mention during the confirmation call that morning. No email, text, or phone call beforehand to inform long-standing clients of a location change. To make matters worse, they couldn't accommodate or adjust my appointment, forcing me to turn around and drive an hour right back home. Two hours wasted because of gross negligence. Leaving a 20-year client standing outside a locked door after confirming their appointment that very morning is an astounding level of disrespect and incompetence. Not a single person has reached out since to apologize or attempt to make this right. It is pathetic that twenty years of loyalty ends this way, but after being treated like an afterthought, I will not be returning. Utterly unacceptable, completely unprofessional, and no way to run a business.

5+ STARS!! I found…read morethis amazing Hair Salon on Instagram. I spoke to Sani, the owner, by phone. I immediately liked her! She was very responsive to my text messages when I had a few questions prior to my appointment. I went in to get my hair done and of course, keeping my fingers crossed that everything would work out and being that it was 10 minutes from my house would be ideal. As soon as I walked in, I felt the great energy. Sani greeted me and was so welcoming. We spoke about my hair and what I was looking to achieve with my appointment. I showed her a color that I wanted to do, etc. She introduced me to Samy, who worked on my hair. Loved her!! Samy put a lot of TLC into my hair. She's very detailed. I'm beyond ecstatic to find a salon that is welcoming and with a great staff. There's a manicurist that does Russian manicures.
