Somebody recommended this place to me and I discovered that they do have a much wider selection of products. Some of the products I find here that I don't find a Costco business are more variety of container sizes for to go options or to go boxes in general. This place also sells different bags you can use for your business or your customers. As far as valueless concern, their prices are not that much better than Costco. Some items were about the same while others were higher than Costco business center.

This visit, I was on a mission to find a very specific type of glassware. As I suspected, they had what I was looking for... but with glassware, unfortunately, it's a bit of a gamble as to how much you'll have to buy because they only sell by the case. The gamble part (for a non-restaurant person) relates to the different sized cases. Some of the cases have a dozen glasses, some more. In my particular situation, the case size for the glass I liked was three dozen... and I didn't want to do three dozen... so I struck out. That was just luck of the draw. I cannot leave this store empty handed, so I hit the utensil aisle and grabbed a couple of sweet spatulas!

Except for very last time June 2026. We bought an item in-store around $85 on June 15th. Staff was so friendly and helpful "went above beyond to help us find the size we asked for". Everything was done quickly and as expected. Then on June 29th 2026 we came back to return it because the size is not match to the one we already have at restaurant. Product's never used. "At the time we walked in the store. Staff welcomed us immediately. The right hand side cashier from the entrance, the guy took care of us. After knowing that we came just to return the product. He checked the paper receipt promptly . Without asking for anything else he just said "oh this one is purchased with cashier named "J...". He moved us to "J.." counter and asked us just wait there. Around 5 - 7 mins later, store is very quiet. At 2:55pm only us and another one customer in store with 5-6 staff went around counter, aisles. We were still standing there in front of "J..." counter. The man took care of us in the beginning, made loudspeaker announcement to look for "J..." at the back of store then he also disappeared. We still kept waiting in front of counter. 10 mins passed, no sign of "J..." 's appearance. We almost quit, one of us decided to go home and come back in another day. The cashier / customer service lady from the other side of store came and offered help. She moved us to her counter. At this moment only she said: next time when we wanted to returned anything. Just come to her counter. The other side with sell associates when we have some other issues or questions about items. She done the returned very quickly just in 3 mins. I did find that they had good prices of certain things like beans, and yeast. Not a one stop shop for bulk buys, but they have some stuff that you may not be able to find elsewhere and that's a plus in my book.

Personally, I do not want to have equipment that does everything for me. I enjoy filling my own pots, and cooking real burgers, using a grill etc. It reminded me of an "air fryer" kitchen. High tech German Equipment that is designed for "lazy cooks". I understand precision cooking. But typically if you are a good cook, you use your skills to achieve this. Additionally, I spent over $200 to prepare the owner food as he said he needed to try my food first. I am not running my business yet and that really hurt my wallet. Naturally, I wanted to provide them with exceptional food. They were blown away by my recipes and they were polite. However, I was not comfortable with the idea of being rushed into signing a contract and paying a $500 membership fee. $3500 a month for only 100 hours of kitchen time with multiple people. Additionally, I was not offered any form of monetary assistance or even food to prepare for them. This is one of the very few kitchens recommended by the Health Department in Sacramento and unfortunately they are not in business to help entrepreneurs get started. Eddy is in business to make a lump sum profit. Speaking of Health Department, he stated multiple times that he had connections in the health department and could guarantee getting my permits pushed through. I did not understand why he thought I needed that. He implied there was a lot of hoops to get over. I suppose that was his pitch to try to get me to sign up. The location is tucked away far from visibility in an office complex. They encourage you to use delivery apps and they do not offer commissary services for equipment. After a long and unsuccessful search in this area I found a true blue 24 hour kitchen in Livermore run by Michelle called New Tradition Artisan Kitchen. She blew me away with her customer service. She is working with me and the rates are the most reasonable I have found. The rates and accommodations make up for the trip there and back.
