She first cut my husband's hair, and he has a full head of thick and unruly hair...I figured if she could handle HIS head, she could definitely do something with mine! And she did. I had done some research and spoke to some people in town about the best hair salon and this was the name that I was given. I came in and asked for the woman to tone down my highlights a little and to add some browns. I even brought in a picture for her to replicate. She seemed like she knew what she was doing and was very nice. I didn't have time to stay and blow dry my hair once she was done I happened to be in a rush. Once I got home however, I dried my hair and it was GREY. I mean, old lady grey. I was so embarrassed because I had a wedding that night and there was no time to fix the mistake. I had to wear my hair up and it looked horrid in pictures. Luckily I was headed back to Long Island in a few days and I had my lady fix it at home. I will never forget how horrible it was.

While the look of the salon may tempt you to go inside for a walk in, book your appointment online. The stylists take their time with customers, which is what you want (especially with hair color). Stylists are diversified in their skill and technique and whether you are looking for the latest in hair color, extensions, nails, or a curly hair specialist, you can have it done there . They also sell a lot of the newest hair products that you only really see on instagram and not in stores. I have very curly dark brown hair. I know how important it is to go to a stylist that understands texture and hair health, and they definitely understand here. I have been going to the owner for years and the majority of clients are repeat customers so that should tell you something.
