Jesse was quick to respond and we set us an appointment to bring my knives to him and wait while he did his work. He is set up in the garage of his home and we were blown away by the organization and professional set up Jesse has! It was a tad of a drive but this is our new place for sharpening! Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and was a delight to talk with. He had our knives done in about 20 minutes and was meticulous to details! Fair price for the 5 knives he sharpened!
