The buffalo chicken wrap and chili bread bowls are da bomb. It's right at the base of the mountain so convenient to get to even if you aren't skiing/snowboarding. The nachos were tough to pull from the paper in the basket, but otherwise everything was good.

Cuzzins is a good spot for groups of adults to eat after skiing at Mount Snow. The food is decent, the decor basic but good for a nice, dive-y vibe. The service is friendly and helpful -- from the host station to the waitstaff to the bartenders. The beer selection is very good -- lots of good local options as well as some classics, and at prices that are very reasonable for a ski resort. And the adult-to-kid ratio is good for people looking to escape the youngsters for awhile (not that youngsters aren't welcome -- they just don't predominate as much as other places at the Main Base Lodge). Also, you may get lucky with some good musical acts. We saw a talented, funny one-man show featuring a guitar playing, cover-singing dude (it was better than it sounds -- lots of fun), and the spirit of the apres-ski crowd was great. There was a line to get in, but worth the wait.

Always a stop when we hit Mount Snow. Best bloody Mary's! Typically busy and sometimes a wait especially around noon but worth it if you have the time. Spicy chicken guac wrap, classic burger, power salad and buffalo chicken wrap all delicious.

We held my sister-in-law's memorial luncheon there, and during what was an emotional and difficult day for our family, they made everything feel so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, but what stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire luncheon. They helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that allowed us to focus on being together and remembering someone we loved. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to gather with family and friends. Thank you to everyone at the 1846 Tavern for helping make a difficult day a little more beautiful. It was great! We went with oysters and a pretzel. The pretzel was great! The oysters were awesome. The staff knew their stuff and our server was able to give us recommendations based on what we liked. Service was excellent, wonderful selection of beers and my wife had the wine she likes. The inside of the tavern is really cool. It's an older building and they really kept the character. The tavern has all high top tables and a bar. Added bonus; a Porsche Club gathering came in after we arrived, so there was a nice impromptu car show in the parking lot as we walked out.

The service is also great: our waiter was very friendly and prompt. The food is uneven. I got the ribs (which they are known for) and they were fantastic. The meat was tender and smoky, and the sauce was fantastic. There was also a lot of them, and they came with some very crisp fries, cole slaw, and corn. Others in my party got the French onion soup, and they didn't like it (apparently it was bland and not made with a rich beef stock). Someone else got the turkey club, and thought it was amazing. So choose wisely, or get the ribs.

We stopped in during their opening month to see if it lived up to the hype, and it's safe to say this is exactly what the valley needed. The Atmosphere The first thing you notice is the arcade. It's a total game-changer if you have kids (or if you're just a competitive adult). It keeps the vibe lively without feeling like a chaotic playground, and it's a great way to kill time while waiting for a table or hanging out after a day on the slopes. The Food We sampled a bit of everything, and for a brand-new kitchen, they are already hitting their stride: The Wings: These were the standout. Crispy skin, juicy interior, and the sauces actually have some personality. Definitely get an order for the table. Roasted Chicken: This is the ultimate comfort dish. It was perfectly seasoned and felt like a high-end home-cooked meal. If you want something hearty but not "pub heavy," this is the move. Tenderloin Sandwich: Wow. The steak was incredibly tender (as promised) and served on a fresh roll that didn't fall apart. It's a massive step up from your standard steak sandwich.

It would be like a Christmas any month of the year. I am not a sour beer fan, in fact I really detest them. But if you like them, you will in a very happy place here. I had the Stone Corral Oktoberfest (Richmond Vermont). It was a pretty fine take on a . Marzen style ale. We shared a pretzel and the cheese board. The pretzel was your typical enormous soft pretzel. This one was just at should be fresh, slight chewy crust and soft inside. The Dijon mustard dip was good. The cheese board was huge enough for two for a lunch . A Brie like cheese, a pungent delicious blue cheese and a smooth but distinct hard cheese as well as a nice fruit jam , some slices of salami and actual fresh green grapes . This little New England restaurant, though, still had first-come, first-serve seating, and parking lot a bit crowded but found a spot at a corner to park. They originally had a 2hr wait for 14 ppl (we had a few tables ahead of us) but ended up giving us two tables if we were ok to cram together, which we were - super grateful for that! Didn't realize it before we went, but this shop was Kelly Clark's parents' restaurant, and the memorabilia was cool. Cheap beers and drinks, wings were ok (wings needed to be crispier and have more spicy buffalo sauce, the bbq version was just ok). The chowder was thinner compared to Anchor Seafood down the way, and the tuna nachos were ok (on light puffed rice chips w/ some seaweed salad to the side, mayo or similar across the top could've been better with some yuzu or ponzu sauce instead). Fried pickles were large and great, though, as were the fried cheese and pretzels. The truffle cheese fries were heavy but still needed more cheese and table didn't enjoy it as much. St. Louis Ribs were ok, but the Short Rib Stroganoff and the Lobster Mac N' Cheese were table favorites - and warmed up really well the next day with the generous portion helping balance the cost as it was basically two meals in one. Game and fun bathroom signs in the waiting area upfront. Staffers were busy but definitely worked to satisfy our tables' orders and needs and kept cheery while at it. Very tight seating spaces so make a note if you're on the bigger side, it may not be as comfortable depending on the seat you get. A bit spendier (there's food tax, LWB tax, and town tax...) but no credit card surcharge. Overall I'm giving this a 4 star b/c of the service. Food I've had better, but service was very helpful.
