I politely requested a mix of Swedish and deep tissue massage, and the employee reacted by laughing at me and speaking to me in a very condescending way, as if my request was stupid. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She interrupted me while I was answering questions and treated me with impatience and disrespect the entire time. I came in hoping to fix my back pain and walked out frustrated and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place based on the way I was treated as a customer.

My new fave is Margaret. This past year- I have added cupping to my massage. Wet cupping massage and then cupping to the end. Slightly uncomfortable to sensitive areas or area of tension at first but when the 10mins are up and the cups are removed- there are way more benefits. The only times I don't add cupping is if I have to wear something that can't hide the cupping marks or I'm going to the beach etc.

Masseuses have used their elbows on me before but never their knees. By the time I got home, I had developed a bruise on each shoulder blade. The one of my left shoulder blade was worse - it went from a deep purple bruise to a quarter-size wound. I initially thought the masseuse ruptured a blood vessel but now I think my skin was rubbed raw against my bone. I am never going here again and would not recommend this place to others.
