Masseuses have used their elbows on me before but never their knees. By the time I got home, I had developed a bruise on each shoulder blade. The one of my left shoulder blade was worse - it went from a deep purple bruise to a quarter-size wound. She sounded like she knew her stuff. She did a sample massge on a chair and I wanted some more! Two days I returned for a full massage. What's unique about this spa is they customize the session to you. There is a list of treatments from which to choose. Sarah dedicated 30 mins to my back with special essentials oils. She really did a terrific job on the areas most bothersome to me. I feel so much better now and still smell the essential oils on me hours after the massage. I really don't want to shower. Despite complaining to management multiple times and they resetting/setting. Do more research on anyone who touches your hair. 2. Salon needs to stop calling people who look young sweetheart. The haircut was trash and pray you have done better. 3. Increase communication between internal team and clients. Don't treat them like herding cows for money.
