We booked 3 tours with Good Shine Travel in 2020 before cov-19 pandemic. All the tours had been…read morecancelled bc cov-19. We've never got the refund nor any credits (total about US$5,800). We don't get any response from them (emails phone calls). Now their branch offices and website are closed. Recently, we noticed the name of the company being changed to 'In Most International Corp' in the same business address with different suite# in Artesia and Rosemead (they originally had 4 branches now left two). I went in 'Secretary of State' page searched the company name. The old name 'Good Shine Travel' founder is the husband's name and the new 'In Most International' is the wife's name. For the 3 tours we booked, 2 of them are from other travel companies and Good Shine makes commissions. We contacted the other travel companies. They replied already refunded money to Good Shine or Good Shine actually never paid them bc our records no longer exist in their system. But we've never got any refunds.

I was able to experience Costa Rica inside and out. I zip lined thoroughly the jungles, river rafted for my first time and even got to waterfall repel.
