The fact is we can not go any of above, we had turned to United Airline on the phone, email and LAX UA counter, we were kicked back to the agent-Tim because the account is "LOCKED". We have spent so much time trying to use the ticket but go no where. With that said, we will lose $1,250 completely if we do not travel to Europe by February next year. Exchange a ticket and booking with an agent should never be this difficult. Our friend agent tried to help us but unable to do Zero STAR is the score, but I could not remove the star for some reason. There were not even many hotel rooms left when I searched up online. Jin is very patient and tries to help us as best as she can. We finally picked Secrets Maroma Beach resort out of 10 different rersorts that she carefully recommended. When we arrived at the resort, it was way better than the pictures and so beautiful. But we ended up with disappointed view which was the most important to me. I called Jin at midnight in LA time and complained about that. She immediately called the hotel and gave us free upgrade to ocean view room. What we booked was partial ocean view room that is $150 cheaper than ocean view room per night. What a grateful service it is! All the staff there treated us as vips during our stay, we had the best vacation ever. It included a flight to LA to Mexico, an inner Mexico flight, and a flight Mexico to LA. The airline they booked the inner Mexico flight with went out of business and the travel agency legally failed to do their job and advice my parents of this and then rebook them a new flight. The agency had nearly two months to confirm flights and reschedule anything necessary. They did not do this. My parents showed up to their inner Mexico flight only to be told that airline no longer existed. It had shut down all operations 2 months prior. My parents attempted to buy their own flight there to their next destination but there weren't any flights available. They ended up booking a spot on bus. They bus was leaving 9 hours later and then it was a 12 hour ride. This nightmare could have been avoided if the agency had done their job of actually confirming my parents flights instead of falsely telling them that all of their flights were still good a few days before they left on their trip. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They don't do their job correctly.
