One note to management: the bathrooms really need more attention. They should be checked and cleaned much more frequently--honestly, I think they should be looked at at least every hour. Keeping the bathrooms clean makes such a difference in the overall shopping experience. Overall, a productive trip and we got everything we needed to get her ready for another year at college! Saying that, not sure if it is representative of the current times, but they have strangely run out of some staples for days on end (fresh chicken breast/tenderloins, some milk, heavy cream, salads) which seems odd. To be fair, they are in stock about 85-90% of the time, but when they aren't they're usually not available for over a week. The curbside service is usually good, but have had times where not everything was included in my order and didn't notice until I got home. Also, a recent bad experience where rotisserie chicken didn't come out with my other items (including frozen/refrigerated) and was told they're going to have them in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, no chicken, and the guy who was handling my curbside order went on break! I had to bring all my frozen/refrigerated items inside to customer service to return them as they were just sitting in my car as we waited for the chicken to come out. They should have never brought out my order if it was not complete. If you use their app and go inside, unfortunately the app does NOT tell you were things are located. I wish they had this capability, but admittedly they move stuff around A LOT while some stuff is consistently located, not everything is. Usually the folks inside can direct you to where things should be, but there's never a guarantee. Pro tips for curbside service: - Make sure you indicate you are "on your way" to the store before you get there. This will help get you order to your car faster once you do arrive. - Check your order before they leave to make sure you got everything! - Do not let them bring out a partial order and tell you they'll be back with the rest. Make sure they give you everything at once. Pro tips for shopping in the store: - Use Scan & Go in the app to scan and pay for all your items. It's MUCH faster than if you wait in line to pay.

Every single person I encountered was engaging and kind. I was asked a couple of times how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. Such a great experience. I always love visiting Publix grocery stores when visiting.

I presented without an appointment for an employer ordered screening Fit Test. There is a private…read moreparking lot with a good amount of parking. The lobby is modern and clean. There is also a TV and complementary coffee bar for those in the lobby to enjoy. I walked up to the window and was very pleasantly greeted with a smile. I was given the paperwork and instructions that I needed to get started. After a short wait, I was called back so that my fit Test could be performed. The test was performed proficiency and in a timely manner. I was given both the signed paper copy as well as a nice wallet card with my fit Test results. I was informed that my results would also be electronically sent to my employer and that there was no need to check out because I was good to go. I really appreciated how pleasant EVERY employee was that I encountered. Even the individuals passing in the hall smiled and greeted me.

She communicates well and is very friendly and kind. She shows her customers AND her co workers respect from what I have observed. She apologizes when she can see there is an inconvenience and she has actually called me about my Rx before. She seems bound by the head pharmacist's rules & procedures. Note: I am not complaining about pharmaceutical laws and guidelines. I'm am referring to the quirks and inconveniences in this pharmacy. I'm not very fond of the male pharmacist. He seems rude and disrespectful to his coworkers and I have yet to have him look me in the eye when I address him with a question. Instead he speaks to his asst and has them speak to customers as though it is beneath him to converse directly. It appears he is the head pharmacist too which is a shame since Lauren is so much more together and approachable. When you order a refill on the app or the phone tree and go to pick it up at the specified time, it is rarely ready. It is either sitting in a to do bin on their work counter or the manufacturer's bottle is in the hanging plastic bag waiting for you to come in before they count it out and actually fill it. It just seems so backwards. This means you cannot just dash in and out to pick up your Rx. You have to stand in a line behind 5 other ppl and watch this take place 5x before it's your turn. Also, when they say they will call you about something, if he is working they typically don't. Also when you call in with a question it is difficult to get an answer. Usually it just rings and rings so you go and get there and they say oh! We had to order it. Or it's not ready. Or you have to wait another day. There are a few options in Starke for Rx but now days doctors get upset if you switch between pharmacies even if it is for pricing, availability, kindness, or service. I miss Publix. They had consistent service and communication.
