Convenient & Close By Just Wish It Was 24 Hours Like All Other CVS Stores, It's Hit Or Miss Somedays It's Quick & No Lines Then Some Days Only One Cashier With Long Lines With Not Much Help. So I'm 50/50 Honestly Why Can't They Just Make It 24/7!

I asked for it to be filled with Auvi-Q (a brand of epinephrine) since I had a coupon for it. THE NEXT DAY, the pharmacist calls me in the morning and tells me that she won't fill it with Auvi-Q because the prescription says epinephrine and not Auvi-Q. She said she would call the doctor and ask for the prescription to be rewritten. I came in that night to pick up my prescription. I was told that I had to wait because "the pharmacist is praying". Praying? For some reason, I expect the pharmacist to be IN THE PHARMACY and WORKING during business hours, not praying to the sky monster. When she was done praying and ready to deal with customers, the pharmacist said the doctor didn't respond and so she didn't fill the prescription. I asked why exactly they can't fill it and she said the doctor (my allergist) wrote it wrong. I informed her that the prescription was a pre-printed form for epinephrine and my allergist certainly knows how to write prescriptions for it. I asked if it's a problem with my insurance and she said it's not the insurance, she just personally doesn't BELIEVE in filling the prescription the way it was written. I pointed out that doctors almost always write a prescription for the active ingredient in the drug and not by brand name, but she refused to admit she was wrong. I called another pharmacy and explained what the Giant pharmacist said and asked if they would fill it as written. They laughed at me and said OF COURSE they would fill it! I came in the next day and talked to the pharmacy manager and asked for them to give me back the prescription paper so I could take it to another pharmacy. She told me that there's absolutely nothing wrong with the way the prescription is written and there's no reason it couldn't have been filled two days ago when I originally dropped it off. I said sorry, I don't have a lot of patience for pharmacists who like to jerk their customers around and took my prescription to the other pharmacy.

I am writing to share my personal experience with CVS Caremark and to express my frustration with…read morewhat I believe has been a confusing, inconsistent, and unnecessarily burdensome process for obtaining my prescribed medication. Over the past several months, I have repeatedly encountered delays, conflicting information, and administrative obstacles while attempting to obtain medication prescribed by my physician. What should have been a straightforward process became a prolonged series of phone calls, paperwork, and communications between my doctor's office and CVS Caremark. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was learning that medication I had previously received was suddenly subject to new prior authorization requirements. In other instances, I was informed that coverage limitations or authorization requirements had changed, requiring additional documentation and approvals. These changes occurred after my treatment plan had already been established by my physician, creating uncertainty about whether I would be able to continue receiving the medication I needed. Throughout this process, I often received different answers depending on whom I spoke with at CVS Caremark. I was instructed to have my physician's office submit specific forms, only to later learn that additional forms, different authorizations, or further documentation were required. Each time new requirements emerged, I had to contact my doctor's office again, and their staff had to spend additional time attempting to satisfy CVS Caremark's requests. As a result, I found myself caught in a continuous cycle between my physician's office and CVS Caremark. Information was frequently inconsistent, requirements appeared to change, and responsibility seemed to shift from one party to another. The process was not only time-consuming but also stressful, particularly because it involved medication that my physician had determined was necessary for my care. After going through this experience, I have little confidence that this letter will result in meaningful change. It is difficult for me to believe that the concerns of individual members receive the attention necessary to correct systemic issues that continue to affect access to prescribed treatment. While I hope that CVS Caremark leadership takes these concerns seriously, my experience has left me skeptical that meaningful action will be taken. Unfortunately, individuals like me often feel as though we are at the mercy of a system over which we have little control. Decisions regarding coverage, prior authorizations, and medication access can have a significant impact on our lives, yet the process can feel opaque, unresponsive, and disconnected from the realities faced by those who depend on these medications. I am sharing this letter because my experience has left me concerned about the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the process. My hope is that CVS Caremark will take steps to improve communication, reduce unnecessary administrative hurdles, and ensure that individuals are not subjected to avoidable delays in accessing prescribed treatment.

Cashiers need to stop telling us not to put our groceries on the conveyor belt with the exception of large, heavy items that they can scan. When they tell us to do this, we're left on the side bagging our own groceries taking even more time than we should be. Requests to put certain groceries (cold items) together or in a particular way should not be meant with rudeness or offense. Even when telling a cashier there's something under the cart, they tend to forget. Yet we are the ones who have to get back in line - AGAIN - when our receipts are checked and they notice the item under the cart was missed by the cashier! When asking an associate if they are opening up another line, we should not be ignored. My issues at this location is ALWAYS with the ill-trained, rude and seemingly lazy CASHIERS! ROMAN is one of them! I used to go to self check-out until you changed it to 15 or less. I could check out a ton of groceries more efficiently and appropriately if your self check-out line wasn't limiting! Please consider this! 1 star was the least I could do, but if there were 0 stars I'd give it that just for the CASHIERS! Thankfully managers are always apologetic and open to feedback, but nothing seems to change!

Dangerous Delivery Person It happened AGAIN (see my previous…read morereview, below). On July 16 the individual assigned to deliver 8 bags of mulch to the top of my driveway instead dumped the bags into the street at the bottom of the driveway. Totally ignored delivery instructions. Predictably, someone made off with the bags before I could deal with it. He did the same a few weeks ago, and the police threatened to slap me with a citation. I had to pay day workers to move the bags, which are heavy and I am 80 years old. This never happens with Amazon or Lowe's. This Walmart store manager should get a talking to from Walmart corporate. I will be online for the next shareholders meeting to air this grievance. Previously.... Beware: This is Not Amazon Their delivery person ignored instructions to leave a shipment at the top of my driveway. Instead, they dumped everything into the street at the bottom of a flight of 20 steps leading to my front porch. The shipment weighed about 500 pounds. I talked to Walmart's customer service person, who promised to send someone to move the shipment to my driveway within 2 hours. I tiled that person that I am 80 years old and disabled. He promised immediate action. That was a day ago. No action. I just paid day workers $200 to move the stuff. We own a lot of Walmart stock, are members of their elite delivery service, have their credit card and are deep into their culture. We also are stockholders. If we receive this treatment, imagine what may be in store for you. Amazon carries thorough. I will be online at next year's stockholders meeting to talk about this store and urge thst the management be reevaluated.

However, better signage that is visible and well marked would be appreciated in here. Like maybe as soon as you walk in from the mall? I had to wonder around and figure out the department I was looking for was on the opposite floor. Finally found a directory in the middle of the store near the elevators/escalators. Would have been great to know that and be able to head there instead of aimlessly navigating the floorplan for a while. I found that this location was lacking on a lot. Lacking on stock for one. A good amount of the shelves were empty or near empty with product. It is also lacking on space. It is hard to browse when you are constantly having to say excuse me or excuse somebody to get by. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location, I doubt this particular store would be open long as a standalone store. Best thing here, allowing you to go from one floor to the next.

I have been to 3 other targets that allowed me to do multiple transactions with the rebate coupons. Mind you, I am buying $54 Enfamil containers of formula. But the man is most likely a woman hater and kept insisting that I should not be doing it and the other targets should not be allowing me to use multiple transactions for the formula. So this woman hater is telling me, my child who drinks 10 little cans or 5 big cans of Enfamil formula a month, I should space out my coupons every couple of weeks. That's so hilarious. Then why would Enfamil send 15 coupons that expire within a few months of receiving them. He would not let up, until I said I'm just trying to feed my child. I have never seen such a horrible customer service representative in my life. Not sure who he paid to become manager of this location. Rest assured, I will be mentioning this to all my friends and family to avoid this location as much as possible. What crappy customer service, disrespect towards woman and buying customers. I spent over $300 today on Enfamil formula at target and he refused to let me use a couple of $5 coupons. And yet they got absolutely nothing done, left everything in the way and maybe me, as a customer, extremely uncomfortable. In all honesty, at a CVS I usually just keep my head down and look around / get whatever I need. I am really writing this review because of my experience today in the store. I walked in around 3:30 pm today, a Friday. I would expect the store to be clean and ready for the Friday - Sunday rush of people but this store had merchandise everywhere that employees were "putting back". The employees through the store were sitting on the floor, moving stock already on shelves around when I walked by and then the second I left would stop and go back to their phone/talking to each other. Now I'm writing this post because at one point I got extremely uncomfortable around the associates. There were two employees in the seasonal aisles that had seemingly barricaded the aisle by putting their stock carts on both sides of the aisle. Now I was in this store was almost 35 minutes and these two female employees did not stock the shelves with items from the carts on both sides of the aisle. I went down the aisle to look and grab a few things as one employee started tickling the other with a feather like item and I was BEYOND uncomfortable. To clarify these two employees made me as a customer uncomfortable, got no stock moved after barricading customers out of an entire aisle on a Friday afternoon and spent the entire shift just straightening random boxes to look busy (additionally some of these items were 90% off but listed full price so they weren't even taking the time to look into the products). When I came to the front to do self checkout there was another customer doing a return and she was mad that she bought an outdated product at which point the employees started harassing HER for buying it!
