Recently, having "checked in", the staff, which still does not have the courtesy of even a "hello", much less, "May I help you?", then gets the prescription. However, he did not see I have something else to check out, does not apologize. The pharmacist asked if I was allergic to the medication, again with out any greeting. To my "no", walked off, without "Do you have any questions?" I had to pay for my second item separately, even though, I said, "Don't bother," the man rang it up anyway. I have been going to this CVS since 1997. Starting today, I am looking for a new pharmacy.

I had just moved from out of state and the insurance information on file with CVS needed to be updated. Then they told me my insurance wasn't active when they typed it in wrong. Finally lied that they did not have one of my prescriptions on file when my insurance would not cover it. it was $30 without insurance but I had to push them to admit they had the prescription. I can not imagine the harm if I were a polypharacuetical patient who didn't know exactly what I was perscribed or had access to the CVS app which told me they were lying. When I spoke to the manager she shrugged and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I've lived in 3 states and have been to many pharmacies and this one has been by far the worst to deal with.

He also has excellent rapport with his patients. He is always friendly to me, and nearly every time I come to pick up a refill, I see him chatting with a regular. Yet there is very rarely a line, and when there is, it's only one person. I have been able to reach a helpful human being on the phone every time I can remember calling. My only complaint is that Safeway's iOS app has very poor support for ordering refills compared to, say, Walgreens' iOS app.

My latest experience with the pharmacy staff at this CVS has inspired me to transfer all my…read moreprescriptions to another non-CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are awful. They ignore customers in line, interrupt you when you are trying to give them pertinent information, make you state your entire birthdate (including year!) in front of the whole store, and also make you state what prescription you are picking up in front if the whole store (I'm pretty sure that's a HIPAA violation). One guy even got mad at me because he couldn't find me in their system--he flipped his computer screen around to show me that my name wasn't coming up when he typed it in. And of course, it turned out that he was spelling my name incorrectly. I am done with CVS. I understand that this store is busy, but that's no reason to belittle and be rude to customers. Goodbye and good riddance, CVS!

8/29/21 After getting a pedicure at Tenley Nails, I needed a…read moredrink.   It had been a very hot day and the small bottle of water I had aquired from the nail spa wasn't enough.  7 Eleven is known for having great deals for a decent price. 2 drinks for $2.22 or $3.50 depending on what drinks they are generally hit the spot. If you are with friends, you can get two drinks for $3.00 and not have to split a drink. Perfect for teenage kids with limited money. Hot Dogs which are delicious 96% of the time.  I have had 7 Eleven pizza a few times as well.  The price for a whole 7 Eleven pizza with drinks under ten bucks is perfect for a kid. This 7 Eleven looked pretty new, but I believe it has been around for a while.  The store was clean and organized.   I also noticed this store seemed to have more alcohol  sold here than I have seen in other stores.  Maybe it just seemed that way because of wines  on shelves next to the refrigerated beer/wine. I ended up with buying a 7 Eleven brand of drink. The drink happened to have a special sale where you can get two for $2.50.  I went with two guava drinks. On my way out, I looked at the Slurpee machine and thought about how people from kids to adults cap the cup and then pour their favorite drink through the top of the hole.  A trick I was taught by a friend to which I still do today. I taught the same trick to a few other people who I am sure still do this trick too. I thought about the impact of The Coke Slurpee on my tastebuds when I first tried it back in the 80's.  You know, I might just have one this weekend now that I am writing about it.   After checking out, I finished one of the drinks I bought.  I still have one of those drinks for today or tomorrow.   Hey, it will be delicious whenever i have it. I had a good experience here.

They have a bunch of quick snacks, or caffeine powered drinks, to keep you moving. Actually was surprised that their croissants are fairly tasty. Some of their sandwiches work in an emergency. This is a clean location. Good employees and service. Sure you'll pay more here than the grocery store, but saving time can be important.
