Example: I went in for a vaccine shot - with no one ahead of me in line it took 10 mins to get waited on, to tell me to have a seat which took 20 minutes more. Its now 25 minutes past my appointment time and the pharmacist had 3 other employees in there w him. When I inquired how much longer it would be i got a 5 minute rant from the pharmacist about how everyone expects to get waited on the minute they arrive at the counter and that next time I better not ask any questions or he can make the injection very painful. Last time I ever would deal w such an unprofessional outfit - literally the worst I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy in my 55 years. I transferred all scripts from there and Rite Aid got not only this review, but I work in a medical facility - one that will not recommend Rite Aid - ever~

I was distraught because of the three scripts I needed filled, the most important one- the pain pills they were "sure" if they had it in stock. I was pretty irritated because I had a post operative loved one in the car waiting to see what was going on. It was stressful. Plus the Med was rather common. I guess though with the legit opioid crisis this country is suffering they're trying to make these more difficult to get perhaps. I got the prescriptions- ALL THREE- within about 20 minutes. They had a sense of urgency but I felt they were disorganized. I was taken aback that they weren't "sure" a certain med was in stock. It caused me anxiety about having to go possibly to a different pharmacy while toting a post surgical patient in the car with the anesthesia quickly evaporating away. I wouldn't go back here. I only went here because it was the closest to the loved one's residence. Go to Walgreens - Walgreens is my go to pharmacy when I'm not forced to do mail order.

I went with my bf and we each had to purchase a case, we couldn't have 1 person purchase both cases, so just fyi! There is a beer distributor nearby but this is just convenient esp if you are shopping for food. Prices are pretty decent and on par with items sold at the walmart (which is located in the shopping center across the street). I recommend registering for a Giant Rewards Card, it's free to sign up and you can get discounts. Staff is friendly and although the place is not very modern, it is clean! There is a self checkout line which really helps too! I usually come at night like around 7pm and there isn't too many people so you can take your time etc.

I politely refused stating I would rather support my local pharmacy. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Good service, kind, calm, and supportive staff- especially important in these isolation times.

I felt like a number and a dollar sign. Today, I needed an inhaler for my cat and Peter was able to get me the very best price. I truly appreciate his taking the time to research and not be so quick to just quote a price of $450 for the inhaler. Many other pharmacies would have done that. even Costco did not find the price I received here I highly recommend. very customer focused. I am on Social Security, so this is extremely important to me.

All new staff and everything is going downhill. I was told a prescription would be filled, never was. They never let us know when prescriptions are ready.
