This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm staying with my parents so my son doesn't get what I have. I dropped off my prescriptions after sitting in urgent care for 3 hours, still running a 103 fever. They told me half an hour until they were ready. Two hours later and I just got a text they were ready. Telling sick people that their medication will be ready quickly and then taking 4 times that long is unacceptable. I will not be bringing prescriptions back to this pharmacy ever. read more

I agree with the folks that the pharmacy is unorganized. We've gone through the drive thru and the staff didn't even ask for identification for our meds? Hmmm, I think anyone can get someone else's meds if they wanted too. My main complaint is the PHOTO LAB. I needed to get some pictures developed (yes I said developed lol) and get the proofs on a cd. When I went to pick up the pictures why were there only 9 pictures developed? I questioned the manager that as I saw the index sheet that had more than 20 pictures on there? The manager went to put the CD into the machine to see what was wrong and GUESS WHAT? There was no media on my CD and I just paid for a product that was developed half ass? Why am I going to pay $12 for 9 pictures and a blank CD? I was refunded but seriously I was going to walk out paying for nothing???? Sorry for the curse word but I am a little upset? They are suppose to correct this issue and I'll update this when I go pick up the items I requested. read more

I couldn't rate 0. I dropped script off inside and was told 25 minutes. 45 min later, they couldn't find my info. They found it in the trash never entered. And said 5 minutes. Well here I am now 15 min after that still waiting for it. 4 people behind counter and from what I've seen, they lack accuracy, accounyabiltu and dedication. read more

This may be one of the worst CVS locations I have visited and I have lived in 4 states. I am referring to the pharmacy more than the store. I keep hoping for improvement but each time I see a small indication, the poor service resumes. There is often a long line at the pharmacy. They often are out of medications and suggest you go to other chains. They do not offer to call over CVS locations. They need more customer service training. I wish our insurance didn't require that we use CVS. read more

This could possibly be the worst pharmacy ever. Not only is their staff incompetent but they make dangerous mistakes like giving out the wrong medication (dosage) but even gave me someone else's perscription!!! I've called the corporate office on multiple occasions and there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Go down the street to Super Value Pharmacy. Much better customer service and knowledge there!! read more

Okay update: this CVS seems to be on its way to being better. I messaged how horrible it was on the CVS website, and a few days later the store manager called me and we talked about it. They are doing new training and changing how the store operates. There may be new people working, but I don't know just yet for sure. She asked that I give them another chance and I did. Clint at the pharmacy was really professional an helpful. A few of the techs with good customer service in the past were there too. One thing that may never change is how grumpy the front clerk is at rush hour, but we will see. I don't totally blame him since it is right off the highway and tons of people come, but I doubt the occasional customer will feel that way. If you have the patience, it may be worth a shot to see how they are improving, but it is still early in the game. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Got there 6:45pm. Online said would stop accepting patients after 7:15. Patient goes in comes out at 7. Dr refuses to see me, point to kiosk but the kiosk won't let me sign in. I understand being a long day, but I was scared and don't have much money, and in pain. I wish we had more compassionate doctors. Won't be returning to this location again. read more

The wait time was slower than expected, but I was super impressed with Kari Wilson, the lady who was working the minute clinic when I was there. I ended up having strep throat and she was knowledgeable, timely, and very personable. She handled clients one by one and made her way down the list. Can't control who walks through the door so I don't blame her about the wait. Very professional and convenient. read more

Took my 3 yr old to the minute clinic. Other than having a little bit of computer trouble getting the system to scan my id and insurance, everything was great. The nurse practitioner was phenomenal with my son, and I felt much better by the time we left. Will definitely go there again! read more

I arrived at the minute clinic at the time that was reserved online for me. Once I arrived the kiosk would not work so I waited a couple minutes and no one came out of the rooms. I tapped on the door and Lashanda the (NP) came out, no patients inside, I mentioned the kiosk isn't working and she said it didn't matter because she is done at 1 (it's 12:50). She said come back at 2:30, I explained to her that I had been there since for 5 minutes already as the time online indicated. Her response was I'm leaving at 1 so come back later. I told her she needed to work on her care for patients and she responded to that with "would you even want me working on you now". With that response I question her ethical behavior, did she mean she would hurt me by that statement or what. My visit shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes, that's ridiculous. Oh yea and Don't count on posted hours those obviously don't matter. read more

This CVS location is depressing. Each time I visit, the employees at the registers have long faces, slow to do their job, never smile, and flat out show they don't want to work. The lady that was at the register yesterday was sighing and when some of the items on the counter where a teeny tiny bit out of reach, she rudely said "pass it to me." Seriously! Rude! I'll take my business to Walgreens. Always a greeting when I walk in there and smiling employees. read more
