Tell me why someone thought it was a good idea to resell a damaged/used/obviously returned item to a customer. I've been decorating my apartment and was shopping for a good clothing rack. I saw that Walmart had a few styles I liked and headed to this particular branch given that I was in the area. Found the one I wanted at $27.97, and took it home. Upon opening the box, I regretted not inspecting it when I was at the store. You could obviously tell it was resealed. The first thing I pulled out was an empty Ziploc bag, then a Ziploc bag with the small parts of the rack. There was no packaging that kept the large parts of the rack safe, and I noticed one of the wheels was damaged. When I took the little parts out, it was missing 5 screws. None of the little tools that was supposed to come with the rack was in there, and no instructions. What?? I ended up returning it and receiving a brand new factory sealed version at a different Walmart. However, I'm still surprised that someone got away with reselling such blasphemy. Do they not check to make sure the returned items aren't broken? Thanks to this brutal learning experience, I'll be checking my products but especially furniture and home decor goods from now on... read more

Most awkward and terrible shopping experience ever, just moved to the area and came here twice to buy things for my apartment. Both times I was forced to leave with only half my list because I was chased by salesmen, quite literally, to the checkout. When did this become a thing, and why do they think single women shopping alone want to be surrounded and chased by internet salesmen telling each other "don't take no for an answer"?? Forget it, I'll shop at Kroger now, they will at least pretend that they see me as a person rather than a target. read more

I mostly have my groceries delivered, at least once a week. It is rare that I have an issue with an order, but it does happen. Twice, my order was delivered to someone else, missing items, or I received my order along with someone else's. Again, it is rare, but they are always accountable and will resolve the issue expeditiously. Also, with Walmart+, there are a lot of benefits that come with the service, which also make it worth it. read more

My cuz needed to pick up some things from Walmart and she invited me to the tag a long, so I did! It was pretty busy for 9 pm on a Saturday evening. The Parking Lot was full. No Walmart greeter in sight. The store layout was pretty easy to navigate. It seemed like what I needed was close by and didn't have to walk to the other side to get it. This Walmart Super Center had a Fred Loya Insurance, Regal Nails, 1st Convenient Bank and a Domino's Pizza inside. I noticed Dominoes had a special going on. A personal pan pizza for $4.99. I'm not a fan of Dominos but, it smelled good and it was tempting. Lol. I also noticed they had a lot of people from different countries with a language barrier. However, they were competent in resolving an issue my cousin had at the check out. Better Homes and Gardens is offering their own line of Wallflowers like Bath &Body works. They have cute designs and they are half the price! Overall, it's a nice Walmart. We were able to get what we wanted and leave. read more

What a hassle! I go into to buy a Bona mop. It's on rollback for $29.28, yay me. I self checkout balancing a bunch of items because the cart I originally picked up sounded like a freight train so I abandoned it. When I got to the car, I noticed the mop rang up the original price, insert shock face. I walk back in with mop in hand and the receipt, walk back to the place and take a pic of the rollback sign and off to customer service I go. The customer service person doesn't know how to do an exchange so she refunds me and sends me back to self checkout where the cashier is asking me why the customer service desk didn't take care of the price adjustment properly. Again, shock face. Finally get rung up correctly to only be stopped at the front by the door greeter to verify my receipt. That's the last time I'll be stopping for receipt verification at a Walmart. If they want to verify my receipt, they can pay a cashier to ring me up. This is the first time I've shop there this year, it's May btw. I won't be shopping at Walmart again unless no other option exists for the item I need read more

This walmart is closest to my house. It has everything you need but some days the produce looks like it's old or it's been there for a while. However, on this day, I came to look for blank cards. I looked on the app and found ones that I really liked, but when I went to the store, it wasn't available. Luckily, I found alternatives, but I was very disappointed. The app is pretty easy to navigate and tells you what isle it should be in. Sometimes it's a little off but overall it's accurate. The staff were helpful in the self-checkout line. I like how there's an separate section for Christmas materials. It also has a great price on it! Overall, it's not the worst, but I definitely seen better. read more

When I am looking for things that I need Walmart is usually the place I go to. I was looking for zip tie car clips, but nothing doing. Albeit, when you go to Walmart, it's not a waste of time (cause who am I lying to), you always find something else you think you may need, and guilty as charged cause I found two items I didn't know I needed. In my personal opinion I like this store but I'm prefacing it, this store is not as clean as it could be, and the bathrooms speak volumes to this, and always have some funky smell. The majority of the staff are really nice and very helpful others won't even acknowledge you even if you give them a greeting. Three employees that stand out to me is Ms. Lourdes, customer service, Elena, who works as either as a cashier or in self checkout and Mr. Will, who works in produce/bakery department. Every time I visit this store these are the three employees that standout to me. Thank you each one of you deserve a pay raise. Sorry, no photos to add. read more

Rude and disrespectful customer service personnel at return counter. Returned a coffee maker same day purchased. Used a gift card and credit card to pay for all items. Was told they could put 1/2 on my credit card and 1/2 on Visa gift card (which they checkout person kept) or Wal-Mart store card. I wanted all on credit card. Was told I could keep coffee maker or take the Wal-Mart store card. Shopped at Wal-Mart since they opened in the old location. Will not be shopping there any longer. read more

This is my second complaint against this walmart. We joined Walmart+ and had delivery from this store. On two occassions they failed to deliver multiple items but still billed us. In one of the deliveries, 8 items were missing. When our family filed a request for refund they refused and ignored our request. We then tried carside delivery and they forgot our pizzas and again ignored our complaint. The car delivery guy even left his trash in our bags. Again they ignore all complaints. The instore is not any better. I watched a dude come in with fake copy money trying to fleece a cashier who was crying and scared. And the manager let him walk out because of his race. They refused to call police. I never saw that cashier afterwards. This store is completely mismanaged. Avoid it at all cost! read more

I shopped here on Nov. 23 and bought over $380 worth of goods. When I got home I noticed I was charged for 3 boxes of crackers but only purchased 2. I waited until Dec. 2 to return to the store for a refund because of the busy holiday season. A girl named Tiara was who I contacted at the return desk. She looked at the receipt and told me they have to check with loss prevention to view the video to see how many boxes of crackers I actually purchased. This was after I waited over 10 minutes due to the long line. After 15 to 20 minutes, she still hasn't resolved my issue and said she forgot about me. She looked at the video and saw I was correct and approved my refund of $3.88. When did it become a standard to check the video for returns of $3.88 for a box of crackers. This girl was not pleasant to deal with at all. If this is the kind of service I get when I have to return something because of the stores error then I think I'll go shopping somewhere else and spend my $380.00 there. Good bye. read more

It's a big selection, but I came in today and noticed the chips were 5 months over the expirtation date. I was watching the guy at the door let people through without asking for receipts. Caucasian Old tall guy with glasses and a beard medium voice bald 9:35 PM May 12. All I had was 3 blinds and a rug. I felt stereotyped really bad. He skipped several people and only asked me for a receipt. Is Walmart even supposed to ask for receipts ? I don't pay for a membership. I drove over 6 miles to pick up my photos. The lady in electronics was busy selling cellphones (talking to tech). I knew it would take a long time for her to help me even it took only seconds. Don't use the order ahead/pickup service!!! I ordered 2 days in advance for pickup 10-11am. My order was delayed, but I got the ready notification at 10:58am. I immediately checked in for pickup, and after 20 minutes, I'm still waiting in my spot. What's the point of this service? If they hadn't already charged my card, I would have went in at 10, got my stuff, did self checkout, and would have been home with the stuff already put away by 11. I approached an associate to inquire about the location of umbrellas. She (Brenda) was working in the ladies clothing department. In a polite manner, I asked where to find the umbrellas. She was talking to someone on her earbuds / phone while handing clothes. She ignored me the first attempt, then a second attempt was made referencing her name. She was irritated that I called her by her name and said, "you don't know me." Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave as the culture of Wal-Mart has changed. I made a photo center order and paid online. After getting the notification the order was ready for pickup, I headed to the store with my family at 10am on Saturday morning. When I got there, there was a sign on the photo counter showing that it opens at 9am... and no one was present... I checked my phone and it was 10:32am... I walked over to electronics to get help and they said they photo center person was on break and they will be back in 10 minutes. They asked me to wait 10 minutes. Again, the place just opened at 9am and 90 minutes later, the person is already on break? I had my wife and kids waiting in the car and a full day ahead of us. I did not have 10 minutes to twiddle my thumbs. I just wanted to pick up my paid order! I left the store frustrated. I wrote a message through walmart.com complaining about the incident. A few days later I got a call from the photo center manager at 6pm. I was busy with my kids so I could not answer. I called back at 8pm the same night - when I was available and guess what... the manager had already left for the day. So exactly, how much time did he give me to get back to him? Less than 2 hours for certain. Not to mention, just getting through to him was an ordeal. I tried to reach the store manager and nobody picked up the phone. By this point, I was getting the message. Something is wrong with this Walmart. If you read this review and still expect a good store experience, the joke is on you. Know what you're getting at this location. While traveling through the area we had a problem with our vehicle. The low tire pressure light was on and upon further inspection, I could tell this was a rapid leak and needed immediate attention. As this was a Sunday and options were limited we used the Walmart Auto Center. Staff was pleasant, they fit us into the rotation and made the repair and we were underway within the hour and 1/2. The cost of the service was very reasonable. All in all a positive experience. read more

Ordered 2 Bridgestone tires online from Walmart and had them delivered to the Bedford Walmart auto center. When I ordered them I thought my wife's 4 runner was the limited model and I ordered the tire for it. (20'' Tire) Needless to say the 4 runner was the base model and has 17" tires. My 18yr old son went to have them installed and it of course was the wrong size. They made him take the two 20" tires home with him. Since I am living in another state I told him to return the tires and get 2 of the correct size. They refused to take them back because they said it was a online order from a 3rd part seller. This is to rate the pharmacy. I called several times to check on a prescription and was told at 3p it would be ready by 4p. I show up at 4:45p and was told to come back in 10 minutes. I come back in 15 and was told the same reason but to come back in 30 min. At this point I told them the details I quoted above and added that my script was supposed to be done last week but they called my old doctor instead of my new one so that made me wait the weekend. The lines were very long and at least one other gentleman voiced his frustration with their empty promises and slowness. The guy that I spoke to last told me to have a seat and as soon as it was filled I wouldn't have to wait in The long line again. I watched him and 3 minutes later, he clocked out and left. I got up and explained everything to another clerk, that guy took my name went behind the counter and got my script and I was out in 2 minutes. Couple of the guys in automotive do not say hello when you approach them. Just look at you with their head down and eyes above their glasses. Then they argue with you about exchanging a product which was defective and act like it's a chore to do their damn job. Came in around 9, they had 13 employees standing around having a meeting, not exaggerating on the number. Nobody was at the register, had to do self checkout. Problem is 2 of them weren't working and the people that were supposed to be helping were on their phones having a conversation. Another worker came over and helped that wasn't even her area, she couldn't fix it so I moved to another one and that started messing up so I went up to the people that were supposed to be helping and asked for assistance and they gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. But then......when it was time to check out The associate named Preston has the most horrible attitude towards every customer i heard him speaking too. He was a total jerk, rude, asking personal questions to customers that was none of his business and even questioned a managers decision to return an item in front of the customer. The store is clean, it is somewhat easy to find team members to help you, and the new self checkout lanes are a plus. Downside is that it's always super packed. I also wish that people wouldn't try to check out with 9,000 items in the self checkout if they don't know how to use the damn machines. SO FRUSTRATING! read more

Just because an item is price marked one thing (on sale or not) doesn't mean that's what they charge at checkout! The employees here are unfriendly, don't speak English very well, will clog up the isles B.S.ing', won't move the blue collection carts used be employees for the pick up service, and are general hateful to the customers..., ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WHITE MALE! The parking lot is generally trashed, especially on weekends. The carts are dirty/nasty, and the wheels are screwed up! You have to go thru them to find a cart that will push straight. If you have to go to the bathroom, HOLD YOUR BREATH! You may even catch something. Generally speaking... WATCH YOUR BACK! High crime in the parking lot! Management (or lack of) can't even control the American Flag. I pointed out it had been at half mast for over a month... they took down the flag the next day!
