A huge plus if they are happy, smiling, professional, solid, knowledgeable, proactive, great with people and able to take care of everyone quickly so early on a Sunday morning. By the way this stellar employee is just 18 years of age! The sky is the limit. I am writing about this amazing young lady named Brindha who assisted me at this CVS store today. She knew exactly where items were( what aisle) in this very organized and natural layout. She was on top of the inventory of the candy and the gum by the front counter. This typical CVS store has a pharmacy in the back, over-the-counter medication's, health, and beauty products, snacks. convenience foods, photo finishing services, greeting cards, and seasonal merchandise. ( love the Red, White and Blue flags, mugs and t shirts beautifully displayed for the 4th. Love the Blue Diamond salted almonds on sale. This store is clean. Easy to maneuver. Wow, I just called, and by the way, I'm a customer. They couldn't help me over the phone because they were busy with other customers, and I was only asking for the simplest quote. I hate when people don't do their job the way it should be done and are rude about it. Why can't these people get it right at the pharmacy and why do they always give you a hard time when you get script for items that are over the counter ? They never carry anything that is over The counter and can be written as. Prescription. They push you to buy it 3x the price over the counter but when you have amazing insurance that you work hard for you want to take advantage over this perk . I went here to get passport photos taken the Indian male manager with glasses was very grumpy and rude he took a blurry photo at a stomach angle and refused to retake them and had an attitude about it. I get a text my prescription is ready they said no we lost it and most of the customers were yelling at them! Went here for baby formula, they have cards that you can use to check out. If something wasn't available there are no cards in the tray. This is a terrible thing to do to worried parents. read more

I went in at night one week to the pharmacy and had the rudest encounter. The woman working was named Karen and she was short and nasty. I was picking up a prescription since I was still sick and this interaction with her made me move my prescriptions to another cvs down the road. this is the worst pharmacy to call. I have called them about prescription and been on hold for over 2 hours that was one time and another time over an hour . it's like this all the time. I even went their while I had them on my cell . they were talking to each other . no customers . not on other calls . it's disgusting they do this. I love the service at CVS 777 South Oyster Bay Rd Bethpage, NY. The drive up window is super convenient and safe. They put the prescription in one of those slider freezer bags. I transferred from another CVS because the aisles were very narrow and you are on top of other customers. In this CVS the aisles are wide, they are open 24 hours and the manager does everything in her power to make sure you are satisfied. I had a mix up of my meds due to changing pharmacies and the manager was able to straighten out everything. Tallu is fantastic. !!! read more

I was in the area and wife needed me to stop at a CVS to pick up some cold medicine. This was the closest CVS to were I was. I would say one CVS is the same as the next. The cashier was friendly and the checkout was fast. I still prefer Walgreens as they have apple pay. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years. I should have switched long ago but I am used to them so I just kept going. I have never had a prescription refill in which there wasn't a problem that stemmed from a poor system or knowledge deficit. Every time I have to wait while they rectify the problem and sometimes I am back more than once for the same script. They continuously put my scripts through he wrong insurance plan and I ask every visit to have the issue corrected in the system but they don't. Instead, every time, after waiting in line I always have to wait again while they do that. Sometimes they haven't even filled it because of this error.....they don't call about it, they just wait for me to show up to address it. These are my two last experiences: last month I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover an RX and that I have to get it over the counter, after asking for it to be put through the correct insurance I was told that again. A second RX I would have to now get through express scripts. Knowing this place well, I just said ok and left and returned the next day when different staff were on- never mentioned the day before and both went through no problem. Yesterday I went in and they gave me a branded medication that costs $1,700.00 (I have been taking generic for months). This wasn't mentioned...I looked at the total before giving my card and said something. Of course it was brand, as it is every single time they fill it...so like every single time I told them I take generic. I said I would come back today to pick it up but of course when I did, it had never been done....and so, I waited. And on top of that, while I waited I listened to one pharmacy tech complain loudly about her schedule the entire time and then she said to pharmacist "why are you rushing me", he said " because this customer was here yesterday and no one took care of this script and she is waiting". Her response was "I wasn't here so why are you rushing me". I am done. read more

Pharmacist was extremely friendly and caring to us. Stopped in for my Flu shot; everyone was very professional and helpful. Store is very well set up and stocked. I'm not sure what all the "Static" is about. Parking lot is very easy to maneuver in. read more

I had to get a covid test on 12-10-20 and Kristin D was the woman who's assisted me. She was both kind and polite while assisting me through the process. I had many questions and she made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I'm so glad I picked this store because of her. I like this location. Top to bottom it is classy. Lots of useful food items and housewares. And the parking lot is ample.

Go there b/c very close to my house. but having said that, much better than the other local CVS locations: Old country rd & South Oyster Bay Rd. Leaps and bounds better than all the local Walgreens, which I find very crowded. Pharma staff is friendly. Drive thru convenient. Otherwise a typical drugstore. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in the USA I travel for work and I haven't ever been treated so rudely so unprofessional by the staff and especially the pharmacist. If you look their good ratings are over a year ago if you see the recent ones they are terrible for good reason. Don't try to call you'll be on hold for ever and more than once they will answer and then hang up right away so you have to call back and hold for ever again!!! Not a good perception to start. Stay away from this place there are half dozen cvs within 10 mins of here go anywhere but here. If they continue to treat people this way they will go out of business. Tip of the iceberg pharmacists should know the rules for filling stuff and when this place doesn't almost made me wait two extra days when I didn't have to.. We as patients feel for them over worked and understaffed but that's when you treat people nice to retain business not treat us like for your sanity go anywhere except here. read more

You have to be very careful with the pharmacy employees. I had to ask 3 times to compare the price of my perscription between my insurance and goodrx. I always have an issue with them and thus goodrx. They never want to check saying it's cheaper with the insurance which isn't always true. Today after I asked 3 times to do the comparison, they said it's the same price as your insurance. Wish I thought of checking the website before I left the store because i spent 80.00 in scripts when I should have spent 30.00. I'm going to contact corporate. read more

Love that this location is 24 hours. Pharmacy staff helpful even when busy, I've never been rushed away by the pharmacist. Location is clean and well stocked. Haven't tried their Drive-thru, but appreciate that they have the option. Tons of parking that's easy to access, which is a plus as a lot of the local pharmacies are jammed into tight spaces or shopping centers with crazy drivers. Haven't had to wait long for a prescription after submitting, and they're quick to let you know if they're out of stock on something and your options to get it filled. Otherwise, normal CVS Pharmacy, appreciate that they're linked, have to agree that they need more people checking out in the front. read more

It's open 24 hours, it generally has what I need, not too much to complain about. Their milk supply isn't always great, which wouldn't be a big deal, except that the main reason I come here is to get milk after hours for my three year old, who drinks about forty gallons per day. That said, it's clean, workers are generally solid, even on the night shift, so it gets the job done. read more

This is a very large CVS, close to where I work which is why I go. They have a good selection of various items. They seem to always just have 1 cashier open which is very disappointing and results in longer than average lines. on the plus side they have a drive through pharmacy which i never use. read more

I've been coming to this CVS for years and it has a great selection. I have insomnia and severe social anxiety, and I like going here bc it's open 24hrs and has self check out. I just had a very weird experience for the first time. I went to the self check out, one was labeled out of order but the other was labeled "Open" so I went to this one. The person behind the counter very aggressively insisted "I can take you over here" and I didn't feel like I had a choice. They then proceeded to bag my items without asking my preference first. I usually use a reusable or just carry my items if I forget. I'm just trying to deal with my mental illnesses with as little human interaction as possible at 11:30 at night. If I can give 0 review i would do that. If you call to get pharmacy person on call will take more than 15 min and after than they will cut call. Just not that to get meds at this pharmacy you have to wait at least 20 min minimum. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. 80% staff is rude except 2 or 3 nice people. If you ask any question they will send you drop off after waiting for very long at cashier to get meds. I have 25+ prescription in my family every month and i go through this nightmare. Now I will go through pain on switching each and every one of them rather going to useless services. Completely unacceptable service. read more

The pharmacy, 777 South Oyster Bay Rd., Bethpage, NY., leaves a lot to be desired. They don't seem to care about anything. My husband's prescription was called in around 4:30pm. He checked and was told they were busy and it wouldn't be ready til 8:30. He went in at 9:30 and was told they didn't have it in stock and couldn't get it in til Wed. He asked why they didn't call him to tell him this and they said they called the house- a total lie - since I was home all evening. He can not wait for the medicine til Wed. They checked another CVS and now it should be ready at the Hicksville CVS in 30 min. Someone should have checked and been honest from the beginning. This isn't the first time this has happened with medicine. My daughter had a serious problem one time because her medicine ran out and they said they'd call the dr. to renew it. They never called the dr. I don't have any problem with the store part of this CVS, just the pharmacy. read more

This is the CVS I avoid. There's always long lines whenever I visit with maybe 1 person behind the counter taking customers with other employees standing around. Besides that, the store is quite clean and large. But be prepared to wait forever to actually buy your stuff. read more
