I usually shop at Walmart, Trader Joe's ,or Aldi's for groceries, but occasionally I'll pop in to Publix when I'm short on time and just need to grab some stuff quickly. Like every other Publix this is a nice place to shop but damn, those prices are just insane. I recently stopped by the other day to pick up a few things, some fresh pineapple, tzatziki, Boar's Head roast beef, sushi, ground beef, chicken, milk, and a few other things. The total was over $100 which is wild. Everything I bought fit comfortably into two bags. I'm sure if I spent the same amount of money in any other grocery store I'll be leaving with much more food. Overall three stars. it's a great supermarket with friendly staff, but damn, it's a total rip off. read more

Well as long as you don't do self check out and you go to the first register it's awesome. Most of the time I am able to find everything we need and then some. But the cashier that we always visit is amazing and always uplifting. She loves to shake it baby and make the visit to this store super fun. All of our kids and my mother love coming here because of her. We have a Publix next door and we drive over here because of her. There are a few others who make it great. The cheese woman who always cuts the Manchego aged cheese for me is also very kind and helpful. Some of the guys in the isles helping are very kind as well. There is a few that could use a bit more help on customer greetings but overall it's a clean and well stocked place to shop. Oh and also the woman in the fish department is fabulous and a great help. read more

I love my Publix at the Reserve. I was there for the grand opening and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Their customer service is unmatched. Many of the employees always ask me how old my children are getting and they even remember their names. They are always kind enough to slice London Broil roast beef specially for my Pub Sub. The bakery is amazing. Their produce is fabulous and the store is spotless. I try to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds. I can't say enough about this place and it feels like home. Ordered a ham and Swiss sub online. Came with no swiss. Normally wouldn't raise an eyebrow, But to me, when I want a ham and swiss It's just a disappointing sandwich without the swiss. I notified them on the app. Got a response of SORRY. This is not how this very same publix would have handled it in the past. You could find a better pharmacist at a preschool then this location. Not only do they make people wait for hours like it's some kind of game, they decide to cut off a patient who's filled there for years without issue and out the patients life in danger due to the medications they're on for over 15 years. pharmDick Matteo V is more of a joke and fraud then any sort of health care professional, the state board will be his next place he'll be arguing with to keep his license. read more

I just moved to Boca Raton and they found this Publix. It's very convenient for me where I live in the pharmacy is also great. I like the way if it's raining, you can pull your car undercover where it's dry and everybody seems to be very polite so that's why I shop at the store read more

Still in the Clint Moore and 441 shopping center and went to Publix to finish my shopping. Boy was I surprised! Prices were awesome! Staff was exceptionally friendly totally not what I expected from a Boca store. Believe it or not got a parking place easily. Lots of 2:1 specials. Even the ladies room was very clean! We came here in need of a few specific items- flowers, get well cards, a candle , pound cake and diet snapple! My friend and her daughter were ill with Covid and we wanted to leave it outside their door! Well, we picked up a bunch of flowers (they were on special 3 for $10) but when I got to the checkout the cashier told me otherwise- she said they were $12. I told her no it was not on special so I said forget it. But guess what I was right! I went back and showed my daughter the sign! We managed to get the other items easily and we had no problem with those. The employees are wearing masks and so are the patrons which was good. I also make sure to use hand sanitizer when I am all done! Most Publjx are pretty much the same as this one is too! read more

It's the first time I've been inside this Publix. It is very big. It's a beautiful store that appeared to be very clean and organized. The produce looked very fresh. Much of the produce was labeled organic. There's a big deli in the back of the store. The deli food must be good since several people were waiting to be served. They have a covered drive through in front of the store where you can wait if the weather is bad or if you're waiting for your ride. You can be picked up without having to go outside. A problem I had was that I couldn't find several items that I wanted to buy. I started to walk around the store to get the layout but I had to give up. I got tired of walking. Big store.. read more

Publix has stopped carrying this brand. I think I've figured out why-it's awful tasting. I purchased two bottles for the holidays. I took one glass with ice and it was tasting like a weird syrup. I poured the drink down the sink and the rest of its contents in the bottle. I would not endorse this to my worst enemy it's so bad. This product gets zero stars out of five. just nowNEW So this negative review is only for the deli where the subs are prepared. I ordered two subs yesterday online at around 5:30pm. I received an email verification that the order would be ready for pick up at 6pm. I arrived at the deli at 6:10pm, and the subs were not at the designated pick up location. I spoke to a deli employee, he went to check to see why the order was not made. From what was gathered the online orders were piled up in the waste basket. The gentleman made my subs and I was satisfied. But still upset nonetheless, because of the time wasted. This is the second time this happened. This is strictly poor management and lack of leadership is the deli department. I enjoy shopping at Publix, but it seems like the deli department needs a shake up. read more

This location used to be spectacular, then they rebuilt it (why, I don't know) and now it's probably the most horrific Supermarket I've ever seen, a complete dump. Everyone they hired is awful at their jobs, they don't care about anything - ESPECIALLY hygiene, and the place feels like a slum supermarket. It's really sad to see. When it comes to supermarkets, Publix is dominant, and with good reason. This location is very clean, fantastic service, shelves always well stocked, and lots of good deals. The produce aisle is maintained with fresh vegetables and fruits, and so on. If you're from Florida, Publix may seem like a standard and basic supermarket, but as someone originally from the Northeast, I can tell you that everything here is far superior in terms of service, cleanness, and overall professionalism. Just an example, most recently I was looking for an item on sale, but wasn't on the self. The manager saw me looking and asked what I wanted; he told me to go on shopping and he would bring it out for me, which he did right away. Their is pretty much always someone at the checkout counter to bag your items for you, and they always offer to take it all out to your car. From top to bottom, service at Publix perfect. And then their is the sub counter. Probably Publix's claim to fame, it really lives up to the hype. Every sub here is excellent, and they make it exactly the way you want it. If you want a specific type of cheese they will slice it fresh, if you want to try a sample before you get it, they will give you a taste, etc. Their are a few people behind the counter who charge you for extra cheese and such, but they don't for the most part, which makes me want to come back even more. Sometimes lines for the deli and subs can get quite long, so watch out. The few negatives about this Publix are pretty minimal. The soup area by the deli counter is a mess. Always dirty with soup spilled out all over the place, the soups sometimes have no labels, and not maintained at all, which is strange because the rest of the place is cleaned up so well. The candy aisle could contain more brands of candy, and in general their could be a lot more specialty options that this place lacks. At peak hours parking can be a bit of a pain, but keep circling and you'll find a close spot eventually. The few shortfalls are pretty easy to look past, I'd challenge anyone to show me a better supermarket then Publix. read more

Absolute WORST veggie wrap ever... Preordered a veggie wrap for a late afternoon pick up...after previous online ordering issues, I SHOULD have checked before I left... First off, just because Its a veggie sub doesnt mean all of the vegetables have to be minced into bits that explode out of the wrap. Second, it looked like my sub was help under a running faucet...it was soaked straight through (no, I'm not a moron, I know veggies are loaded with water...hence why they probably shouldn't be minced into tiny bits). Never again...ever. Third time burned at this deli was the charm for me. Lesson learned. read more

The deli department operates so slow. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes just to get service with usually 3 or 4 people ahead of you. Very inefficient. In general the store doesn't keep the shelves stocked as well as other Publix stores. Several times they've been out of an item that I needed. Going to start shopping at another Publix. read more

I'm always shocked to see a Publix supermarket with such low ratings. It's such a pleasure to shop at most of their locations. While I typically don't review such stores, I try to when I have an experience worth noting. We ordered a sub, very simple, about an hour in advance before pick up. When we got there, they were JUST starting to put it together. So we just did the rest of our groceries and came back. It seems that the deli is a little slow here and isn't all there because it took over 10 minutes to make a sandwich that had most of the items removed from it to begin with. Looking at the reviews here, the deli comments are pretty consistent with mine. I would definitely say it's one of the more lacking departments at this Publix, which is disappointing because I'm sure it's the one that receives most of the consumer traffic! read more

I always go to this Publix near my house. Love getting their subs for lunch. Always very good and a wide selection of addons/toppings. The wait times are really hit or miss. Sometimes I go and there's only 1 or 2 people ahead of me, other times it's a whole line. I usually like this Publix because the people are very friendly. I'm I just giving it three stars because the customer service where you get the sea food sucks . There was a guy there waiting when I got there and there was a girl putting things in the fridge wasn't really helping the guy after about five minutes of me standing there she finally calls someone else I guess is not her job to help him . The guy that comes out takes forever literally . I leave to come back and now he is with someone else . It is the worse pharmacy that I went on my entire life. The 5 times that I was trying to get medicine there because my home is at 3 min driving, they makes me wait 40min plus excuses to makes me wait another 15 min to finally tell me that they don't have a ingredient and they will have it ready for tomorrow. Why they lie ? I can come next day, but why makes me wait ? Neither one time they did a good job NEVER ! The store is nice but thanks the pharmacy you are the worse! I just have to write a 5 star review over the way Publix handled my bakery order last weekend. I had ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. When I brought them home, I accidentally tilted the box and ruined the cupcakes. I called the bakery to see if they could make another cake to pick up early the next morning, which was less than 24 hours notice. Not only did they make the new cake in time, they did not even charge me for it. I am really impressed. They saved the day and demonstrated above and beyond customer service. read more

Just like all of the Publix stores I have been to, this store is fantastic and that is a good thing, especially since I shop here often due to it being tied with Oriole Plaza in Delray Beach, FL for the second closest Publix to my home, as it a five minute drive south down 441. When you enter, you will definitely find this store to be large in size, with a selection to match. Like other Publix stores I have visited, this store is immaculate and well-lit, with a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. The right side of the store has the deli and prepared foods, where I have gotten fairly large and juicy rotisserie chickens for a filling and easy dinner and even got a Publix sub without the bread due to my wheat allergy, which was well-made and not a bad lunch in a pinch. In addition, they have a very nice olive bar, which I have not tried yet but hopefully, I will one day. The produce department is not far away and has a large selection of high quality produce both conventionally grown and organic, so I tend to buy a good amount of my produce here. Today, I purchased a couple of high quality and large cauliflowers priced at $3.29/each (organic was just .90 more, which is average for this time of year) and four cored pineapples, priced at $2.99 on sale, not much more than Costco. The 14 or so grocery aisles line the center of the store and in addition to regular items, have a wide selection of items like ethnic foods and foods for special diets like many gluten free items. Like other Publix stores, I find their regular prices to be moderate but not the cheapest with some excellent advertised and unadvertised sale prices available. Today on sale, I purchased a large package of Charmin toilet paper, priced at $13.49 which is not much more than Walmart, two packages of Hebrew National Hot Dogs at 2/$6, and four cans of Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans at 4/$5.Customer service shines here as the employees are friendly, polite, and willing to go the extra mile. Shout outs to Scott and Leonard in produce, Benito in the grocery section, and cashiers like Norm and Ingrid. There are many employees who I have not named as it is sometimes hard to remember a lot of names, but they are excellent and make shopping a pleasure! This is by far my favorite Publix. The staff is extremely nice and helpful especially the frontline associates. Management is hit or miss, some have personalities others barely say hello. The food is always fresh and the store is extremely clean... The best associates by far is jean (john) he stocks shelf in the juice isle. He has family back in Haiti, and without fail says hello to me every time, ask how my wife and kids are and is the type of employee Publix should model around. 4 stars not 5 for management. Where shopping is a pleasure...hmmm, only if you get pleasure from a root canal without anesthetic. The produce is terrible-poor quality and high priced. I've had milk products that have gone bad before I've gotten them home. The service deli (is that what passes for service these days?) has horrendous waits (25 minutes today and I gave up...eight employees present behind the counter but looked to be only two helping the in-store folks...and I heard "We'll be right with you" at least four times and nary a customer was served.) Publix you would do better to close this location and cut your losses...I won't shop here again even though it's my neighborhood store...f**k that! read more
