My friends phone was on speaker and although i was disgusted to find someone responsible for making sure people get their medications, including controlled substances instead only cared about how he could scam people out of their prescription. More troubling was when I asked myself what reason do they have to act like this ? My conclusion was either someone is taking the controlled substances that they shorted from my script to sell or they are among the insane number of Americans addicted or abusing prescription meds. After listening to him give reason after reason that my friend immediately called him on being completely false it was obvious he was grasping at straws.

The salesperson behind the counter was not wearing a mask...nor was the person in the food court area of the store. We told salesperson that Mayor Garcetti created a ruling about mandatory face masks in stores stating..."Face masks will be required for both shoppers and many non-medical essential employees, including at grocery stores, starting this Friday, L.A." They also let two people into the store who were not wearing masks. Meanwhile, down the street at CVS and Whole Foods, we saw Security blocking non-mask wearers from entering the store. We are very disappointed that the owner is allowing two workers to be around health and food products without masks. They have plenty of signs about rules on their door but not adhering. The sales clerk was wearing gloves but very rude when confronted with face mask facts.

It's typically well stocked and a clean store and the customer service is fine. No complaints the wait is just crazy.

I came in here three days ago. I needed a can opener and carpet deodorizer. I stopped in this place…read morerather than go to my retail job on my day off. I couldn't find the carpet deodorizer. The manager helped me find the Glade variety. I didn't even know that Glade made that kind of thing. Well, I picked up a few unnecessary things that caught my eye. The cashier was quick, efficient, and kind. They had what I needed here. The staff was very helpful. I was happy to come here and will definitely return soon.

I'm on an anti-nausea medication that I had called in 6 days ago, when I went to pick it up I got told it would be ready tomorrow so I went back the next day and again I was told it would be in tomorrow and or they have to order it and that went on for 6 days. Today I went to see if it came in (I really need this med because I've been puking the last couple days without it) and I was waiting at the window in the drive thru and I heard the pharmacist tell the employee I was taking to, to "move me along I was was taking up to much time" so I replied that I had been there everyday for the last 6 days to get my medication. Every time I've come this same pharmacist has given me a hard time. I called in 2 of my medications 5 days ago and it still took an hour for them to get my meds and the 1 bottle was supposed to be a 90 day and I only got 15 pills, they had 5 days to have it ready and they called me to let me know it was ready for pickup.
