My friends phone was on speaker and although i was disgusted to find someone responsible for making sure people get their medications, including controlled substances instead only cared about how he could scam people out of their prescription. More troubling was when I asked myself what reason do they have to act like this ? My conclusion was either someone is taking the controlled substances that they shorted from my script to sell or they are among the insane number of Americans addicted or abusing prescription meds. After listening to him give reason after reason that my friend immediately called him on being completely false it was obvious he was grasping at straws.

The salesperson behind the counter was not wearing a mask...nor was the person in the food court area of the store. We told salesperson that Mayor Garcetti created a ruling about mandatory face masks in stores stating..."Face masks will be required for both shoppers and many non-medical essential employees, including at grocery stores, starting this Friday, L.A." They also let two people into the store who were not wearing masks. Meanwhile, down the street at CVS and Whole Foods, we saw Security blocking non-mask wearers from entering the store. We are very disappointed that the owner is allowing two workers to be around health and food products without masks. They have plenty of signs about rules on their door but not adhering. The sales clerk was wearing gloves but very rude when confronted with face mask facts.

They say it will be done in 2 mins but they take 30 mins to do it. I went to that place couple of times but it slow service all the time. And some times they don't even have all the medicines you have to go again to get the medicines. They don't understand our time is important. We don't have all day to stay at that place. I switched to cvs and everything had been so wonderful. My prescriptions are always ready in time, if there is a delay they let you know, and they will call you back within the hour if you send them a message. Everything here has been so great that the one time I had a minor issue I pulled a Karen, left a one star review,, and called corporate. It was because of a mistake that literally wasn't anyone's fault and I realized fairly quickly that this was a monthly thing for me before. I hung up before I got through to corporate and deleted what I had written. What I'm saying is- CVS Pharmacy treats you so well that you start to expect more than humanly possible. Now that I'm not being a monstrous person who expects the world to revolve around them I'm very appreciative of this place. If your prescription isn't ready yet, you will wait ten minutes maximum. I highly suggest downloading the app though because they will always inform you when things will be ready and it will always be accurate. The staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledge. They also have some of the awesome pharmacy staff from Rite Aid which made me so happy. CVS is farther away than Walgreens but I *happily* go there instead because that small inconvenience saves me from a million large inconveniences. I honestly forgot that I literally dreaded going to pick up my meds each month because of how poorly Walgreens treated customers. Expanding my radius and going to CVS is one of the best decisions I have made as far as customer service/ retail experiences go.

This place will pack all your meds individually so you have a date and time to take them. It's terrific! They do this at no cost. So if you have a number of things you take daily this can greatly help reduce missing pills or taking them too often etc. I would recommended this service for anyone who has various pills and various times to take them. This pharmacy also delivers. Independent pharmacy really does stand above the rest with service.

They are able to make compound medicines also. They answer insurance questions , notifying of any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer delivery service and now prepackaging daily medicines. In pharmacy medical supplies and equipment available. also they are available for emergency medicine problems.
