Any doctor I've interacted with has been great both for their interpersonal skill and their medical. The last objection I have is their phone menu changing at 5:30 to say that the office is closed when the website says they are open till 6pm. It's bad enough to close the phones early but the droning annoying loud mans goes on and on about how great they are without giving any real information on leaving a message which I wanted to do. I pressed Zero and what a mistake that was, it just started the mans annoying too long message to start over. I'm sure whatever management reviewed that message on the office is closed message either didn't listen to all of because they were in a hurry or they enjoy having their ego stroked. It doesn't matter what the message says if it is too long and too loud done by a well spoken person it has no immediate option to leave a message or any option but to sit and suffer being subjected to a non-functional drone on how great TP is. I have long disliked the phone menu sound and length of the message here but the last straw is calling when office is supposed to be open and then being unable to accomplish anything constructive. I will bet that any business that specializes in professional construction of the public face in that field would find plenty wrong and would coach that speaker to do many things differently with the actual menu. However the real issue is the "professionals" and their vaccine policy that they try to push and push even after you refuse and are told you can refuse without repercussions but in the end there are repercussions, very real and very scary repercussions that left myself my wife and most importantly our daughter without a pediatrician because we were told we are not welcome there if we didn't follow their vaccine regimen, again after being told there wouldn't be consequences leaving us with false hope that maybe these people actually did care about children but don't be fooled like we were, they do not. All they care about is vaccines being pumped into tiny human beings that weigh less than a sack of potatoes and that's it, they didn't care that our daughter had an ear infection and had a UTI at the same time, they didn't care that she was sick, they didn't care that she wasn't gaining weight, in the end all they cared about was getting what I can only assume was some kind of compensation for vaccinating another 8lb newborn. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children. Thank almighty god that not everyone thinks like them though and there are facilities out there that will care for a sick child no matter what.

Once actually in the office, everything always runs smoothly and the providers are always compassionate, professional and thorough. I appreciate that they directly talk with my children, letting them know that they are important. If any follow-up is needed or when I call with concerns for my kids, the nurses are always compassionate and helpful.

I've been coming here ever since I can remember. Though this place is certainly a good drive away…read morefrom our neighborhood, it's been a great place for me to be able to be treated and receive check-ups. The doctors and nurses here have always been incredibly good to me, for whatever reason I find myself in their office. Just recently I visited because of a severely sore throat; fearing strep I gave a call and they were able to see me that afternoon. When I arrived, I'll admit I was a bit of an emotional wreck because of how awful I was feeling, but their services reassured me that I'd end up being alright. The doctor and nurse who aided me were incredibly nice and understanding, as well as accommodating. In the past I've come here when I broke my pinky finger, and after I'd sprained my ankle really bad, which they always recommend before being sent to the emergency room/immediate care (unless there's a legitimate emergency - like when I'd been hit by a car). Both those times the doctors had given me excellent advice to help me back on my feet in no time. I've also gotten flu shots, immunizations and basic check-ups; they basically provide you with everything you need here. This place has gone under a couple of renovations since I was small, but the offices are incredibly nice and very clean. It's easy to be comfortable here, which is ideal in a place you can find yourself starting to feel a little nervous. I would definitely suggest this office, especially families with small children.
