Their lines are always long. There are never enough people on the registers. There Kodak picture are never working. People go in thinking that the thing to print pictures works and you get there and it turns out it doesn't, no sign, no warning, people just wasting their time. I am seriously never going to come to the CVS again it is a waste of f****** time and the people who work here are just as stupid. read more

the pharmacy staff was extremely unprofessional and short. Even though i went through my insurance provider, they somehow still tried to charge me $130 and claimed it wasn't covered (their mistake, which they were rude about). Then i was told to wait in a chair for them to sort out the price. I sat there for nearly an hour before walking back up to the counter, where my prescription had been ready and waiting while i was coughing and dry heaving up a storm (they apparently are too lazy and/or disorganized to call your name). I was not given any information or advice regarding my prescription, which I told them was unfamiliar to me. imagine my pleasant surprise when it made me vomit, painfully and violently, for HOURS, as i has no idea it needed to be taken on a full stomach. if you are sick, you're better off waiting at your hospital pharmacy than this place. read more

I had gone there in the afternoon for medications and Spanish speaking pharmacist was super RUDE to patients and pharmacy staff. It was my first time seeing her at this CVS, I would strongly suggest you to avoid this Spanish pharmacist and go to other pharmacy when she is the only pharmacist there. read more

If i could give this store 0 stars i would, unfortunately theres no option for that. I hardly ever go to this store in the first place because its always dirty and out of stock of everything. Staff is extreamely rude, the manager yells insults at your children when they touch anything. Bad customer service longest line for 1 cashier only. Never go to this Cvs drive a bit more and choose a decent one, unless you wanna get mugged outside the store. It's in a very bad part of town. read more

This pharmacy is so unprofessional. If you come here, be prepared to wait or turned away because they "do not have your prescription". I had to call my doctors office the next day and they confirmed it was in fact sent there. Went I went back they tried to tell me I had to wait because I it wasn't ready when 7 hours prior I called to confirm. It took three visits, three times that I had to call out of work for one prescription. How these people have jobs, how this CVS pharmacy is still open...baffles me. read more

This cashier gave her name as Maria after a customer requested due to a bad customer service. Afterwards looked on the receipt real name it's "Carmen" watch out customers for this one. I am over 50 years old and have been coming to this location (with my parents) since I was 9, back when it was Clark's Drug. I am not a thief and have no criminal record whatsoever. Until I try to walk in to this store. The last few years I am almost ashamed to shop there (refusing to sell a magazine because you didn't like the cover, not selling cigarettes, practically strong-arm bullying me to give my personal information for the CVS card that I do not want or use) and reluctant to give them my $ but sometimes convenience wins out. (Used to anyway) I find it unsettling that if a youth walks in with a backpack the cashiers would yell across the store for the kid to put it down because no backpacks allowed. Apparently the store doesn't trust the kids not to steal but they want customers to leave their possessions in a vulnerable spot, right by the door so anyone can pop in and steal it, or walk out with a bag that is not theirs. Senseless. I am not a driver. I have been a bus rider since the RTD days and for my own safety reasons I do not carry a purse but I use a backpack everyplace I go. Always have. In it are my medications, phone, wallet with cash and all my personal information, house and office keys and whatever I may have purchased at other stores while out, among the other usual crap us wimmen carry around. I wear my backpack ON MY BACK and only take it off when I an at the register to get my wallet and pay for my items. I do not take it off and carry it when I am in a store. I see countless customers with bigger bags than mine in the store over their arm, easy access if you want to take something without paying. So yesterday I go to purchase a few items, probably about $60 worth and I am 3 steps in the door and am being hollered at as well, by a morbidly obese, limping, (looked) older than me female 'security guard' who looks like she has a police record of her own but could not protect herself, let alone anyone or anything else... "Ma'am MA'AM MAAAAA'MMM youcan'tbringTHATinmystore... your BAAAAG..." in the most accusatory and condescending miserable tone I have ever heard. I wonder how she feels about her career choice... backpack patrol. If you are going to single me out because of the bag I am carrying then I will single you out as a store I will never shop in again.
