I have been getting my meds form these ladies for 31 years now. I will not go anywhere else. They have become family to me. The hospitality is stellar and the environment and conversation always friendly. They actually care about their clients and have gone out of their way for me even waiting 16 minutes after closing for me to pick up my meds. If you live in the valley, I HIGHLY recommend them. Since 2011, I have gone to this Pharmacy for my prescription needs for a long time. Even though, I have moved from Woodland hills to Sherman Oaks now, I still use this pharmacy over any where else. If I cannot go into store, they can also mail it to you as well. Very convenient!! Recently, I had a persistent cough that was not going away and they recommended "fisherman's friend cough drop" and no one has this brand any where else. Also, because CVS is closer to my home, I went to searching for Covid test kit and CVS was totally out, don't when they are restocking and they were expensive ~$30, which is CRAZY!!! Canoga Park Pharmacy has tons of them and much less expensive and always my go to for pharmacy needs. Staff is very friendly and I will never change pharmacy (as I get older and my health condition is not the same). read more

I've been coming here for years and these workers are just so rude now. I've taken this particular Rx for years. A few months ago, I hit an unfortunate speed bump with their customer service. I was told my Rx wouldn't get filled because "it gives us problems." I reported this to the board. They did their investigation and I was told I can go back to the pharmacy to refill my Rx. It was refilled with no issues. Here I am again 3 months later to refill my same Rx. First, this girl says there is no signature. So, I call my doctor to call the pharmacist to confirm I was just issued the Rx a few minutes ago. I also let the pharmacist know there is a refill. She said "no there isn't" and I pointed out the refill. Once again, another speed bump. Then, another woman came out and said sorry we are out of the Rx. I said what is the issue? I reported you all to the board a few months ago for doing this. I've been coming here for years and if you have an issue with me or my Rx, you can simply let me know so I don't come here anymore. She said "if you report us, they will investigate you." I replied, "What do I care if they investigate ME? You're making me feel like I should be ashamed of my Medication." She asked to speak to me outside in private. I told her privacy wasn't needed. I don't mind speaking about my medication in public. I've been coming here for nearly a decade, but not anymore. read more

Canoga Park Pharmacy is the absolute best Pharmacy around! I've been going there since I was a very little girl! I'm now in my mid 40's!!! The staff makes the place the greatest in town! I got the same item at cvs and target for literally half the price. I went back days later to return an unopened package. I went to purchase futuro panty hose for $44.99. I found the same pair on Amazon for half the price. I went back 2 days later to return the item unworn and unopened with the receipt. The sales lady said the return is up to the owner. When the owner came she was so rude and denied my return. She said you can call "consumer ..."? I don't know what that is but it was very rude. Love this place. I rarely have to actually go in. My dr sends my Rx over and they mail it out immediately, then they take care of mailing the refills exactly on the date they are refillable. They also don't even charge for this service! I never have to call and remind them. Makes my life a little easier! Very efficient people. read more
