Do NOT transfer your prescriptions here. They have messed up on my medications 4 different times over these past 6 months. They can't get my specific type of medication until they have my prescription. Once they get my script they're supposed to order in my particular medication. However 4 times out of 6 they have not gotten this correct. Simultaneously they wait a day or 2 BEFORE ordering it then it doesn't get here until I am out of medication. It is difficult to live without this type of medication as well. So there are many issues I am having with THIS Pharmacy specifically. Additionally I have to drive 40 minutes just to get here & for it to be incorrect. Ridiculous. If I did not have to use CVS I surely would never come back to CVS ever again. I really despise this location. Shame on me for still using it. Now they're doing COVID Testing in the same line. They NEVER have both of my prescriptions. They also said they couldn't fill one that was supposed to be filled 5 days ago because of backlog from COVID. They wouldn't tell me when it would be ready but they would "expedite" it. read more

I transferred my prescriptions here over two weeks ago and they still have not filled them. Today was my third trip to try to get them. The pharmacy techs were rude and did not offer me anything, not even a time when they might have the ONE pill I need. Additionally, it took them 30 minutes to print a legible receipt for the contact lens solution I purchased so that it could be submitted to my FSA. What I experienced was the pinnacle of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and incompetence. I will not be back to this location for any reason, in spite of the fact that it is conveniently located near my home. Now, I have to struggle to transfer my prescriptions. Because they never filled them, I am unable to provide enough information for the next pharmacy to attempt to do this. I may have to contact my Primary care physician and start over. One of the worst pharmacies in the area. They'll let some individuals wait the twenty minutes at the window and others have to come back. A completely inefficient operation. You will get a text that your prescription is ready, and when you arrive you have to come back in 20-40 minutes. I would give zero stars if that was an option. read more

Ordered allergy medication online. During order system stated that it would be delivered the next day. No delivery as of 6;45pm. System still says it's processing the order and has no expected delivery date. I should have just gone to the store to get it. Looks like I'm stuck with allergies for who knows how long. read more

I wish I could give a rating of zero. I first never had an issue with this pharmacy. Everyone was always really nice and explained things properly. Until today. The pharmacist was so rude to me because I had a simple question and probably "dumb" to his pharmacist brain. I was unsure of the bottle I was given. Didn't seem like the pills were the right ones. When I would take the pills it was as if I didn't take my medicine all day. I just wanted to be 100% certain that what I was taking was in fact what I was prescribed. He then just continued to tell me that obviously it's losartan. That's what it says on the bottle. As if I'm an idiot. People can mix up pills even if it does say losartan(whatever pill) or not. He could have easily just been nice about it and explained how each losartan pill can look different but instead he made me feel stupid for just wanting to make sure I was taking the correct pills. read more

This pharmacy has always been my go-to place as my fiancé lives nearby and I always get medication and small stuff we need here on the way. I was used to seeing pleasant and professional people at this pharmacy until I had to interact with an incompetent and rude pharmacy tech with a last name Patel. She is incompetent (couldn't match the right medication to the coupons and prices), unprofessional, and rude. Obviously, she is miserable. Not sure if it's because she hates her job or dislikes dealing with people or perhaps has personal problems. Although I feel bad for her, I also don't want to see such people who know nothing about customer service and don't mind smearing their misery on the customers. If I were running this store, she'd be fired. Yesterday. There are plenty of amazing, caring, professional and competent people in the pharmacy at this location who do an amazing job of caring, and I don't appreciate the fact that CVS has chosen this woman as part of its pharmacy team. Just got off the phone with one of the pharmacy technicians trying to see if they had any at home testing kits available for purchase and if they didn't if they knew of any where that may have one. Now I understand that these have been flying off the shelves and that they may be slammed with so much stuff but to sound as annoyed that someone was asking a simple question as they did and being left to feel like a customer's inquire didn't matter at all is unprofessional. I sure hope other CVS's are not like this one as this one conversation has me never wanting to do business with them. read more
