I used to go to the CVS in Kettering off of East Dorthy Lane but like many Walgreens and CVS pharmacies nationwide, this branch closed. I transferred my prescriptions to this CVS location. It's comparable to the East Dorthy location but the building seems a little bigger and they seem to have more items. I've picked up a few prescriptions and the process was uncomplicated and easy. This location is on the corner of Far Hills Avenue and E. Whipp road. Getting in there is pretty easy, but getting out can get busy at times. It's across the road from the UDF on Far Hills Avenue. So far, I would recommend. The location is convenient to me, picking up prescriptions seems pretty easy, and employees are generally friendly. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I called and spent 1 hour on phone with there bot!!! Finally got thru to the pharmacy. NO ONE knows anything. I had gone there in person 5 days ago to transfer my meds there. Well needless to say they had done NOTHING to facilitate this. I called my previous pharmacy and no one one from anywhere had requested my medication list!! Well it's no wonder they have only 1 star. Do NOT use any of their pharmacy's. This will be the last time CVS fills a prescription for us. Today was the final straw, received call to inform a prescription was ready, it wasn't the pharmacist wanted to argue it wasn't to be filled until September, do the math, a 90 supply filled 3/6/2025, refill due 6/6/2025, associates continued not wanting to fill, got home called CVS customer care and magically the prescription is being filled, of course after we already made our trip in 100°+ weather im expected to make the second trip out. It may be more expensive for Veterans Affairs to fill but at least its done the first time and I don't have to make MULTIPLE trips to pick up ONE prescription.. CVS, IM DONE... Terrible customer service. I would rate them zero stars if possible. My vet called in a prescription for my dog last week. I called today to see if it was ready and, after navigating a voice response system and a ten minute hold, found that they had not even started to fill it. Then I was told they would have to order it in. They referred me to another location where I was on hold for another 30 minutes and never got through. Don't bother to call. It's faster to drive there to speak to someone. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I come to this pharmacy the staff is condescending and rude. Spoke to a manager today about how the girl in the drive thru treated me when I was trying to drop off a prescription. Also of no help. The entire time I was explaining why I was upset she kept cutting me off to snap back at me. Avoid this place. Go to Walgreens or Kroger. They're nicer there. read more

I get all of my prescriptions here - ONLY because this is the closest pharmacy. Every time I go here, there's an outrageously long line, some issue with my medication (not carrying it anymore, prescribing me an off brand when I've clarified many times I want the same one I always get, and the customer service is never good). I just recently visited the inside pharmacy because they were short staffed to open the drive through. I am not sure if she is new, but I experienced the worst service i've ever had from Laura S. She was extremely rude, not understanding at all that I needed to get the medication I always get and not an off brand, and eventually tried to refuse service to me. This was my last straw, I will be doing anything I can to not have to return to this pharmacy again. read more

Went in this morning to pick up a prescription. Waited at the window and some guy... or gal named Neeko comes to the window, asks for my name and DOB. I give her both to which she responds: "you have no prescriptions and they've all expired". I reply I just called the pharmacy 10 minutes ago and the automatic voice says I have one and that it doesn't expire until 4. She doubled down and says I don't know what I can do then tried to basically accuse me of picking it up already. Then I start to call the CVS pharmacy to show her and she doesn't let my phone ring and she goes you have 2 profiles give me a minute in a really aggressive way as if she was pissed off at the fact that I was persistent in getting my prescription...... WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH. 1 star for NEEKO. Just got off the phone with someone acting to be the store manager and once they realized how serious it was said they'd have the real manager call back, 10 minutes later "manager" calls back only to shut the phone in my face. This store is the worst. They do Covid testing in the same line as Pharmacy pickup. You can sit for up to an hour just for 3-4 cars to get through. Prescriptions are filled very slowly and often after I've run out. I don't blame the store people they are mostly very nice but it is run horribly read more

I just pulled into the drive thru for the pharmacy and a blue haired pharmacy tech was at the window. She just looked at me without saying anything for a few seconds and I took notice of the time. 8:59pm. I was unaware that they closed the Pharmacy at 9, but without saying a word to me and staring me in the eye with a slight head turn and smirk, she cranked down the metal window curtain. Behind her I noticed a heavyset older woman who saw what happened and before the curtain was entirely closed she walked to the window, I'm assuming to be courteous and see if she could allow me to pick up my medication. Instead she only rolled the window back up enough to show me the monitor and state that they were closed and it was 9:01. I explained that I'd arrived at 8:59 to which she replied there was nothing she could do as the registers turn off at exactly 9pm. No apology for the rudeness of her co-worker nor even an ounce of courtesy. Merry Christmas CVS. If it wasn't for the years of exceptional service by Ed (another pharmacist there) I would never spend another dollar at any CVS. Such unnecessary rudeness in an already extraordinarily stressful time for everyone. I would never allow my employees to treat any customer that way. Beyond disappointed. read more

I've wasted so much time waiting in this line trying to pick up my prescriptions I've reached the end of my rope. I don't understand why they do the Covid testing through the pharmacy line it takes up to an hour to get through this line which is absolutely ridiculous and poor management. People only have a certain amount of time to pick up necessary prescriptions and can't do that because you've decided to do Covid testing through the drive-through instead of giving people their prescription medications. I've been a CVS customer for so many years and I am leaving and I know that you don't really care but I need to vent and hopefully help other people realize that this is a poorly run establishment. It's not the individual employees it's whoever has decided that Covid testing is more important(more money) than getting people their prescription medications. There should be separate areas for these two things. This particular occasion there was only one car ahead of me and I sat there for 45 minutes the two people in the car took that long to do their Covid swabs I finally had to back up and leave because I don't know if they had even more people in their car. You could have one car and 10 people in there doing testing it's so ridiculous. You've left a terrible impression on me and I will be forwarding that to anyone that I know! read more
