They said there was nothing they could do. Except, there is. The technicians I heard laughing behind the pharmacy barrier, could be calling other pharmacies for customers since Walgreens is the ones that messed things up. But then again that would mean having to provide good customer service. WALGREENS! FYI The apathy and laughing behind the pharmacy wall creates bad optics for consumers. Called the Bountiful location and after repeated and spelling my name multiple times to the technician there I was told my script couldn't be transferred. Waste of time! I told them I needed the script taken care of before I go out of but...crickets. They told me to call my doctor's office. Essentially passing their problems back on to the consumer. The Walgreens at Woods Cross has signs up about being nice to their staff. Maybe if you guys provided better service, customers wouldn't be pissed off with you. Certainly a lot more effective than hanging signs that basically translate to say: "Yes. We know we suck, but please be nice about it." Again pushing the responsibility onto the consumer.

They told me they would order more. On the day I needed it they said it hadn't been ordered. The next day I asked again, they said since I was the only customer that needed it they wouldn't be ordering it. Well, after many attempts to speak to the owner I decided to take all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. It is a law that if you ask to have it transferred the pharmacy holding your prescription must transfer it! It is not the pharmacies property! I did ask for all of my prescriptions to be transferred!! And they would not transfer them!!! A year later my Dr called in a script accidentally to them. Rather than trying to transfer it I picked it up today. Not surprised that the cost was 2.5x the price than what I would pay at the other local pharmacy. The owner is not a nice person. Has zero concept of what it takes to run a retail business and has zero rapport with the people responsible for keeping her in business. It is illegal not to transfer prescriptions when your customer asks you do so! That being said I would vehemently not recommend this business to anyone.

I went to pick up several prescriptions for several family members. I made the mistake of saying the meds keep getting f***ed up. The ire was not directed at anyone. He hung up on me. Ironically, I actually thought it may have been another computer error or glitch. That was what I kept being told every time it happened. I was thrown off checking on this one because I still had 1.5 month supply. The med shouldn't even have been on the agenda. I call again, and when I finally am passed on to the pharmacist, his immediate comment was if I was ready to be civil. There are a lot of nuances to being civil. Patronizing and talking over someone are very uncivil acts, which is exactly what the pharmacist gave me. He finally told me I could get a refund for the medication. When I asked him how that affected the prescription, I did not receive clarity and was still confused on that point. I go to the store to return the medication. After having the medication refunded, they gifted the 30 day supply due to legalities. Now, I don't really care about the "free" 30 day. I care about the 90 day prescription and the refills. This is important to me because our family insurance requires us to pay the deductible before they cover things, which is $20,000. We have so much cost in medical, it is actually a lot cheaper but does require budgeting. If the prescription was invalidated or shortened the number of refills or changed the amount from 90 days to 30 days (which they have already done previously), I have to schedule another appointment with the specialist which is a couple hundred dollars that is not budgeted. When, yet again, I ask about the prescription ramifications, I'm told that the refund was done, and here are your free pills because we can't take them back. My question again shut down and no answer. At this point I'm done with this pharmacy. I call another pharmacy and start the process of transferring all our family prescriptions. Four days later, I go to the new pharmacy to check that everything is in order. I find that of the 6 accounts with multiple prescriptions requested to transfer, only one prescription was transferred from one account. When the new pharmacist calls the previous pharmacist line for clarification and cooperative resolution, the technician states the pharmacist is unavailable, something about transferring everything and then hanging up without dialog. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The chronic mishandling of prescriptions was very painful. The dismissive and escalating nature of the pharmacist was beyond the measure of civility I could tolerate.

Walgreens advertises on its website that they do passport photos and customers will receive two…read morephysical copy of passport photos and one digital copy sent to email. The total price before tax is 16.99. To get only two physical copy at USPS, it's only $15. So I decided to go to Walgreens instead of USPS because of the digital copy. However, based on my personal experience, walgreens do not provide a cut 2 x 2 passport size digital copy. Instead, they provide you the Original uncut photo and you have to cut it to 2 by 2 in an app by yourself. I talked to the staff at the store, they said the system automatically emails the digital version and they have no control over which picture (cut vs. uncut) is sent to Customer's email. They also said it happened to other customers as well. The issue was eventually resolved, but it wasted me 30 minutes to go to the store for the second time to get the cut digital version. The email for the digital version was not sent to me until a couple of minutes later after I pay. If you want to make sure you get the correct cut 2 x 2 passport digital version via email, it's better to wait for the email before you leave so that you don't have to make an extra trip. Below is what says on Walgreens website: Will I receive a digital copy of my passport photo? Yes, in addition to the two 2x2 photo passport prints, you will be given the option to receive a digital copy via email of your passport photo at no extra charge. A digital photo copy on a USB drive is also offered for an additional fee.

I expected a much higher level of care and accountability from a professional auto center. 1. Walmart's Auto Center in Centerville Worked on My Spare Tire on 07.22.2025 - I paid for a TPMS install on the spare. - They removed and reinstalled the spare as part of the service(after I removed my locked bike rack from the tow hitch in their parking lot for access purposes) 2. They Reinstalled It - Surveillance video appears to show the techs reinstalling the spare. - The techs did not appear to do a thorough visual inspection to make sure the retention plate was seated properly(contested by manager during my last visit) 3. The Tire Fell Off Later - The spare was missing nine days later. - I had to replace a small unrelated suspension link in my friends driveway the following week when I noticed my spare tire was missing - I didn't touch the spare at any point after the time of service and it is impossible for anyone to lower/remove the spare without removing a key-locked bike rack and opening the tailgate to access the winch cable lowering mechanism - There are no broken retention brackets, winch cables, or latches so it could not have occured due to a hardware failure. 4. The Only Plausible Explanation is that the Spare was Installed Incorrectly - The most logical and supportable conclusion is negligent installation (improper seating of the retention plate and "claw" at some point during cable winching process) - After stopping by Walmart to inquire more about the surveillance video, I inspected the retention bracket, cable and cable housing and then took measurements of the cable length and retention plate/spring. - I then prepared detailed illustrations of the aftermarket wheel/tire measurements as well as the cable and retention plate including the retention plate spring. - Returning again to Walmart to present the illustrations and measurements I had prepared to Tyson the manager. - I explained the only plausible scenario was an incorrectly installed spare as demonstrated in the illustrations . - I asked him if I could send him a digital copy of the illustrations and photographed measurements to submit a claim with Walmart. - The manager Tyson declined to submit a claim on my behalf so I took my Illustration and photographs and left. 5. The Resulting Financial Loss - This Spare was a brand new aftermarket $289 BF Goodrich All-Terrain Tire mounted on a $329 17" Method Wheel that was installed under the car as spare three years prior and remained in place until the time of this Walmart service - That's a ~$600 spare tire missing plus ~$50 of gas to make multiple trips back to Walmart's Centerville location to try and sort things out with Walmart's auto center manager. 6. Not My First Experience with Poor Service at That Walmart Autocenter - I also recently brought a Ford Explorer to this same Walmart Auto Center in Centerville to get two new tires installed - The one of the remaining tires was noticeably low when I brought the car in so I asked them to top off the tire pressure - They assured me they would check and top off all four tires as part of the service. - When they were finished installing the new tires I paid at the counter and then went outside to get the car and noticed the tire still looked low. - I talked to a tech at the open bay door and he graciously agreed to take a look - The tech said the tire was 15 psi below the suggested recommended amount and proceeded to top off the air pressure. Upon arrival she was treated like a liar and completely like crap. Apparently "they have no return policy" even when something doesn't work! They got the "owner" on the top home who was just as rude.
