Have had this issue a few times so starting to consider changing my grandmothers pharmacy. My elderly grandmother has a CVS account to which she has her card linked to to make it easier for family members to pick up her prescriptions, since she no longer drives and can't do it herself. A few times now I have dealt with the same young woman who tries to tell me she has no card on file. This happened with this girl a few months ago and again today, when she actually argued back with me. I stated how I have never had this issue with anyone else working the drive thru pick up. Anytime anyone else is working the drive thru they immediately ask me if I want to use the card on file. I showed her how it's linked on the CVS app and she kept trying to tell me no. Either this girl doesn't want to do her job or she does no not know how to use CVS's online system. Please train her this girl on how to do this properly because it is becoming aggravating to have to deal with this. Like I said have NEVER had this issue with any other technician or employee working the window. Also to add, I got an auto phone call that my dad needs his RX refilled. Not sure the name of the med but also tried to ask to refill it and gave his name, dob, and the voicemail had stated "rx starting in EFC" and she couldn't figure that out. Please just have someone working this window either with assisted help if they don't know what they're doing, or teach them how to do it. The fact that she was arguing back with me was so rude. As convenient as CVS is to me, if this continues on I am going to have to change pharmacy's. read more

Pharmacy staff or manager in charge is either lazy or don't want to service customers. I arrived at the window two minutes before 8:00 and there was one manager who was not doing anything and he could have served my prescription but NO. He waits until exactly till 8;00 and sent me back. I guess his job is to notify customers of closing hours instead of servicing customers. He also blames on the system. I guess lazy f**ks always blame computers or systems for their incompetence. read more

Not sure why this location has such low reviews. When I visited this location, I was impressed. I usually prefer Walgreens, but this CVS is beautiful, clean, well-organized, and spacious. Masks are required to enter. I was able to easily find a medicine I needed, and then when I asked the pharmacist about the injury I had, they were honest and told me they don't carry what I need but let me know of some options I could look into. This CVS also has a large clearance section-- multiple aisles where everything is 50% off or more. I picked up some new holiday cards to stock up for 2022's holiday season. :) read more

Had my covid test scheduled and several txt sent to my phone witch one was an hour before the test. Once at the drive thru I see a paper stating they are not offering covid tests, called the number and the lady said that the machine was down and she was sorry. My issue is why no one informed me before so I can go somewhere else and it's not like I can find a place the same day. I guess I'll go to Walgreens and hope they won't wast my time like this CVS. Dropped by for a quick flu shot. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. I was put into the queue with the rest of the people waiting for their prescriptions. So I waited for them to call me. About 30 minutes of waiting they called me. But then told me to get in line with the people waiting for their prescriptions. Then after I waited and got to the front they had me fill out a form and then had me go back to waiting to be called. So now it's another 30 minutes of waiting and here I am writing this 1 star review. This place is very business so I don't think they need the flu shot business. read more

Don't trust this pharmacy. They told me my prescription would be ready by 4pm three days in a row, and so I took time out of my day to drive there, wait in line, and give the person my info to pick up prescription. Three times in a row I was told it was out of stock once I was there. Ive spent hours of these past three days on hold only to have a very rude male angrily reprimand me for not speaking clearly and then hang up on me. read more

I was in Chelmsford for 2 months. I picked up many rx's for my Mom. I found the girl at the drive thru was very un friendly, maybe a bit rude. CVS called my Mom everyday, sometimes twice a day to let her know her rx's were ready. When I went to pick them up, there were none there. A positive note, I went in after Easter and they had a ton of candy on OMG! You people, from the pharmacy to the front cashier are so rude! No eye contact. No hello. No thank you. WTH. read more

I liked the CVS on Chelmsford st. better. The organization of this store is weird. It's all choppy, so you can't glance down an aisle to determine if it's the one you want. The non pharmacy staff is good. Similar to how the 110 location had been, they are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is a mixed bag. Some of them are from the 110 store. The 110 pharmacy folks are friendlier and more pleasant than the Boston rd people have ever been. This pharmacy is out of medications more often than the 110 store, which is odd because the pharmacy is bigger. Maybe because it's busier? Communication is poor. They tell you that you can wait for a presciption, but the wait time is way longer than it ever was at the 110 location. If they tell you it will be ready in an hour, don't believe them. You'll get there and have to wait another 20 minutes while they scramble to fill it. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff that being said weird layout to the place and parking lot. Plenty of parking.

It's the second time I've been in the store. Its spacious and clean. Everything is labeled and tidy. Staff was within sight, so if I had a question I knew who to ask. Shelves were organized. Check out was speedy and cashier was Nice and very courteous. I found her Polite, friendly and had a nice smile. I'd recommend it to other people read more

I had an awful experience today. The pharmacist was rude and condescending when I was just trying to ask a simple question. She also gave me unsolicited medical advice as though she were a physician that is able to diagnose and treat people. I've had awful experiences there before where my medications ordered days before were not ready for pick up, but her attitude really takes the cake. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The rude pharmacist's name is Adina Srey. Good luck if you have to have any interactions with her. She's very unprofessional. read more

On every occasion that I have had a question for one of the pharmacists, I was given excellent service and very helpful advice. Not much to get excited about other than the fact this is new construction. The new store is bright, well organized, and decent selection. Unfortunately, this and all other CVSs in the chain have jettisoned name brands for their own inferior store brands. Still, a nicer CVS than the location on 110. read more

Worlds worst pharmacy tried to fill and transfer my RX when I moved here to Chelmsford they didn't change my address and I had to drive back to Arlington to get it because they cold not transfer it to here and one of the new three I dropped off they never filled ins then could not find the hard copy to fill it and the other they told me to take to the other Chelmsford CVS because they were out and could not transfer it to this one - I guess I will be looking for a new pharmacy since I'm over three hours now waiting for the 15 min RX they never felt the first time . . . read more

This pharmacy is in the running for worst pharmacy ever. I have very rarely had a good experience here. I don't even know where to begin talking about my experiences at this cvs location. For start, I have gotten the WRONG PRESCRIPTION, that for one is entirely unacceptable. On multiple occasions I have gotten a text confirmation letting me know that my prescription is ready for pick-up and still had to wait 20 minutes for them to fill it. That's is, of course, when they actually know what prescription I'm talking about when I get there. Twice now my insurance changed the amount of pills I can get at a time, and cvs failed to notify me; AND THEN when I tried to refill the prescriptions they told me it was rejected, but also failed to notify me prior to me coming to pick it up. The pharmacist told me that it is their policy to notify their customers of these changes, yet I have not once gotten one. Over all it is always a mystery whether or not I will get my prescriptions every time I go. In addition to all of this, when they mistakes they are RUDE to the customers about it, I have seen it first hand and with other customers. Honestly I am in disbelief at the unprofessionalism and overall lack of knowledge at this location; and all I can say is thank god it's not a hospital or many people would be dead.
