I stop in here frequently to buy little things or grab a quick drink. Whether you are at the pharmacy or register in the front of the store there is always a line here. I would say this place is a joke but that would be giving them too much credit. I can't ever get anyone on the phone. Plus they're very rude. When I asked to have my prescriptions transferred to a real pharmacy they claimed to Loose them for 2 days and counting. Best part it's my blood pressure medication that I have t been able to take in 5 days now. That lets you know how much they really care about an human life. Feedback CVS Chester Earlier this morning I shopped at your store, and when ready to pay at the register, I was the only customer. There was no cashier anywhere to be found. I had to go find one after waiting for a few mins. The lady clerk Marta who finally came to the register was rather rude. "Next time use the self-checkout!" These were her words. Well first, you don't tell the customer to use the self checkout if they opt not to -- it is totally optional, especially when there are no other customers around ! Also as we all know, the self checkout does not always function properly: ex: when you place the bag in the correct area, it automatically complains that there is something wrong and asks to wait for help.! So when this clerk was annoyed that she had to come to the front and do her job .. well I wouldn't bother her if the self-checkout was actually working properly in the first place ! Got to be the worst or worst CVS I ever been to, you have to tell counter rep on the phone or in person three times name and dob. They tell you meds will be transferred to another location will not be ready for three days, then they blame the doctor or they tell you they never put the meds on the truck for transfer. I have a cancer patient that needed her meds never got her until a week later, very poor service and lack of customer care, never go back again read more

I have NEVER been so poorly treated than by the pharm tec, Claudia, who works at the Chester CVS. On repeated occasions, she has been unprofessional and borderline hostile. I have filed complaints (with backing as others have seen the behavior) but nothing has happened. Today, I moved all of my family's business to Walgreens. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to. Unfortunately I go frequently since it is convenient, but the managers are clearly incompetent. It takes forever to get help from anyone at checkout and you can never find any workers around the store. Even when you do find someone to help, they are often rude or do not have any solutions to your problem. It's a miracle to me that this place is still open, and even more of a miracle that people subject themselves to shopping here continually. read more

I went to the minute clinic because my doctor didn't have any appointments available for me and i have bad asthma and was just hoping the nurse there would prescribe me with some medication i needed. instead she calls the ambulance for me even though i insisted i didn't need them and if i wanted to go to the hospital i would've driven myself. then she continued to check my blood pressure and i have bad anxiety and she's like wow it keeps going up and i'm like yeah cuz now i'm having a panic attack. then i tried to leave and she forced me to stay there. then i had to be embarrassed by the whole situation and i will NEVER go back. Sure it gets super busy and you have to wait a while- but I realllllllly need to compliment them with helping me, particularly Guira (or Gira. I am unsure how to spell her name). Gira (and team) when I didn't have insurance would make such an effort to make sure I would pay as little as possible and would figure our coupons, etc to help me out financially. This place sucks I work 15 min away from I went there 3 times and all three times this place sucks more and more. The most recent I went to the min clinic the nurse was so rude she hates her job she did not want to be there she could not wait get me out. I was the only patient there. I went in cause I had a cold, cough and soar throat and I walked out with her saying Take some DayQuil or anything over the counter. She did not prescribe anything and later I found the are not allowed to prescribe anything cause they are not real Doctor. Then why hell are u there why you wasting people time and money? Please save your self stay away from this place and go to a REAL DOCTOR. They do not know how to talk to people they talk over you and don't let you talk at all. This pharmacy has gone down hill! Years back, when it was under different management the service was much better. Now it is like being in another country and I can't speak the language. Trying to get prescriptions filled without a cross examination is the norm. Sometimes registers aren't working and the staff could care less. I have had too many bad experience with this store and the pharmacy. I live 10 minutes away and will be making the trip to Ledgewood from now on when I need a prescription filled or need anything from the store. I love the coupons that I get and use them all the time but will no longer be going to the Chester store anymore. The pharmacy staff has gone out of their way to help me with complicated issues, which has happened more than once. They went beyond what was required of them to help me, and used their initiative. Highly competent and efficient. They are friendly and pleasant. And I love it when they remember my name! I only wish they delivered. read more

The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to/ experienced. Avoid this location at all costs for the pharmacy. So unprofessional and unhelpful. I was having them transfer my prescription and they made it a 2 hour in store and on the phone ordeal. she was completely incapable of doing the transfer and simply calling the other location to back out my prescription so they can fill it. She was also confused about why I couldn't use a different brand as it wasn't in stock after I explained that I have reactions to the other brands and I am willing to wait for them to have the order come in in the next few days. While kid conversation she hung the phone up on me and put me on hold for 5 minutes. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother also had a similar experience in store with her. Its shameful that an establishment like this hires such unhelpful and lazy people to assist in health care. Switching up the Walgreens across the street after this last poor experience. read more
