Feeling very normal. The latest visit, the passed Sunday noon, I got over charged a few…read moredollars.-Two boxes costed $5, but, each of them got charged for $4.99, two were about $9.98. A conversation while checkout: I said to clerk: "Good morning". She checked the clock and said: "it's 12:45pm, it's afternoon now. If I said Good morning to people but it's afternoon, people would look at me like I'm crazy." I said to her: years ago, people were very nice. They didn't look at me like I'm crazy if I said Good morning to them if that's early afternoon. They don't do that. But, she seems not agree with me about it. Then, I got over charged for a few dollars. Fortunately, I found that out. So, you would want to check your receipt all the time if you can. And, your bank cards statements. Sometimes, merchants over charge people in purpose. If you don't check your bank statement and ask for that money back, your money would get stolen like that without your knowledge, nor of your consent. Once I got double charged for $500, total I got charged for $1,000. Fortunately, I asked for that $500 back. Merchant even lied that he didn't receive it. But, actually, the second charge was from another of his business. Most likely, that was done in purpose. Be careful is the point.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy drive through window, never have I heard such…read moredisrespectful behavior from a employee of a pharmacy. Plus this is not the first time, or same person, multiple employees at this location act this way. I would avoid the center street Chicopee location at all costs. They are rude and talk to you like you are lesser than them. Maybe a little patience and respect would go a long way, also let me add I was very respectful, and didn't let it ruin my peace, but I felt the world should know. This is a company that should have good people working for them, not rude angry people.

I popped in for a Christmas present item I knew the store would have without having to drive to…read moremany smaller stores. I walked around a bit observing the wild animals in the zoo and and after poking my head around long enough I jumped into the line with the slowest cashier on mother earth. The guy in front of me and I got to chatting coming to the conclusion that she was wonder woman helping out other cashiers with how often she momentarily stepped away from her post. I thought this line would have been quick, the people all in front of me minus the person who was getting checked out all had very few items which I thought was s godsend. Nope, fools gold. I tried to escape to the line next to me but was too late. So I stuck it out. When I finally did get checked out my five items literally took all of two seconds to process and I was out the door. I looked back and wished everyone behind me best of luck (in my mind). As I walked to the car, which ended up being on the complete other side of the parking lot, I seen the man who was in front of me in line and did I ever laugh coming to find out we parked next to one another. I said to him "great minds think alike" and laughed, "both picking what we thought was a quick line and parking away from all the traffic". Wished the guy a merry Christmas and off we both went. That's the end of my story. In all seriousness I hate Walmart and only come in during essential times like bathing products and the random bulk beverage buy (once/twice a year). I watched employees stand around on their phone, arguing with customers about what's a mountain bike and what's not (that customer should have went to an actual bike shop, silly her), and be typical stereotypical employees. The store itself was a lot cleaner than expected, especially two days before Christmas. Social distancing was clearly not being enforced (not that I care) but when mom and pop stores play by the rules and I see superstores open the floodgates for mankind it really grinds my gears. All the employees had masks and gloves on so that was a bit of a surprise. The picture I attached what these superstores represent during the busy times. If you do not have the staffing to open all the lines up then staff the open lines with employees that can keep the lines moving. What better way to minimize people on top of one another than a quick checkout. That's in for my rant. Good story with a review of my observation. Merry Christmas to all and Happy New Year!

The pharmacy member had a different prescription in stock which was the wrong prescription. At no point did they call me back to tell me this. They handled everything terribly. The initial pharmacy member was rude and clearly stressed to the point she couldn't handle her job. Would avoid this pharmacy!

Over 2 dozen self checkouts, and there were 4 open. What's the point of putting in self checkouts…read moreif they're not open for use? Especially during peak shopping times such as lunchtime, or after 5pm? Ridiculous. One employee standing in the self checkout corral watching 3 registers? What a waste, both of labor hours and your customers' time. I don't want to stand in line at lunchtime for 10 minutes, I want to cash out and get back to work. And best of all, we're not enforcing the 15 item limit in the corralled self checkouts so everyone ahead of me had heaping carts full of crap and took even longer, while I had 6 items.

I waited around 15 minutes in line before it was my turn to pick up my medication. Then when it was my turn I waited almost a half hour because they couldn't find my prescriptions. They said they misplaced them!!! I was quite upset because in their profession, misplacing medication is a big no no. So I left with no prescriptions. The medication was very important! It has to do with my depression, anxiety and insomnia!! So here I am this morning with no medication for my depression and anxiety. I would like to see this not happen again. I got no phone call to let me know if they found them or not!!

The CVS Pharmacy on Riverdale has been consistently awful to deal with. Every time I have a…read moreprescription sent there, whether for myself or my two year old son, something goes wrong. They never communicate when there's an issue with insurance, the provider, or if a medication is out of stock. They don't call, they don't follow up with doctors' offices, and they absolutely do not call patients, even though they claim they do. I've had to go in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be given a different excuse each time. The latest example: my OB-GYN sent in a prenatal prescription back in October. It sat unfilled for weeks. I went in several times, and no one could give me a clear answer. Then, mysteriously, as soon as the pharmacist finally called the doctor today, it went through instantly. When the pharmacist called to ask if I still wanted it, she couldn't hang up on me fast enough once I said yes and asked why it took weeks to resolve something so simple. This location is disorganized, uncommunicative, and unreliable. If you value your time or your health, I strongly suggest using a different pharmacy.
