This CVS is about 2 minutes from my place. The store is completely empty. No one at the front. You have to ring for someone to come... it was awkward. Another couple was coming out as I was walking in. I needed passport photos taken and she said they didn't take them at this location. I asked if she knew about any near by CVSs that do take passport photos. She just kind of said "yeah idk" and I went on my way. I found another CVS 5 mins away that took my photos. My fault for not calling and checking a head of time. I ended up going to the CVS in Henderson (called a head and checked) and that same couple I saw earlier was there ... I'm guessing she brushed them off as well. This type of "don't care" customer service really irks me. read more

Before heading to Cinemark to watch a movie, I saw this CVS on my way over there. I had time and decided to stop in. There is plenty of parking here. It was fairly deserted when I got there on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in. An older gentleman at the checkout area welcomed me. I loved his friendliness. I came here to browse. I already had purchased all my candy and snacks. I looked at the nail polish and press-on nails. The selection was great. Unfortunately, they weren't on sale. I liked looked at the snacks and beer. William Gaddis pharmacist, best in the business. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great guy to talk to. The staff at this store is very friendly, helpful, and caring to it's many customers. They get to know on a first name basis, and makes you feel relaxed. That your ;business with them is not taken for granted, they go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied, they clearly answer any questions that you may have about a prescription. The manager here, a red-haired woman whose name I don't care to know, is about the rudest management staff/worker I've ever met. She goes out of her way to correct customers on everything. When asked what time the pharmacy opened, "It opens at ten, just like it always does. I keep telling people the pharmacy always opens an hour after the store." Uhh okay, the correction was a little unnecessary. A few weeks later, the self-checkout was broken at the store and I needed to buy a product with a security tag. She insisted the self-checkout was working and got visibly annoyed that there was an issue with the terminal- not that the terminal was in fact broken, but that I needed her help (she was just sitting behind the counter away from the register looking at her phone at the time, wasn't even stocking inventory). Every time I see this woman is working here now, I either turn around and go pick up what I need at the giant eagle outside or I stay at least three aisles away from her. Her treatment of customers, even other random people I've seem that have to interact with her, is about as welcoming as a pile of bird crap falling on your head during a clear, picturesque day. She must be on the CVS board of directors of something, as her presence at this store is persistent and her attitude is consistently passive-aggressively rude. The pharmacy people are great, but with this person at the front-of-house at all times I'm gonna have to stick with the drive-thru. This lady is well past her teenage years, so I'm not sure where she got the impression that people enjoy her witticisms, but in general, most people don't enjoy being corrected or talked down to with every interaction. I for one will be avoiding the interior of the store, though I'm sure that's got to be the true purpose of her rudeness to begin with. Guess I'm giving her what she wants- an empty store where she can just relax all day and not have to deal with any customers at all. I thought an employee like this couldn't last long anywhere, but company doesn't seem to be interested in dealing with the issue, so here we are. If you're having a nice day, stay out of the building when you see this woman working in the front of the store, lest you face the wrath of whatever it is that's bothering her in every customer. I don't review a place after one bad interaction, and I've tried to give this person the benefit of the doubt and provided repeat business, but shame on me for doing that, as I have never had a single positive interaction with this person, and have instead been subject to multiple customer experiences where the person in the staff uniform belittles and treats the businesses' customers like an inconvenience. read more

Welcome to CVS Pharmacy home to your local pharmacy and common household items. If you ever get flustered or can't figure out where anything is placed in this store just ask the staff they'll be more than happy to show you. I was getting ready to check out and I didn't realize the guy who rung me up was my husband's previous boss back in the day. So of course I introduce myself as his wife. Needless to my knowledge both of them were in Mason, Ohio back in the day. It's so funny how people can land in the same city together. I was so worried my husband would have a separation issue when I moved him from another city (I almost gave up my city of Columbus to come live in his, Mason). I'm now happy they can be friends and meet up at this store to rekindle. This guy is the nicest boss at this store. He makes this store try to be tip top. Everything has to be in the right place and organized well. He also knows so much about CVS, it's amazing to talk to him. Sorry I know I'm ranting about a drugstore but when a manager tries to make his store go from just average to great that speaks volumes about their customer service. CVS cares about their customer's opinions too. So if you are really satisfied/dissatisfied with your service you can say it online or through the phone. This helps the store know what they have to improve on so do it if you can. They do need it once in a while to know where they stand. Overall, this is a good CVS location even though I know there are several around here. It's who works in the store that makes the store great. It doesn't have to be the overall image of the store even though that counts too. Just try to make your decision based off how well they are knowledgeable and treat you once you come in. read more

My review is based on the front of the store, i have not utilized the minuteclinic or pharmacy here and would not be able to provide an accurate assessment of those parts of the store. The grocery section had a good selection of cereal (at least 14 different kinds), which I thought was great for a convenience store. read more

I've used this pharmacy since I was a kid. I am 40 now. I called "Tyler" the pharmacist to ask a simple question about a script I have for anxiety and where I fill only just that one I'm asking about at a different CVS location he turned ruder then rude. Kept repeating the same thing " call them". I have talked to them but it didn't add up. I have a Legit refill and they are seriously treating me like I'm in the wrong or being some sort of an addict. I went on to say one thing and he hangs up. Aren't they paid to explain situations patience aren't getting? Tyler is the rudest pharmacist I've met anyhow, very arrogant playing God because he can hand out pills? Wow. And no upper management will care. CVS is very biased on certain meds and it like nothing. I would not go here if you need questions about your medication. I'm switching because of him and him alone. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I dropped off my prescription the pharmacist Chelsea called and said I could pick it up on Saturday the 23. (I take my last dose Christmas night the 25th) I go to pick it up and I get another voicemail saying I'm sorry u can't pick it up until the 26th because we are closed on the 25 for Christmas. I explained to her that I take my medicine at 6 am in the morning. They don't open that early and if I could please pick it up on Christmas Eve night before they close. She refused and will not give it to me. Nobody picks there prescription up the day they need it. She said that is her policy. She is totally judging me personally cause no place would ever do that. I called 3 different cvs pharmacy's and they were all amazing and so helpful. All of them said they give there patients it 2 days early. Never would they have there patient pick the perscription up the day of. I can't believe they would do this to someone especially on Christmas. Im appalled read more

This store is just around the corner from us. They are always very friendly. When you walk in the door, they ask if they can help you find something rather than ignoring you like many retail stores do. It's always a pleasurable experience going to this CVS and I am in their very often. read more

So I drove here after mine and my 1 and 3-yr olds' doctor appt today (we are all VERY sick). After two hrs and a 30 min drive visiting the Dr, I was definitely feeling a little impatient. But sick or not, waiting over TEN MINUTES just for someone to initially help me at the pharmacy counter is unacceptable. And not only had I waited at the counter, I also had first gone through the drive through, which was 3+ cars deep, so I figured going in would be a faster experience. WRONG. With absolutely NO other customers at the counter and 5 employees in the pharmacy, it STILL took much longer than it should have for my prescription to be given to me. There was no copay, all it had to be done to it was checked and mixed, and after over ten yrs of being a pharmacy tech myself and having worked in a retail setting, I know better than anyone else that this service was garbage. As a tech myself, getting people in and out expediently and with accuracy is top priority. No one really made eye contact with me let alone acted like they were trying to work quickly to help me. After this lax service, trust me: Neither this location nor any CVS will ever receive my business ever again. Garbage. read more

I was told it'd be ready in 2 hours. Four hours after my phone call, it wasn't ready. Then I was told half an hour. I went back after an hour & it was ready. The pharmacy employee was very nice. My medication was the exact brand I wanted & they did have it transferred for me. I'd go back! read more

This pharmacy messed up my prescription for the second time. Whats worse, this time,.... they said they had my medicine in stock & to come in 1 hour but, after reaching I was told to wait and, after that, they didn't have the medicine as promised. Next, they said they transferred this rx to another cvs which really had it... BUT after I got to the second cvs, which was only 10 minutes after they got off the phone with each other, they didnt know what i was talking about because no one prescribes this dosage anymore, let alone the fact they DID NOT have it in stock. Soo they sent me back to the first cvs pharmacy near giant eagle on sawmill rd, "we can order it for monday" .... HA! Why couldn't this be done on the phone by the pharmacist or tech in the first place. Why did i have to run around for medicine that does not exist anymore, didn't that pharmacist/tech know her trade or, at least, fully investigate my prescription's data before just bullshitting answers to me. This went beyond poor customer service! And having worked in a Dublin cvs pharmacy myself, I am appalled at how this particular interaction went at this CVS, who's company motto is "we pride ourself for excellent customer service." read more
