I'm very disappointed in that there are so many selfish customers that practically run in front of you to get on a self-serve check out register as you are walking towards the register area. They know darn well that you are on your way to check out and they make sure that you have to get in line after them and wait behind them because they are mean-spirited and greedy. One horrible woman who cut me off at the register at this location today called me a curse word in front of my four-year-old daughter because I called her on the carpet and confronted her with her selfishness. I get tired of people being self-centered and rude and I want there to be taking turns like what we are all supposed to learn in school, not this survival of the fittest, bully-like behavior. The man who was working in front of the cash wrap at the store could have jumped onto to register and checked my daughter and myself out, but instead, he just kept stocking the front area with merchandise and then looked at the whole spectacle after she called me names. He never intervened. It would've been nice if he would've got on the register and called us over as the next customers in line and then we could've avoided the whole confrontation! I can't believe how disrespectful and ghetto the woman was who called me curse words in front of my four-year-old daughter. Completely tasteless and lowlife-ish of her! Get rid of the POOR automated telephone service!!!!!!! It's impossible to talk with a person no matter what the urgency is. A person has to leave a message and they will call you back... or not. If they do call you back, it will not be soon. To get to where, on their phone system, you can leave a message, takes forever and they are not helpful with prescription questions. We would have NEVER left the Coppell Kroger pharmacy, but our insurance prescription plan changed & Kroger is not on their "approved" list. I work around the corner from the pharmacy and use it for all my scripts, plus my regular caffeine fix, beauty products, etc. Over the last month, I have been in the store multiple times where employees have been what I call "scarce." The past week, however, my past THREE visits there are NO employees on the floor, a line of customers waiting for the two self-checkout machines, and customers are all trying to help each other find product, answer questions, etc. The pharmacy gate was down b'cuz they were still in process of opening but I hollered through it for them to send mgr. out. He finally appeared and I told him several ppl needed help. His reply? "Well, we have self check out." read more

Like other reviews, the pharmacy here is terrible. Came to pick a prescription and even after 2 hours and the automated system telling me it would be ready at a given time, when I arrived the trainee told me they could not fulfill my prescription because they were closing in 4 minutes and they did not received the prescription on time, which was a lie. The store's front checkout is a disaster. Been there three times around mid-afternoon, and it's always the same store associate we run into, a middle aged woman who doesn't like her job at all. There's usually no one behind the register and the self checkout is extremely glitchy. When we tracked down the associate, she yelled that we shouldn't have attempted self-checkout due to "too many" (i.e. ten) items and should have gone hunting for her sooner. Yuck. The best part this week when we tried to drop off a Ups package - she yelled that "Wifi is down so you're not getting a receipt". Not sure if the store isn't paying enough to hire normal people or what exactly the problem is. read more

They contact you to tell you you're prescription is read only to show up and find out now they are going to start working on it and it will really be ready in a hour or two. I tell them so why did you send me a message saying it was ready for pickup constant turn over of employees because they mandate them to take a bio weapon shot. I do not recommend coming to this particular pharmacy if you are looking for pleasant customer service. The gentleman was not friendly, did not tell me to move to the next pick up counter (when I originally went to the first counter, he did not even acknowledge I was there), and then just walked away without saying anything. He kept talking to the pharmacist about his personal life and then got irritated when I told him the prescription was for my dog and not me. I tried to return a CVS brand humidifier. I had the receipt, but not the credit card the humidifier was purchased with, so I couldn't return the product. I told the man a store credit would be fine and was told no, it was store policy that I could only get a store credit if I didn't have the receipt. I put the receipt back in my purse and asked for a store credit, saying I didn't have a receipt (I was being a little silly, but still hoping customer service would win out in the end.) The man just kept repeating "Sorry, store policy." I don't blame the employee, but a company this inflexible will no longer be getting my business. I would rather drive to Walgreens or pay more at Kroger. read more

This pharmacy always has an issue. They don't care if they make mistakes, and they will be rude to YOU for their mistake. Putting pills in bottles absolutely blows their minds. Worst pharmacy ever. Ridiculous high prices to start. Manager David G never getting back to me. My rx was $340, $160 with good rx. $10.26 at Kroger. (Yes, I have switched all my meds to Kroger) Manager stated I was over paying, via email and voicemail and would refund some of my money. No response back to my voicemail or 2 emails. The staff makes it seem like you have to sign up for all these apps carepass, good rx etc (older man with ponytail in pharmacy) very pushy and rude. " Youre in pain because you don't have L*****?" Was one of the questions he also threw out there. Rude and condescending. It's also kind of disturbing that he did not know that, yes, my meds help with nerve pain. Thanks for thinking I was faking pain, really appreciated that. I also understand that the systems just changed and they were a little behind. (One staff member that was actually NICE told me that. ) That is understandable, but don't tell me it's going to be 15 minutes when it's 45. Oh and they won't work with or call doctors offices if there is an issue (not caused by the customer!) all they needed was some authorization? Never had that happen before, I couldn't even tell the doctor what cvs needed! One of the staff that I had not interacted with before was nice. This is the only positive. read more

I have always used CVS for my pharmacy and have had mostly pleasant experiences, but nothing spectacular until this location. Prior to moving my prescription to the Sandy Lake CVS location, I had a particularly frustrating time obtaining my prescription from the MacArthur location in Las Colinas. I was lied to about pickup times, was told I never called in a prescription and was made to wait approx. 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my meds. In the DRIVE THRU. Come on. Now, Karen and David are perfect examples of great customer service and accommodation. Karen complimented my outfit and engaged me in conversation while updating my insurance, all while David worked avidly to get ahold of the pharmacy in Las Colinas so they would release my prescription (that I told the LC store not to refill for me). Great service. Prompt, even when faced with obstacles and long lines. Pleasant to be around. 5 Stars! read more

Today, after a dentist appointment, I dropped my prescription at CVS. I need amoxicillin. Sadly, the guy who was receiving the prescription wasn't in a good mood. He doesn't even greets people. Was about 6 pm and he asked me if I need it for today and I said yes because I have an infection. He said with a very bad attitude that will be ready at 8 and that he will notify me by text . I called the pharmacy around 8:20 asking for my prescription and I think the same guy answered and said that will be ready shortly. I waited until now and I did not received any text message from CVS regarding my prescription. I'm in pain and with a molar infection right now. Very bad service I got at this CVS pharmacy employee, lady behind the pharmacy counter was very nice, I told her I need a flu shot , I go there all the time for prescriptions i gave here my insurance card ,then I told I have changed insurance xxxxx she asked the pharmacist if the insurance was ok no they didn't take my insurance so I said o.k and she said that only mini clinic will take my insurance , but why didn't they check the insurance first ,before telling me tney don't take my insurance the rreason is across the street at Kroger they checked my insurance and the Kroger phamacy except my insurance and i got my flu shot. Seriously the rudest staff at the store front. There are always constant issues with their deceiving coupons (which is just a sales gimmick to get you to buy other overly priced items) but that's not it, the lack of courtesy and empathy offered by the staff is so incredible. They're absolutely no help. They ran out of their printer paper 1/4 way into me printing my coupons and after changing the paper, she basically told me to go eff myself because I'm out of luck that the rest of my coupons won't print. The least they could've done to address their negligence is offered to figure out a solution by at least trying to own their problem and call the 1800 number to help me retrieve my coupons. Instead of telling me to go figure it out like it was my issue that they ran out of paper. There was also another guy next to me trying to get help and she basically offered the same attitude to him. If you want to start off your morning with the right attitude, just go visit them - perfect way to start the day! read more

Very friendly staff, nice store, but prices are ridiculous! Needed an antibiotic eye drop for my dog. CVS' price quoted by phone was $149. Found the identical medication at WalMart for $9. CVS should be ashamed! Will never shop there again even if I need to drive a bit for what I need. read more

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this cvs location for a couple of years now with a problem or two no big deal.... however when my wife visits and uses the CVS app and coupons she's treated like a bag lady by the less than cordial older woman who I'm guessing is the "manager" so bothered by having to scan manufacturer's coupons that she rudely states that she's in a hurry.... even commented "oh Lord" today when my wife presented them??? So put out that she can't just scan the things and day have a nice day? Very rude... even her half hearted "welcome to CVS" to the shoppers happy to pay convienence store prices while getting their scripts sounds forced....If CVS wants customers to use the perks and discounts they encourage and advertise via their app and print ads it would help to redeem them to a cashier who isn't too snooty to scan a coupon and look down upon the "customer!" read more

Called your store today at 5:32 pm, pharmacy came to line and asked me to please hold, left on hold for 27 minutes, only to have the clerk pick up the line and and disconnected the call. Called back and was transferred back to Pharmacy and again line picked up and disconnected. I called the sore Mgr and he informed me the Pharmacy was closed for the day. Informed him of what transpired and I asked for the Pharmacy Mgr and was told she was gone for the day. He says there is nothing he can as the Pharmacy is not his Dept. Now mind you the Pharmacy closed at 6 pm and this happened at 6:07 pm. So I guess the Pharmacy mgr walks out of the door at 6 pm. I will take my business to Walgreens. read more
