Decent CVS store with everything you need. I ordered a photo order here, which did not take long to be ready. However, I did have to wait a while to get it once I arrived at the store. I think the employee was a bit confused as to where it was, but I'm glad I eventually got it and it turned out great!! read more

This was yet another horrible experience at a location which has gone downhill in so many ways. I tried to buy some cashews which had a tag saying $4.99. I took them to the register and it rang up full price of $8.99. I took a pic and showed it to the cashier. She said too bad they are full price. I asked if she would honor the price and she said no. She doesn't have to. I've worked retail. If there is a tag, regardless of when it expired, you honored the price and removed the tag. All the numbers matched and she still refused to honor the price. She also kept the tag up when she put the item back. I was told it's not their fault the item doesn't ring up properly. She blamed the cash register. No accountability whatsoever. I would never hire someone who argues and questions customers. So many items are locked up. They have a huge problem with thefts. You would think if you have these problems you should have the best customer service around. All the girls there were young. No management presence at all. I know you won't do anything about this. This bad review can be added to the many other bad ones. Just sad. read more

MODIFICATION: The pharmacist was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff still didn't give a damn. -- CVS used to be my favorite store but they've become so complacent. If you actually do find an employee wandering around you'll be lucky if they help you check out. Further, don't try to get a booster vaccine during the slow part of the day, or even make an appointment with them directly. You must make it online! How does this work for those who don't have access? We are trying to slow this thing down again, right? I was the only person in the store. They couldn't be bothered. You wanted me to use technology. By the time I'm done you're going to wish you'd just taken a second to protect my life and the loaves of those around me. Numbers are back up in Dallas and you should act like it. read more

Horrible service and the pharmacist are not going to tell you the truth. We picked up a rx and they didn't have the full amount. Now they will not give us the rest of the RXs as they start it's a "refill now" not an actual part of the orginal RX. Currently working on a lawsuit as the medication prevents sezisures. So now I am to stay home for the holidays cause they have lied and stolen 3/4th of a RX probably to sell behind our backs. We have reports the pharmacist for negligence & malpractice. Stay far far from this CVS and company as a whole if they allow their pharmacist to steal RXs from their patients. Be safe go to a pharmacy of reputable practice. Run far far from here. read more

I never cared to switch pharmacies because I always thought they were of the same quality but this one is forcing me to switched. All the staff are in a bad mood and make you wait in between ever small task. Ws told that they didn't carry the medication after waiting in line. Just saw they have other horrible reviews so this makes sense. There are kids of pharmacies in under a mile radius pick a different one. read more

One of the most unethical pharmacist works here that would said his name, is Kinney? When he is on duty, and I have to pick up prescriptions there is always chaos. Or excuses, you will have to come back in an hour. I said, you told me over the phone it would be ready. I think the problem is. He would rather give covid shots than help the customers. He doesn't represent CVS, and does what he wants. He said he is the Manager of this Pharmacy and has authority to fill or not fill prescriptions. He said he is suppose to give covid vaccines before anything else. I took my friend to get a Covid test and Kinney is being disrespectful to a customer and discussing his prescriptions details out in the open where everyone can here him. We decided to leave since we have had a horrible time too many times at this location. Anytime prior to a year ago, I never had any problems at this location. Myself and some of the employees of my company that have used this pharmacy and store have all decided to transfer our prescriptions to either Kroger or Walgreens, and you can Thank Kinney or whatever his name really is for losing 1000s of dollars in revenue. Don't trust CVS prices! This is the third time this month I've bought things that ring up at a higher price than what the regular retail sticker says on the shelf. I then have to explain at the register that the prices are lower and then they walk back to the aisle with me because they don't believe me and then make me stand in line all over again. This time it was 'It's A 10 Shampoo 2oz', it's also been Tide Detergent and M&Ms. I believe an audit on this store could cost them thousands of dollars. But to me, losing a customer permanently is a bigger loss. I recommend you shop elsewhere. read more

I wanted to cancel my appointment after I found that they do not provide tests for people without cars, but instead of just canceling it and moving on with the day they chose to argue with me. Very disrespectful staff, I am utterly disappointed. read more

The pharmacy techs here are rude, inconsiderate, and down right hostile for no reason. They refuse to help and become argumentative with customers for no reason. Avoid this place if you don't feel like getting into a screaming match with someone who shouldn't be working some place where people come when they're sick or feeling ill. read more

This is a fine place if you know what you want, are in the area and need to pop in get it. They are not friendly per se. It's like no one that is there actually wants to be around people - let alone talk to or help people. I go there very often & use the pharmacy because they are closest to where I live but I'm actually about switching it up so I don't have to feel the negative energy. I called recently to ask about a product in stock (was curious if they carried it so I wouldn't have to go farther) and the person said they didn't - which is fine - but just kinda rude when all I asked was if they carried it and then hung up. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! There is a constant flow of new people working there, and there is always something that goes wrong, or was misunderstood which is super frustrating. Some of them have bad attitudes as well, which isn't helpful. In addition- the pharmacist left me without my much needed pain medication when I was going to visit my family in Europe. (I have arthritis and a lot of pain in my hips and legs which makes it hard to walk- I'm having a hip replacement next week). He claimed that the doctor had denied it- which was false!!! I spoke to my doctor and he said that he had NOT denied a refill, and was going to call the pharmacy as I was on my way to the airport. However- they didn't pick up the phone! So I asked the pharmacist to call my doctor- which he never did- then closed the pharmacy for lunch. I had to travel to Europe and spend 2 weeks there in extreme pain. What a horrible experience. Don't go there. There are much, much better pharmacies in Dallas. read more

I'm not sure where all the negative reviews come in for this palace. I frequent this location a few times a month since its centrally located by my apartment. The people are generally friendly and I can get a quick answer on medication from the pharmacy. Such as why I went in today! The pharmacist was friendly, told her what I was needed, and asked a few questions and pointed me in the right direction. Overall it was a good time there. The pharmacy in this location is fantastic. Recently I got married, changed my name, and changed my insurance. My new insurance company is not the easiest of beasts to deal with, but the people at CVS were so helpful. They made multiple calls to the insurance company, kept me updated every step of the way, and kept their patience and were courteous all the while. This week I had to have a prescription refilled, but the brand I usually get has been unavailable. They actually called me to let me know that so I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip to the store. What service! The only downside is the homeless man frequently outside the door who mumbles. If not for him, I would have given five stars. read more

I'm writing this review on a scale of Walgreens vs. CVS. Really, these are the only 2 big box pharmacy types around. Personally, I love CVS and generally dislike Walgreens. The thing with CVS is, if you have a card, the prices are great. You can look for buy one get one deals, coupons, discounts, etc. The selection is great. They also have an "as seen on TV" section. I love the as seen on TV crap. As said, it's crap, but every once in a while, you get a really great product that comes out and you can purchase it at CVS! Anyway, I recommend this place for all your pharmacy/convenience needs. Go for it! read more

I had a Covid-19 test yesterday @ the drive in at this location. I was a tad irritated having to wait, but I understood the importance of each customer being helped in a professional, kind way. When it became my turn to be tested, I met once of the nicest employees I have ever had experience with. His name was CORY. I wanted to tell all of the important employees of CVS how kind he was to me, so professional and kind and charming. He apologized that I had had to wait and proceeded with the testing right away. Please let his manager and their mangers know how impressed I was with Cory and how thankful I was to CVS for hiring someone this incredibly professional! I have a love-hate relationship with this CVS. This is the only place where I can get my hair products and the only place that is so inconveniently located near my place. I usually have to get out of my way to come to CVS, only to get hair products. It's getting kind of annoying, especially since the last few times I came in I had to wait in line for 10 minutes each time. I guess I'll keep coming to this location until I find another place that carries all my hair products. read more

Went in to buy two gift cards. Whoever was working the front by herself 9/4 at 1:00 p.m. was neither helpful nor friendly. Came up to the counter with my two gift cards. Her: (scans items twice)...can't scan these right now because the system isn't letting me. Me, expecting her to call for help or a manager: Okay...why? Her: it's just not working Me: .... Her: ..... Me: okay so I just can't buy these at all? Her: Nope. I grabbed my stuff and left. No apologies, no attempt to call a manager over, nothing. Rude and needs a lesson in customer service. read more

This review is about the pharmacy. specifically the older women assistant and the women pharmacists, the younger women is normally very great to work with. The horrible costumer service has been going on for years with these two. Never really cared enough to write a review since i switched to a different CVS, but my mom still has her medicine filled her (this incident has convinced her to switch). I went to go pick up my mother's medicine today, as she is sick, and we got a text that 3 medications were ready for pickup. i go in, only one is ready and the other two won't be ready got another 3 hours. Understandable, but frustrating since I had the expectation that they'd be ready. I asked for the one that was filled and then asked to apply GoodRX, because I knew it would be cheaper. The older assistant was checking me out and when i asked that she was extremely exasperated and aggravated with me. I asked what the issue was and her response was "that's going to take forever we can't do that right now." So i asked her why it would take so long, all she had to do was ring me back up. The pharmacist walks over to be. without trying to understand what was happening or explaining to me further she immediately raised her voice and started saying "we are not doing that right now. we have too many other things to do," basically refusing me service on an already filled prescription. I walk out to the car, my sick mother wondering what happened walks in to see what prescriptions she can get and to figure out what happens. We start to talk to the older assistant and the pharmacist storms over to us and starts screaming "i already told you we aren't filling this! you can come back later" my mother makes the point that even if we do come back later they'd still have to apply the goodrx number, and kindly asks if she could do it now. Then the pharmacist starts screaming at me that my mother needed to check her child's tone of voice and that i needed to be raised more respectfully. I finally told them we would be transferring her prescriptions to a different pharmacy. As we were walking out she goes, "I'll make sure Drs. Name hears about this" (which by the way is completely illegal, unless it is about a prescription). Do not waste your time or money going to this pharmacy unless you enjoyed being abused by employees who work in the costumer service industry. read more

This pharmacy has no idea what they're doing. I called and had a lengthy phone call to get my prescriptions refilled and provided all my insurance information. They said to allow a few hours to fill the RX, but I have them two days. I went to pick up my RX and they had nothing done. They said they had no record of my RX or Insurance. So I redid this all in person. I then came back to pick up my medications after receiving a text saying they were ready- they said to allow 15 mins, again I gave them 24 hours-surprise surprise, they weren't ready. One of them needed to be faxed to the doctor for refills, again. They said they had the RX last week when I originally called, now I was out of refills? The other medication not the correct dose. I have had this exact RX filled here earlier this year! Both of them! So they should have my correct doses and past RX on file. Why would you fill a RX that's different and not notify the customer of a change? I guess for the same reason you tell the customer that the medication is ready for pick up when it's not... Just don't understand why it is so difficult to communicate with your customers. I have the app, the text alerts, the email alerts, and a working phone- plenty of opportunities for CVS to contact me with questions or to give me correct information. read more

I hate this place because of their towing policyl I used to shop here all of the time, but one day after I shopped, I decided to join a friend for a drink at a bar across the street. When I returned 30 minutes later, my car had been towed. My friend had to drive for over half an hour to get me to the towing business. When I was standing there paying the towing charge (a ridiculous amount of money), two employees came out of the towing business in a tow truck and flipped me the bird. Why? How rude! By the way, the lot at CVS was almost empty when I returned for my car. It's a very large lot. Something tells me that CVS and the towing company are sharing the towing fees, thus, the motivation to tow at every opportunity. read more

Worst social skills I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Staff at the window was rude and condescending. I said my local pharmacy was out of my medication and sent me to this location, she began to question me strangely like I would have a reason to lie about that and then walked away to finally see if she could fill it. Will NEVER fill here again. Also. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS as it is advertised. I found that out the hard way as well. read more

It is a good location. Nothing amazing that stands out. I usually am at this location at least once per month to pick up a prescription. The pharmacists don't seem to spend the time on consultations I see at other locations. I do appreciate that they have a drive-thru and the pharmacy is open until 10PM at least during the week. This CVS Pharmacy was amazing to me yesterday. I had just had oral surgery and was in a ton of pain. They were on about an hour wait but because I was in such pain, they rushed my meds as quickly as they could. They noticed my need and met it. It took them about 15 mins to fill my prescriptions. I think that was pretty good for being backed up and busy. I am so thankful for their service and will not forget that! read more

Why can they not have advertised deals in stock? Four of the 5 on sale things on my list were not in stock. When you add this to the homeless assholes harassing you in the parking lot, I'm just done with them. I've never used the pharmacy here, can't comment on that. Found another patron's CC in the store, saw her earlier distracted on her cell phone, I was reluctant to even turn it over to employees they were so clueless. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had to have my allergist send them a prescription THREE TIMES and had to call the pharmacy myself more times than that until they finally managed to fill the prescription. Then, when I continued to call, they had no idea what I was talking about because the pharmacists had written my name incorrectly. They never apologized and made me feel like the one at fault. I've since had multiple similar situations happen that were even worse, but the allergy one has really stuck with me since it was the first of many problems. The people here are condescending, unknowledgeable, and so, SO disorganized. I've had nothing but great experiences with other CVS stores. This place is legitimately a black hell hole. I've transferred all of my business to another location. STAY AWAY (especially if you really depend on your medication!). read more
