The associate told me that she would get someone with some equipment to get it down... So then I start the wait game, atleast 10min. Go by then another 5 or so go by, I see the same associate walking around, smiling with coworkers, while I stand in the same place waiting on her. She walked away to get some help, but not before telling me that someone did get the liquor but got the super big bottle instead.. but if that's the case.. why didn't anyone say anything and just let me stand there! Casey who owns Lone Star knows his craft and does it well. And at a fare price too. I have had other companies try to sharpen my Chef knives, but no one does it so professionally like Casey. And just in time for the Holiday cooking!!! Casey has sharpened my knives for 10 years now. I have seen him do miracle things to knives that have lost the tip or their edge.
