This is strictly a problem of not enough staff, lack of updated technology and owners that are in business only to make an extreme amount of money. The owners could care less about the needs of the customer even in emergencies. If you try to call good luck on getting someone over the telephone. If you need a prescription refilled they refuse to contact the doctors office and force the customer to do so, although most pharmacy's do this. Don't ever try to pick up medication through the drive thru window unless you have a good book to read and lots of gas in your vehicle. In the past the prices may have been a little lower than some other pharmacies but I do not find that this is any longer true.

Then when I told the manager she was rude she started arguing with me I'm front of management. The manager Samantha was a joke. She told me that it was my job as a customer to pull her to the side and let her know my cashier was rude that I escalated the situation by telling her the cashier was rude. Samantha you need training. A cashier shouldn't argue with a customer complaining to a manager about their horrible encounters in your store. Matt you should make your employees take old mylars off of the shelf if your employees can't follow federal law. Samantha no manager in the history of life would let an employee talk to a customer that way regardless of if I said she was rude in front of her or to the side. She wasrude and so were you.
