This is the worst CVS pharmacy drive thru. Went to the drive thru pharmacy. The associate at the window was just not on top of it and wasn't helpful at all. Told us to come back for my brother, which we did, and came back. Arrived at the window with no acknowledgement from the pharmacy tech who was standing by the window and gossiping with her coworker. We could hear her talking thru the mic talking crap about someone until I said hello. I had to get her attention and ask her if his prescription was ready. After asking for his info, she grabbed his items through it into the window drawer and walked away. Worst customer service ever and gives CVS a bad name. Do people not need their jobs??? If you hate your job, then find a different career! read more

I truly dislike shopping here but the location is convenient. Usually only self checkout and system is always glitching. The store employee stands at the checkout helping everyone figure out the system. It's ridiculous. We are not the employees, and self checkout should be an option not a requirement. I have lived around the Neighborhood. In recent years (talking about more than 2 years), I have visited here more frequently. The location is convenient with special holiday deals. The services aren't the best but the employees try to do the best. It was two days ago, I had encountered a problem with the check out station. I checked myself out everything smoothly! After I made the payment, the employee who assisted the lady at the self check out station next to mine made a mistake. He scanned her coke with his hand held device, but the device had my station number on it. My transaction couldn't complete with the receipt printed out. He didn't even notice the problem until I told him the coke transaction had added to my transaction. He did apologize and tried to fix the problem - which was to restart the machine and redo the whole transaction! I was held up for another 20 mins for all restart matters when the machine took another 10 mins to be back to normal. He ended up seeing my transaction could not complete with the machine that he would need to direct me to his supervisor at the checkout counter. The supervisor didn't know what to do, so she ended up honor my transaction. When I filled out the company survey online, I did request the store should have more employees doing the real transaction than having the checkout machines.. however, please have your employees train for professional work with customer service manner! As a long time customer, I'm so fed up to have all these encounters after a driving trip with extra 30 mins spent in the shop. A customer is here to make a purchase, not a tester of your employees' work quality! Please do not have a rude supervisor or employees who doesn't/don't know the company policies to take a work shift! read more

The pharmacy here really needs some work. Customer service is non existent here and everyone is quite rude instead of helping. Came to pickup some meds to be told I need to come back tomorrow. There is a lot of back and forth when trying to pick up prescriptions and workers aren't helpful at all. If you're here to pickup normal cvs items, self checkout is still good but pharmacy here just ain't it. read more

Ok it's not a fancy CVS but ohh if you get the app life is so easy here and if you have a sick person or someone who has just been out of the hospital and can't leave the car their drive through is on point and in times of crisis and emergencies open until 8 with that drive through option which makes it ultra important! Soooo if you can get the app use the bar code for check in at the pharmacy counter or window and life will be so much easier on you ! It makes a world of difference! read more

pharmacy hours are 10-8 but closes before 8. staff will close the windows and ignore you even when it is not the closing time yet. would choose a different pharmacy if there was a more convenient location. read more

I wish this wasn't the closest CVS I live to, so I wouldn't have to go there, but unfortunately it is and every time I go, it's been a terrible experience. First time, it took to long to get eye drops that was locked behind a cage. A few times after that, there's just been really bad customer service experience from the pharmacy mostly. This time around, there was no one manning the pick up spot and i saw that there was a worker by the consultation, so after she was done with a customer, I came up to inquire about picking up and she told me to wait in another line that a lady started making a line for who let us went first. However, the staff worker by pick up station insists that she goes first then shuffled me to the drop off line to help me figure out my order and they were about to shuffle me again to pick up station until the worker told them about my situation. The store is really stuffy but decently stocked and clean. The staff are very nice. Huge shout-out to Alexus who has the patience of a saint. She tried to ting up this lady's transaction four times while my boyfriend and I tried to navigate which of her medical benefits cards could be used and how to use them. Horrible service. Their hours are also more limited than other CVS pharmacies. This is the only pharmacy that I was told they can't check if prescriptions are available for 2 different clients at the same time. I was getting medications for my 90 and 86 year old parents. The pharmacists here are friendly and incredibly helpful. Very patient as well and are willing to answer your questions. I've been to multiple CVS pharmacies and this one has the nicest pharmacists. I had to get my Tretinoin represcribed here but my insurance changed so the cost of the prescription was more than what I used to pay. The pharmacist that was at the pick up station helped me get a discount to lower the cost of the medication. read more

Zero stars! Never have prescriptions ready on time. Put my MINOR sons life in jeopardy all because they don't want to do their job. They received my sons emergency seizure prescription electronically the night before when he suffered from an almost grand mal seizure. I went the next afternoon because I received a phone call saying that my sons prescription was ready and when I showed up it wasn't. First they said they didn't have it in stock (it's a seizure epipen and could mean the difference between life and death) then they said they would call around because they weren't looking out for my sons name while filling orders so they missed it. They asked me to wait on the side so they could help others while calling around for this life saving medicine and I refused since they never called me to tell me they didn't have it. After 10 minutes they told me they actually had it in store and it would be a few minutes while they filled it and if I could circle back around and get back in line. I told them no because there were 6 cars in line and I was not about to wait an hour because they didn't do their job in the first place. I posted a picture of the medicine they had to fill because it's literally a sticker that they slap on the medicine and it's nothing they actually "fill". They never apologized and I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the level of customer service I received today. My minor sons life threatening condition is no joking matter. Do not come to this pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere. Walgreens down the street hands down way better customer service ask for Lisa! read more

I needed to use the restroom urgently. I walked in and once I found the restroom I discover that I would need a key. The pharmacy was located next to the restroom so I approached the guy on the register (average height, thin guy with dark hair) I asked him for a key. He answered you need to go back to the front and ask someone up there. Once I made it to the front I asked the young lady (cashier) she was fast and on point to page someone to let me in. The cashier at the pharmacy had the same capability. But instead he decided to send me on a rat race! I decided to complaint to the manager of the pharmacy Lisa, and the 1st words out of her mouth were, he was busy! When I approached him there were no other customers around. The surveillance footage would support this. Instead of directly addressing it or showing any care, concern or empathy. She created an excuse! You are only as good as your leadership. The saddest part about it is she's a women also! Smh I explained to her that he should've treated me like he would've wanted someone to treat the women in his life. I was still unpleased after speaking with Lisa so once in the checkout line I asked Henry for the store manager. He was very professional and got her right away. His manager (Lorenza or Loretta), I believe her name was heard me out. And showed genuine concern. She gave me her word that she would address the situation. That eased my concern. read more

I paid for photos online , when I went to pick up some heavy set girl with short black hair and glasses said I had to pay for them. Even tho the receipt on the photo envelope itself says paid for online. She acted the whole time like I just didn't want to pay for them, saying I claimed to have paid for them online. When I called to complain about her the manager just tried to plead a case for the photos but had nothing to say about her behavior I work in retail...I know what it's like. I even offered to pay for them again but she just rudely said have a good day twice as if i was in the wrong. The drive thru experience needs to be improved. It takes way too long. There is still a covid testing line and a separate line for pickup of orders. Yet the pickup for orders had five cars waiting and in that entire time waiting not one car ever went to the covid testing line. The staff could have utilized that line as well and shortened the time we had to wait and assist the customers. Just ridiculous. read more

I'm highly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of your pharmacy staff. Our doctor called in a Rx for my son and we were able to pick up everything at the drive-thru. After a hard day with a baby and a teenager in the car, we found out we needed an ointment that was over-the-counter. The staff must've seen the distress on my face because they offered to grab the ointment so we wouldn't have to take the baby out of the carseat and drag him in. I nearly cried. While they people here are friendly, DO NOT EVER send your online photos to print here. In the first incidence, I received the email stating that my order is ready and I actually called the store to inquire if it was ready. They said they couldn't find my order. I had to call the number on the online service to ask what was going on and she said she would resend the information. It is most definitely not a 1-hr photo place. 4 hours later, my photos are ready but they couldn't even push my order forward because they said it goes in order of submission...well hello, mine was 4 hours ago, so why am I waiting behind people who submitted theirs after me? The second incidence, I do another 1-hr photo and get an email again stating they're ready. I had made 2 separate orders. The cashier can't find one of my orders. So she calls someone to help. He finds my order and says it's no-charge for the inconvenience. But I already paid for the more expensive order with the cashier who couldn't even find my second order. No charge for the lesser order, ok whatever. It was nice of him to offer. But he adds that I have a huge stack of photos here from January that I never picked up. Well THOSE were the ones they couldn't find and had to reprint. So I told him I already picked them up, but if he wants to give those to me for the inconvenience I'll take them. He says I have to pay for them. Well I just told him no, but he better shred it, because I have photos of my children on them and I don't want them to get into the wrong hands. Their system is totally inefficient. Now I have to worry about my photos floating around somewhere if they didn't actually destroy them. And their communications between the online store and the actual store is very poor. read more

When I came in for my prescriptions, I was told they weren't ready. My doctor called them in 6 hours before I went to pick them up. Instead of apologizing for not having them ready and offering to work on them while I wait in store, the Pharmacist Song refused to fill my prescriptions. She was extremely rude and I really needed those antibiotics as me and my family are all sick. I filled a formal complaint to the Board of Pharmacy. read more

If you notice other reviews on CVS they say the place is clean, neat, organized & great customer service. You don't see reviews on the pharmacy that is horrible & some times a nightmare when you are in desperate need of a prescription. I've been with CVS pharmacy for at least 5 years & always have had problems with them filling my prescriptions or getting refills. I went in today & one again the pharmacist said the computers were down & they wouldn't be able to fill my prescription today. I gave two-stars based on the incompetence of one technician at the pharmacy department. Maria. The rest of the pharmacy techs and pharmacists were professional and courteous. The rest of the store is great. Go to other CVS locations like the Arcadia one to get your med filled. Dropped off prescription at 3:45 pm on a Saturday for a prescription. Pharmacy technician on duty- Maria, told my mother and I that it is safe to come back right before they close at around 5:15 or 5:30 to pick it up (they close at 6pm on weekends). Something came up and I couldn't pick it up so my mother had to pick it up for me. Mom arrived and Maria told her no prescription was dropped-off. Mom reassured her that yes, it was dropped off at around 3:30-4:00 pm and that Maria herself was the one who helped us. Nope, my mother was met with attitude. Maria insisted that no prescription was dropped off. *She didn't say it wasn't ready. She insisted such request didn't exist, without checking in the pile of prescription forms behind her on the counter* Maria was rude and visibly irritated when my perplexed mother questioned her. Her attitude was unprofessional. There is no other way to put it. Finally, she decided to get off her high horse and look into the pile of prescription forms in a basket after my mother repeatedly said the form was dropped off a couple hours before. Yep, there it was. Our prescription for topical steroidal cream, the third form in the pile. She had 2 whole hours to let the pharmacist know a customer is picking it up before 6:00 pm the same day. She was the last person to receive the form when we dropped it off. It was her duty to give it to the lead pharmacist. It is understandable and OK if it wasn't ready. But at least show some respect and courtesy toward a concerned customer who just wants her prescription filled. We're talking about medical needs, not Urban Decay eyeshadow Limited Edition. What if it was someone with a severe condition? This is health care. If she had a bad day at work or someone treated her like crap, wait till your shift is over to punch a wall. Don't give attitude when it is her incompetence in failing to check where the form was that caused the misunderstanding. Also, it was Maria herself that said we should go back before 6:00 pm to get the prescription. A simple "Thank you for waiting." "Sorry about that, I overlooked! We were really busy." would suffice. How in the world can she straight up denied that such prescription form ever existed without checking first?! Check the system first THEN tell me it didn't exist. Don't give attitude and act irritated cause we are asking you to do your job. Anyways, my mother waited an additional 30 minutes for the prescription. Checked our order out with the same irritated/annoyed attitude. No "thank you for waiting" was said. Nothing. I spoke to the lead pharmacist the next day and filed an official complaint about the pharmacy department through customer service. read more

I came in here today to pick up my prescription that my doctor wrote for me. At first, I thought the pharmacist was going to make my life harder because he was about to have me go back and get the doctor's signature (instead of just the stamp the Doc placed that I had on my slips), since he noticed and also pointed out that it was a good prescription that I am picking up to help endure the pain (in the future when I needed it). Luckily, he asked his co-worker and she gave the ok. And off course the typical one hour wait to pick-up the medication. But when I came back, everything went fine, she helped explain to me how to take the medication, and answer my questions I had for the medications that I forgot to asked the Doc. Also, said I was welcome to call the pharmacist if I have any concerns or questions. During that time of wait, my ride and I pick up some hygienes stuff even though it would be cheaper to get it somewhere else, but while we were here, we might as well used that time worth it. Wished their prices wasn't overcharged, otherwise I would be glad to shop here all the time, and not sometimes shopping when I am dropping by to pick up my prescription. read more
