It's still not ready more than 24 hours later at 3:26 pm on July 8. It seems to be SOP that a prescription is not actually worked on until I go into the store and ask for it. It can go on for days until I actually go into the store. To top it off, when I try to call and speak to pharmacy staff, the call is actually disconnected at the point it is ringing pharmacy staff. This happened twice today. This mode of pharmacy operation is ridiculous.

By the time I finally found a day that the line was not 10 people deep (which by the way 10 people deep equals 30 minutes at this pharmacy), they've restocked my medication and I have to start the process all over again. They claim they hold the medication for 13 days. So that's how long it took me to actually get to the place I could pick up my medication. I think it's time for a change.

He was so incredibly welcoming when I walked in the door gave me a bright, happy good morning when I walked in. I stopped at the photo counter and he was the one who came to help me there to pick up the photos that I had had printed. When he said that he could go ring me up at the register or if I had other things to pick out to feel free to do that. It reminded me that I did in fact have a couple items that I needed to get which I quickly picked up with his help because he knew exactly where the item that I was looking for was. And then when I left and he checked me out, he was chipper as I'll get out, especially for someone who had come in on his day off on a day that was absolutely beautiful. Not at all Alexander related, but it must be mentioned: The parking lot is an absolute freaking mess. It seems like the only way you're actually supposed to enter the parking lot is via driving north and entering from that direction. Leaving is also a one-way situation, continuing north. The parking lot is way too small for Walgreens and Dutch Bros.
