Employees were nice. They helped find things that I needed. The store isn't very big. The signs aren't the best.

This is a pretty solid Walgreens I hit up once in a while for quick in- and-out visits. I like that…read morethey also have a decent amount of Basic Grocery supplies along with all thier over the counter Medications. To be honest this isn't my go-to Pharmacy so I can't really comment on that part of this business, but it is the closest drug store to my job and that's why it's convenience can't be overstated especially during cold and flu season.    It seems like you can't have a cough these days without being an enemy of the state, lol. That's why I always keep a solid supply of Mucinex on hand which for me works wonders on clearing up any issues with coughing. The key is you just gotta catch it early at the first signs of any cold symptoms.   The Salesforce here is helpful and check out usually moves along pretty quickly, although at peak hours like lunchtime you're basically on your own because it can become a Madhouse. And That's the Name of That Tune!!

We decided to wait so my partner could get his shot. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, we asked again about our appointment. Pharmacist states he's busy working the window. Really? So the fact that we had an appointment counts for nothing? How about the price of two covid shots (Google says $130-$190 each) - Walgreen pharmacist thinks crapping on almost $400 sales is 'smart'? Final update; I got my Covid shot from the Walgreens in Roseland - no hassle.

No way" The Executive Director of the Board of Pharmacy had to respond to Frank to remind him to be curteous and professional. The Board eventually reminded Frank that he needed to familiarize himself with state regulations regarding advertising in pharmacies, specifically: c) Any reference in any form of advertisement to the quality of a drug or its beneficial use is prohibited. f) All advertisements shall be predominantly informational and shall not be misleading, confusing or false. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MGGEPK1O6rLCfol2i_PEFGxg_bLnYWcf/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZsPs-aRDO3g_EHduBcQAQmuHA-_Wjdkf/view?usp=sharing

Not sure if this update will erase my prior detailed complaint of this pharmacy cheated me out of…read more$60 on a prescription (and I can prove it). A sales manager posted a reply to Yelp in response with a link that went nowhere. I tried twice to get a refund in person at the pharmacy but they always gave me new dismissive excuses like "oh we don't have refund forms right now" or "you have to come back when the real pharmacist is here." Dismissive, disrespectful and now, as confirmed today, dishonest. Today I've had enough. The confrontational male pharmacist BLEW OFF A PRESCRIPTION BY MY DOCTOR FOR A BADLY NEEDED MEDICATION. Two days I waited to get a text telling me it was ready for pick-up. Nothing. Finally I call and the pharmacist is as dismissive and arrogant as ever. He's says there's no prescription. They have nothing, he says. Well that's I lie I thought and said my doctor's on line notes show it was ordered two days ago. Then without even pretending he misunderstood when he lied to me that there was "no prescription" and "nothing", he immediately scoffed: "oh I'm not filling that - it's too soon." So not only did he get the prescription to fill but he knowingly mislead me when he said there was no prescription. I then explained the physician prescribed it (obviously). So the pharmacist (if he is one) ignored that and began to cross-examine me. Are you kidding me? So now I'm defending myself with long Covid AND defending one of the finest physicians in the state to talk this pill pusher into doing his job. He doesn't decide what he wants to fill and not, mislead the patient there "is no prescription" and when caught, attack the patient. Had he had a question, he should have called the physician: not put my health and potentially job at risk. While my doctor's office will explain things to this confrontational arrogant self-anointed physician that the doctor's prescription is correct, I stridently urge everyone to stop using this pharmacy immediately. While I suppose I can kiss the $60 they overcharged me goodbye months ago (they misplaced my insurance card, lied to me the inhaler didn't go through insurance and charged me $60 more), I now refuse to patronize this place further and urge you do the same. Read my other reviews for other places. I support small businesses and commend the many great experiences I've had at places. But this pharmacy literally repeatedly misrepresenting the truth, cheating me out of $60 and now putting my health at risk by BLOWING OFF A PHYSICIAN's PRESCRIPTION, SUBSTITUTING THEIR GLIB DECISION IN PLACE OF IT AND NOT CONTACTING THE PHYSICIAN BUT JUST UNILATERALLY IGNORING THE PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I CALLED THEM ON IT US GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL IF YOU ASK ME.
