This is a good size CVS at the corner of Federal and Commercial. Behind the big Bank of America building. It's 24 hours for the store, while the pharmacy has selected hours that they are open. I found the store a bit busy and tight, like I could not find the paper goods products right away (most CVS stores have the paper goods towards the back or against the side wall), but I finally found it. I used one of the two self checkouts and all of my coupons came through ! Easy !

Emergency eyebrow pencil required and so we stopped on the way to our dinner meetup for my Mom to get what she needed here. I've never noticed now much makeup and cosmetics they really have in a CVS - the entire wall is covered with it! Easy to find the specific brand she likes and get to the register. Other than a brief "Mom, we're already late" distraction. We were able to pay for it, use her CVS account number and be on our way in less than five minutes from in to out. I could give this pharmacy zero start. Today in the afternoon after going to MD-Urgent Care and being diagnosed with Covid-19 I go to the CVS Pharmacy located at 2150 Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale FL 33308. The man who attended me was very kind Mr. VENANSA. When I got home after checked my medications I was surprised to see drug Paxlovid is Exp: 05/2023 I immediately call the pharmacy and the person who answers me by phone was not polite at all. My question is, according to the photos that I show, this medicine has not been approved by the FDA, it is in an experimental form and now they are also going to give it to pharmacies with more than three months of expiration? I have been an RN for over 30 years and cannot give a patient an expired medication I can't no give to the patients expired drugs. This is the new normal to sell expired drugs? The emergency of the pandemic expired, so we are going to give the populations all the expired medications that were not used? The CVS Pharmacy was never able to offer me the medication as they were all expired. And if a patient has an allergic reaction or immediate type of allergic reaction. Who responds to this? Oh, since it's an experimental drug, the consequences don't matter.

The pharmacy almost always has the drive thru closed. They take up to 30-45mins per car or 20-30mins person. Like ridiculous!!

This CVS is by far the worst I have ever been to. They will never answer the phone, rude and a complete lack of care.

But this is a dump and it should be nicer. I've lived here for 12 months. I stop in frequently and this employees car is ALWAYS here. Always. Applause for holding down a job and working a lot but you're clearly young. In business, employees park as far away from the front door as possible. You have a huge parking lot but insist on parking in a prime space. This is where paying customers are supposed to park but the stores management is clearly okay with this and that says a lot. Why do I care? This is where Karen is justified. When I was in college I worked in stores and restaurants. I can't recall one business that allowed an employee to park anywhere convenient. Why would they? Prime spaces are for customers. So here we are. The staff feel entitled to park wherever they want. Not just here. Almost everywhere. It's the wrong way to conduct business. It's not how it used to work. And some wonder why many of us are very very supportive about strict immigration laws. So oblivious.

I called to do a transfer on some of my scripts and I waited for four hours and that's OK. It's totally fine to be understaffed but it's not OK. It's to yell at me and tell me that it's just you and another guy. Then when I go to ask him, how did the transfer process works for my antidepressants my OB/GYN put me on for my pregnancy. He seems very annoyed to answer these questions. Sorry I have questions. I've never done a transfer before I just moved out west and it wouldn't make sense to drive one hour away to pick this script up. While he's being super rude, I asked to speak to his manager, and then he proceeded to tell me that I'm being very complicated and very difficult yelling at me and then hanging up on me. I called back because I just wanted my question answered and because they have caller ID nobody answered my call. This makes me very sad because if they're treating pregnant women on antidepressants like this yelling calling them difficult calling them complicated just because I had a simple question I'm difficult. No it's difficult is that he has to work with one other guy and I should never know that information. He came back from lunch angry but it's unacceptable to take it out on patrons especially patrons on medication's. They just simply need a few questions answered. Good luck getting an employee's name. Good luck getting transferred to a supervisor or a manager, but definitely be prepared to get yelled at by a pharmacist. This is definitely a leadership problem. Whoever is managing this location has no clue how to manage. The pharmacist is now yelling at patrons because they are super stressed out because their manager doesn't want to hire more pharmacist. And it's definitely a leadership problem when you asked to speak to a manager and they feel comfortable enough to yell at you call you names and hang up on you. If they had good leadership at that location, they would not be behaving in these manners.
