This CVS pharmacy is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. The only positive part of the experience was the woman who answered at the front of the store -- she was kind and did her job by transferring the call. The pharmacy, however, was a different story. After spending over 30 minutes stuck dealing with their awful automated phone system just trying to reach an actual person, the pharmacy finally answered and immediately hung up before we could even speak. That is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where people are relying on staff to fill important medications. To make it worse, the prescription still hasn't been processed after several days. If the pharmacy staff cannot handle answering a phone call or providing basic customer service, they should not be responsible for something as important as people's medications. After this experience, I'm not surprised at all that this location has a 1.9-star rating. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic respect for customers is ridiculous. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

I recently went to Fort Myers CVS on Cypress Lake and route 41. Yamira was very thoughtful and professional with her service. As I continued to shop inside the store (Store#3616), I was in need of assistance checking out, and Kenya was very patient and kind helping me to enter the correct information to complete my transaction. This isn't the first time that she has come to help me out, whether it's to locate a product, use a coupon, of filling the CVS coupon machine with a new roll of paper. A quick stop to make a cash deposit (yes, you can do that) and it went smoothly. While here, I stopped to check a few things. The store is the same as every other CVS you've ever been to whether it's Kirkwood Missouri or Pampa Texas or Raleigh North Carolina. Full service pharmacy in the back, personal care, cosmetics, greeting cards, candy, coolers with cold drinks and plenty of over-the-counter medications and ointments and such. They were sent long distance to my grown kids for gifts. Two days after I bought them, they were used by someone else. A SCAM. I have the receipts. Customer service is at an all time low here, definitely going back to Walgreens. Having a young child with me, physical disabilities, I'm using the drive through, no greeting, an immediate demand of out of no where that I give my DOB, nobody was even at the window either. A randomly man came over, didn't really listen and stated I had to come inside to do everything then he walked away. Some minutes later an older woman comes over , no geeeting, no nothing. Demanded I come inside, j verbally spoke up and let her know my situation that I couldn't, she completely ignored me, I had to stop her and ask her, did you hear what I said?? She blatantly and coldly said no. She took my Information and ran it wrong and charged me for a covid test , then ended up giving me to wrong I was well . Disgusting customer service, they need to go back through training. Definitely won't be going here again. read more

The pharmacy employees at the CVS store at 13400 S Cleveland Blvd. Ft.Myers FL, have to be the most inept group of people I have ever encountered. Takes a good 30-40 minutes to get them to answer the phone, then when you check on your script they can not find it until you insist that they get off their ass and look again. After 30 minutes on hold and 30 minutes of himming and hawing and insisting he was right, he finally admitted that he was wrong. THEN he said that the script that my doctor faxed was not sufficient and had to be sent "electronically" AFTER they gave me the fax number the day before and told me to have the Doctor fax it. This guy told me he was the pharmacist, NO Way , I believe you need a college degree for that, and I doubt that this guy graduated from 6th grade. CVS will never see me again!!! read more

This pharmacist is terrible. First she refused to fill a script bc they didn't take my insurance. When I explained I didn't care bc this was the FOURTH pharmacy the script had been sent to she refused to fill a valid rx just because I didn't live in that city (fort Myers is where I work). She claimed it is CVS policy which it is not. Horrible pharmacist. Recommend anywhere else read more

Pharmacist Julie thinks she is a doctor and refuses to fill valid Doctors prescriptions. Her words are " I do not feel comfortable filling certain prescriptions ". Her feeling comfortable is not our objective, our health and welfare is. I would recommend another pharmacy and not go thru the hassle of dealing with Julie. read more

I went to CVS at 13400 Cleveland, Fort Myers on May 5, 2013. I went through the drive through to pick up a prescription. My friend who is 83 drove me at we had just come back from her doctor appt. I asked her to stop as I needed to pick up a script. The assistant that came to the window was the most rude public service person that I have ever come across. No smiling and rude comments. Then the pharmacist came out and asked me a ridiculous question about the strength of my prescription that the doctor wrote and I have gotten many times. It made so sense. Both of these employees made this visit the worse I have every had, especially when there was no rhyme or reason for it. As we were leaving I asked the person at the window if she was mad at us. My friend who was driving said leave it alone, let's just leave and we drove off. We got to the end of the drive and she looked at me and at the same time we both commented "what was that? That was weird." I have thought about this and would really like an explanation as to why they treated us like they did. It was horrible.I got a letter from the pharmacy manager and it stated "Providing great customer care is a priority for us" HA, that was not great customer care. It also said their team will "be make" (sic) all the effort improving future visits. I pretty much don't believe there will be future visits. Very poor service in the pharmacy. Only response to every single question asked was "I'm not sure". Even asked her if what she was saying was "that she could not help me in anyway" and her response was, " I'm not sure". Combination of laziness and low IQ. I could tell she was clueless from the get go, but she could have at least tried to find the answer to one of my questions... read more

Horrible service in pharmacy. One day they said i can buy 4-5 pills, since I'm 21 and didn't have the money. I went todo the same thing a few days later and all of a sudden its against policy, which resulted in me not having my meds for a few days ( which is really bad). Also they are very rude(all of them). I will not be going back. read more
