Helpful and friendly associates at this location. They were all cheerful and didn't make me wait long for assistance for my son's vaccine or for checkout. They were organized and efficient. It was truly and quick in and out visit. They didn't waste anytime and we're courteous. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Hand sanitizer - Drugstores Near Me - GAINESVILLE, Georgia

I went into CVS to pick up a prescription at 1:45 on a Tuesday. The pharmacy was closed for lunch. Why do they need to close the pharmacy at all during business hours? Why don't they stagger their lunchtimes (like most other businesses do) so that the pharmacy is open to customers when the customer comes into the store? There were several people behind the screen. It was upsetting to me as I live 15 minutes away and had two appointments to make it to, so I couldn't wait until the pharmacy was going to reopen at 2 pm. I will have to make another trip tomorrow to get my medicine. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is completely ridiculous to not serve customers at a normal time of day. If I could leave -10 I would, please believe that. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible with mannerisms and everything else you could assume would normal day to day life polite educate. I believe this pharmacy does internship , I MIGHT be wrong if I am so be that but if not they definitely need some help in the hiring department. I have reported two specific window/phone people twice, and one of them I have reported 3 times. I have spoke to all main pharmacists on staff and nothing has been done! I have since changed pharmacies so instead of being the dead beat they are I decided to leave a honest review to other in search of a pharmacy. I have never felt so embarrassed by the medications I take, no I DO NOT GET 250, etc pain pills a month. I'm a mental health patient and a mother of two small children. It got to the point I was so nervous to call them I had my mother or husband call up there because these two individuals were so hatefully mean or ignorantly judgmental to me.
