I have never seen a pharmacy shut down entirely for an hour for lunch. Sick people were standing on line and possibly spreading their germs waiting for the window to open up at 2 PM. Instead of everyone taking lunch at the same time, I don't understand why they don't stagger the lunch times like all businesses and medical facilities do. I wasted 1/2 hour in a long line for them to open. Not very customer service or community friendly. I am taking my prescriptions after this fiasco to another and better pharmacy. read more

As much as I don't like this location because they are usually out of what I am looking for. I don't think they deserve a 1 Star. They aren't the best and not the worst. I have been here well over 100 times in my life and this the store is relatively clean and organized. The photo department might not be the best and quickest but there are so many apps and websites now that you don't need to go to a pharmacy to get that done. If you are looking for basic pharmaceuticals and/or supplies this location will do just fine. It's pretty easy to get in and out of this location also. I have never really been left on line too long for any reason. read more

FYI: THERE IS NO DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION. not sure why it's listed under what they offer. Stock on many things is very limited. 3/10 times I end up having to drive to a different CVS. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the pharmacy is pretty decent. Certain pharmacy and store staff are kind.. and a few (2 specific girls who work in pharmacy) are downright nasty! Every time I go in this store merchandise is thrown all over the place, looks like a hurricane hit the place ! The Cosmetics displays are always out of product, half empty..a total mess. I don't know if the Manager isn't supervising these kids or they just don't care, but I am in this store regularly and get totally disgusted about how poorly the recovery is done in this store. read more

Last time I ordered photo books from this CVS, it took over a week to get my one hour order!!! I tried again!! I know, why???? I went on Wednesday, ordered one photo book The girl said I could wait for it!! Well after trying to give me a book that looked like crap, they told me the correct size book would be coming in on Friday I waited until Saturday to pick it up. It of course was not ready I waited about ten minutes, then see the guy goes into a meeting with the manager while I am still waiting! When he comes out, he goes to get my book and I see my pages were cut with a scissor. Then he tried to find the right book again. After about 40 minutes, I told him to throw it out and that this is the worst store ever!!! The manager should be ashamed and so should the corporation!! Don't ever go here. I would give this store minus 10 stars!! read more

I wish I can give this CVS zero stars but too bad it's not possible. This review is based 99% on my experience with their pharmacy and not the front end. Since I moved to this town we have had nothing but headaches coming here. My prescriptions are never filled on time, they always seem to forget to fill the ones I need filled and they tell me to come back in an hour even if there's less than two people waiting. The staff is ridiculously unprofessional from the drop off to the cashiers to the main pharmacist. All rude, amateur and under trained. I never came here once without having an issue and as soon as my refills are up im taking my business else where even if it's double the distance. read more

While the cashier line can be long, the store had a bit of everything. Pharmacy is fast and accurate. Opens early, closes late. Parking can be impossible around 5:30 pm, after work when everyone is rushing home after work. read more

When I first moved to Garfield, the staff were very aware of my needs and what was going on. There was this one man who was VERY discreet with what I purchased in the front and I loved that CVS for that! However, when things started to get serious and i happened to start needing prescriptions from the back in the pharmacy department, oh my god, these people don't respect HIPPA's policies at ALL!!! Every time I go there now, i'm terrified about what someone might BLURT out, whether its my symptoms, my actual infections, or the prescriptions FULL NAME!!!! And as if once isnt enough, they ALWAYS do it at least 3 times to make sure everyone in the store hears them. Im so tired of going there to experience privacy issues with these people. I will be calling a manager soon to complain and possibly get my meds switched to another pharmacy that is more discreet because when u go in there, EVERYONE is bound to know what kind of disease/infection/illness you suffer from and the name of the meds you were given by the time you walk out of that store. read more

There is always a problem. The Prescription was suppose to be ready 2 days ago and they said today they still didn't even order it yet! Then for something they did have in stock it took them 20mins with no one else in the store and just me standing there. Then have the nerve to talk rude about me while I am standing there. I did not say anything and check out person saying sorry it took so long with a smirk and look at me like I should be ok with this treatment. I do love my town but I think Garfield's CVS will always be Crappy! read more
