Just when I thought waiting in line for meds was always terrible, (employees not caring, no sense of urgency, laughing and talking amongst themselves, smiling at each other, only to stop and give the customer a blank stare and say, "yeah, hi, how I can help" in broken English). CVS figured out how to make it worse...just put a kiosk there so the customer follows prompts on a screen (that everybody else touches with dirty hands)...and then when you're done, you just stand there until someone decides to stop having conversations and helps you out...wow. Please tell me why the customer service reps at this pharmacy are so damn rude! I've dealt with MARIA twice and it hasn't been pleasant to say the least. She has a repeated tendency to cut me off while I'm speaking. She can't be bothered to hear me out. It seems to me they need customer service training to be nice and not act bothered. They don't act like they like their job Or like they care about clients. Arleen tried to help, but in the end didn't really acknowledge the poor behavior. She should've been genuinely apologetic and told me it won't happen again. Not so, instead I got a ton of excuses as to why my prescription isn't ready yet. It's the annoyed tone that just wants clients not to bother them that is offsetting. read more

So stinky! Smells like people just pee all over the place, and it hasn't been clean in forever. Just gross.

I try and avoid cvs as a general rule, but I thought I found a way around waiting in a huge line at the pharmacy by coming late. True, no line. But the place is so understaffed and so overworked that after standing at the pharmacy desk by myself for 7 minutes, I decided to write this review. Now 10 minutes in. Also, have you ever just gone in to buy something from the regular checkout? Average times are around 6 minutes per customer checking out, usually because folks are trying to navigate using coupons. And same story, understaffed so rarely will someone come to work another register. This is what a publicly traded company does. They need to show maximum profits (no they don't care about you). Google cvs stock prices. They've almost doubled over the last year. They've struck deals with everyone so they're basically impossible to avoid. Ok, end rant. read more

I finally got my money returned to me on March 3, 2026. I had to drive over during the times the store manager was available. No responsibility was taken. No apology. Just a shrug and a blame to corporate. It took over a month to get back money they charged me in error. I did not receive any items to substantiate any of this. Just took my money. I'm leaving this review to document a frustrating and unnecessary experience regarding a prescription transfer. I was previously told by a CVS staff member that my prescription would be transferred to this pharmacy. When I called back to follow up, there was no record of the transfer. The first employee I spoke with was dismissive and acted as though my call was an inconvenience, despite the fact that I was calling about a medically necessary prescription. I was then transferred to a pharmacist who was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. The pharmacist took the time to look into the issue and identified three CVS locations where the prescription could potentially be resolved. That level of care made a clear difference and is the only reason this experience didn't end worse. Patients are not calling pharmacies to bother staff -- we are calling because we need access to essential medication. Being met with rudeness when following up on a promised prescription transfer is unacceptable. I hope management reviews both the breakdown in communication and the customer service issues, because no one should have to fight this hard to get a prescription filled. read more

Waited in line a few minutes, went to register, said I wanted to make an appointment, I had just talked with pharmacist. Lady said no, just come in we'll take care of you. This place is filthy. The floors are dirty and haven't been sweeped in who knows how long. The carpets are all completely filthy and haven't been washed in ages. The stench of filth and foul odors hit you as soon as you walk inside. Clearly no one cares, and none of the employees of course will clean any of it. In the city of Glendale, what a shame. Completely incompetent pharmacy. I went through the drive thru pick up with my sick child, in the rain. I was told the medication would be ready in 15-20 min. I sat in the car with my sick child, went back to the window to be told that now there was an issue with my insurance and that I had to get off. I get off, I give them my insurance to which I'm told they already had on file to then get told that I have to wait ANOTHER 15-20 min because it wasn't ready! I know I'm not the only person who would be completely annoyed by this! read more

Pharmacy department doesn't know what they're doing. Can't answer your questions. God forbid they need to do any problem solving. My insurance, which I didn't get until 2025, somehow expired in 2015. How? They don't know and they don't care. I have had no problems with this card at any other pharmacy, including yesterday at Walgreens. I've found the pharmacists and everyone working in the pharmacy to be really nice and patient. Even though they now have more customers due to the closure of Rite-Aid, I've only had pleasant service at both the walk-in counter and the drive-through. Every one of them I've dealt with have been genuinely friendly and helpful. One pharmacist made a call for me to check on a specific coverage that I'd asked about. I use the CVS text service, so I know when my prescription is ready and then I go to the store. It would be nice if they had a guard in the parking lot as some places do, but I've never had a problem. read more

I have now had multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy. As a matter of customer service, the woman I've dealt with the most who is often at the drop-off counter is so soft spoken, I truly could not hear her. I had to lean my ear way over the desk to make out what she was saying and I am 38 years old with good hearing. This person should not be working in customer service. On top of that, this same woman claimed to not have my wife's prescription on file, only to be told twice to re-check. When she re-checked a third time, they magically did have it on file. This most recent trip, they told me my wife was not covered on my insurance despite me showing her an up to date insurance card with her name on it. She said I had to call eligibility after failing to help me after 25 mins. Outrageous and inexcusable. read more

I wandered through the snack aisles for awhile until I found what I wanted. The checkout line was very short, so when I approached the employee, she explained to me that I couldn't use my free snack coupon on the snack I chose. Fine, but I didn't like the way she spoke to me... rude. Went back to the snack aisles and picked something else. This time around, a different employee helped me and this guy was SO MUCH NICER!! I wish I remembered his name. That rude employee needs to get orientation on customer service from him!! Plenty of free parking in a good sized lot. read more

This is a very poorly managed and run store. The pharmacist are incompetent and lazy. Example:: they text me and notify me medicine is ready, I drive to drive up window, attendant tells me, medicine is not ready that it will be ready in 20 minutes, I return 30 minutes later, only to be told that they don't have the medicine, that they will have it in a few days. No apology, nothing. Yes I was upset but had to laugh at their incompetence. Another day I drive up to the pickup window, and a mousy voice says, sorry can you come into store to pickup medicine. I ask why. I'm told the register at window is broken. I suggest to get me my medicine and use one of the other registers to ring me up. I'm told that isn't possible. So I have to walk into the store on my crutches to get my medicine, surprise, there are 4 more cars behind me at drive through. I suggest to close the drive through window if they can't service customers, I'm told they can't do that because they are open. Inside the store there are a dozen customers in line to pickup medicine. I would call this piss poor management and incompetence in the pharmacy dept. No wonder so many of their stores are closing. Costco & Amazon do a better job by far. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I had a photo printed and when I got home I realized that the top of the photo was cut off. I called the store and spoke to a manager (who was very helpful and friendly) told me they would reprint it and I wouldn't be charged again. When I came back to pick up the reprinted photo I explained to the cashier (older lady with bad blonde yellow curly hair) the situation and she was extremely rude and told me I would have to pay because of "inventory" and because I didn't remember the managers name. She was bothered for some reason, not sure what's going on her in personal life but get a grip. I then asked to speak to someone else, I think her name was wendy who was also extremely rude and had a horrible attitude with me for no reason. i'm literally just trying to pick up a photo and they are acting like I'm asking for the most. Both of them begin to bicker in front of me and yellow hair lady said "she didn't say she paid" when i clearly did. I've been a manager/supervisor before and i've never treated customers this way. just a terrible experience read more

This CVS made me make the official push to move away from CVS entirely. Love the San Feliz Urgent Care across the street so when asked where they should send medication of course the pharmacy that is walking distance. This place is not cleaned or maintained properly, the staff are clearly abused by corporate management. They are undervalued, underpaid, and not given the tools they need to succeed. There is no universe where, myself, sick with strep throat and contagious should be waiting over an hour to receive medication. In further research it does not baffle me that CVS has been caught in workers rights lawsuit. (Ohio V CVS). I will no longer shop at these locations and I hope that the greater brand continues on its path to bankruptcy. read more

When my lil one came down with Flu, type A, you were the only pharmacy in the area that had Tamiflu available!! Literally, this store is a life saver!! I had my lil one's prescription transferred from one CVS to this location. I thought that it would be a rather big deal. I'd never had to transfer a prescription before. Anyway, it was a breeze and I felt like the luckiest person in the world. Literally I felt like I'd found the golden ticket. The pharmacy staff were awesome and helped me very quickly. I was patient with them and they were more than wonderful about the transfer of the prescription, checking our insurance coverage, mixing the compound, etc. With everyone coming down with the flu, and now my own lil munchkin, I'm so glad this location CVS had what we needed. Paid for my things and just requested one of the employees for a plastic bag because I paid for it and there was none around. She asked me for a receipt, I said "I dont have one because I requested "no receipt" on checkout". So she went up to the front counter and told me not to leave because she had to search up my receipt online. I said, "you know it's okay, I don't need a bag anymore". She says, "no I need you to stay because I need to make sure that you paid for your items". I'm like "are you serious right now". It's been paid for! If it's such a hassle to get a simple plastic bag which I paid for 10 cents then I don't need it. I even showed her my bank account statement that says all my items are charged. And she says, "oh that's so weird, I don't know why there's no receipt". Maybe it's because I didn't request for one duh... and I just walked away. But now I learned my lesson and I'll just print out the damn receipt for now on instead of being accused for shoplifting. But overall, the workers at this CVS don't care about anyone and they are super rude. That's why I'd rather just go to self checkout. read more

Worst pharmacy, please avoid. If you arrive anywhere near closing time you will be treated like crap, all they cared about was closing and going home. They refused to help me when I arrived 30 min before they closed. Doctor was taking longer than usually to send over prescription for my daughter and they refused to fill it (eye drops) because she wanted to go home to her family is what she said. She ran my insurance and I was unable to pick up at another location. Anita Bazikyan does not care for anyone but herself, she is not qualified to be a pharmacist. We were told they had walk-in COVID shots available for Moderna. The one closest to us only had Pfizer, so we came all the way over to this one. The lady at the checkin counter was rude. She said walk-in were only available between 10:30-2, M-F, (which information wasn't posted anywhere until I complained to the manager). If you have an appointment you can get the shot up to 10:00 pm. We almost walked away, but then I thought to ask if we could get it while we were in the store, the other clerk said yes. So we did that. Lousy customer service. I'm pretty sure she let a guy in who didn't have an appointment while we were checking in. read more

This pharmacy is so ridiculous that I have to write a review on their incompetence. I was prescribed a med from my doctor which at first they told me its not covered by ins no reason as to why or what their attempts were in trying to get me the med. I messaged my doctor and he gave me a coupon website for it .... I went back to their pharmacy 2 weeks after asking for them to try this coupon, they apparently tried and it wasnt working they need approvals in order to fill the med. I call the company for a new coupon code, they provide me one ... 3rd time I go back to CVS wait in line for 30MINS which was already ridiculous for them to run coupon and "check insurance" to it not working again. I told the lady Ive been here 3 times already WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR ME TO GET THIS MED .... oh your doctor has to call and insurance will connect with them .... I message my doctor to send the prescription somewhere else as they were useless and I knew they werent doing work on their end ... my doctor sent the prescription to ANOTHER pharmacy and my med was filled and coupons approved within 2 days!!!!!! 2 freaking days, when these so called employees of CVS couldnt do anything and werent doing anything for over 3 weeks of me getting my med! Careless, overly busy, not knowledgeable !!!! I want to leave this review so people know NOT TO EVER USE THEM!!! maybe if their business dies down theyll begin to do the work that their supposed to be doing in helping people obtain their meds! I called this CVS today and my call was met by a friendly, calm voice who stated "let me see how I can help you" after I frantically rattled my concerns (unrelated to CVS) off to him. He was polite, friendly, professional and above all - he was sincere in his offer to help me resolve my issue. He looked into my complaint and validated my concerns. That alone was so nice... to not be dismissed. Then he got into the solution and explained the steps he was going to take to help me solve my problem with my doctor. He called me back quickly to confirm what he had done to get in touch with them. He went way above and beyond to help me. I was crying and frustrated. He was so kind and helpful. At the end of the call, I expressed my gratitude and asked him who he was and he said "I'm Ted; I'm one of the pharmacists here and I'm happy to help you." What an absolutely incredible human being. Poor customer service. Had 2 coupons to use at self checkout and one of them wasn't accepted because the machine couldn't tell it had been dropped inside. Staff took 6 minutes to come over and help. All she did was grunt at me and tell me I was "doing it wrong" in a condescending tone. She unlocked the machine, gave me my coupon, and walked away. Machine still didn't accept it. Poooooor customer service. Not asking a lot for staffmembers to be respectful when I'm having a problem checking out. This staff member has been rude when I've visited this CVS before. read more
