I had to switch pharmacies in November, which I wasn't thrilled about at first. A friend recommended Glendale RX Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier that I took their advice. They made everything so easy for me. I simply texted a copy of my insurance card and ID, had my doctor send over my prescription, and by that afternoon, my medication was ready. In December, I caught a nasty cold and couldn't make it in to pick up my prescriptions. They sent Edward, the sweetest and funniest delivery driver, to bring my medication right to my door. Since then, I've become a very happy delivery customer. This month, I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, another driver. He was so polite and thoughtful--he didn't just toss my package over the gate or pretend I wasn't home. He actually rang my doorbell and called me to let me know my prescriptions were at the door. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Glendale RX and their amazing delivery drivers. Their professionalism and kindness have made switching pharmacies such a positive experience. I probably looked like a lunatic swerving up and down the aisles grumbling to myself. As one does when they've spent an actual eternity (realistically probably only two and a half minutes) looking eeeverywhere for an item. This didn't stop Ray, however, he went out of his way to help me find my item. Don't know who's more thankful.. Me, or the people in the store who no longer had to experience me in search mode. Honestly this pharmacy was ran really well and all these good reviews are true! Right now there is a Tylenol shortage for kids and they still had some on stock and also its buy 1 per family so they know how to control supply! I've also called all the other pharmacies corporate and small private ones. These guys are beast!! read more

It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. I had an urgent situation where I needed to pick up prescriptions before a family member's surgery and my regular pharmacy was out of stock on crucial medications. But luckily, Ray was an absolute lifesaver! He went above and beyond to rush order my prescriptions and even offered to deliver them to me at no extra cost. His instructions were clear and the additional advice he gave me as a caretaker was incredibly valuable; I ended up using every bit of it. It was a late Friday night. I had serious swelling. The swelling got worst. it was swelling so much it was throbbing. Nothing would make the swelling and throbbing go down. I went to the store. I was greeted by a handsome man with a beard he suggested that I rub Americare on to the swollen area. He gave me a wink. I ran to my car. I lubricated the swollen and very tense muscle. With a couple strong slow rubs of Americare the swelling and tension was gone. I went back to the store to tell the nice man with the beard about my experience. Great customer service is hard to find and means everything when taking care of medication needs. Cynthia goes above and beyond what is expected. She really cares about the relationship with a customer and is always available to take a call if you have any questions. The store has easy access, plenty of parking and always have what is needed in stock. The girls at this pharmacy are absolutely phenomenal. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are extremely welcoming and warm anytime I make a quick stop. The rich smell of fresh brewed coffee and warm smiles that are greeted the moment you walk in makes you want to make frequent trips even when you are not sick. Simply love this place. There are not enough stars to express how wonderful this pharmacy is . The customer service is exceptional and not only do the pharmacists and employees work hard to satisfy their customers, they care about them .
